The layout completely threw me off. Not your typical WM floor plan.The men's bathroom was absolutely DISGUSTING !!!!!!! the smell, the yellow liquid all over the floor under the urinals ( plural ) everything was not up to par, especially for the part of town we were in .I was expecting a dude by the sink, with a hand towel ready & a tray of cologne & a rose to give to a lady. But ...... Disappointed ! !On that note !!!!!!!!!! the staff, was awesome 😎👍. Was completely lost & needed help with this difficult layout, & a nice lady stopped what she was doing & walked around the store with me to find exactly what I needed. When I turned down the last isle she chased after me & corrected me. props to that.

Just as a heads-up, you probably ought to turn on the outside, store front, lights at dusk. At 7:30pm, we initially thought that your store was closed, either for the night or permanently we did not know. So we drove up from Mason-Montgomery Rd. to see what the posted hours were or if there was a "this store is permanently closed" sign on the doors. Once we were in the parking lot we found that there were people exiting the store. Since the exterior signage was off we figured maybe the store was closed for the night and that those were the last minute shoppers exiting. We found the store was not closed but, as I said, it certainly looked like it. Within our first 5 minutes in the store I told five different employees about the exterior lights. Each one said they would "tell them" about it. When we left at 8:30pm the exterior lights were still off. 🤷Beyond this,you have a very nice store. If the Mason store is the standard then, by comparison, the Walmart near us over in West Chester is sub-standard.

Someone needs to learn how to run an efficient store. There are 14 check out lanes. 1 was opened this morning. We waited for 15 minutes to check out. The aisles however were filled with employees picking groceries with their great big blue carts. Which is VERY difficult when you are trying to choose your groceries and maneuver your own cart.There are several self check out lines when a customer has a cart full. BUT GUESS WHAT, THEY ARE NEVER OPEN and with a cart full you can't use the self check out for that amount of groceries. We prefer to self check as we can bag groceries so our bread isn't squashed and we go much faster.OPEN YOUR EYES MANAGEMENT.

It's nearby my place and have almost everything that we need. Serves nicely even during when there is crowd and you can get your billing done easily with self checkout and don't have to wait more in the queue for your turn. Good range of products and also good to purhase with pickup. Easy returns at the center. Only bad thing about the store is the washroom which is not clean most of the time.

Very trashy and disorganized store. Example: men's belts picture. No Mainstays full size mattress pads on shelf. Customer service counter was closed at 7:00 p.m. - see picture. Only one regular cashier line open at 7:00 p.m. on a Saturday evening- very busy with lots of customers.Workers at dressing rooms were very friendly and helpful.

Nice store. Cleaner than most. Walmart seems to always have some things you didn't know you needed, but they will have it. Found a variety of sugar substitutes. A brown sugar substitute for diabetics. Tastes good. Good location to shop. Mason area.

I recently visited Walmart in Mason on 1/28/22 and went to the cosmetic isle to look for my favorite makeup. While in the process of scanning that section, I noticed something. Only the darker complected makeup contained yellow security tags. This is racially offensive and biased on it's face. My daughter is this very complexion. The question is; Is Walmart insinuating all dark complected people of color are thieves? I know this to be untrue as I worked for the Sherrif's Office in this county for 13 years.I brought this issue to the attention of other people of color in the store, and they were ready to protest. Store camera footage will show a few people approach me in the checkout line to discuss this situation.Ironically, there policy talks about inclusion. This definitely goes against everything there policy talks about.This issue may seem small to some, but when we talk about equality and disparities this is only a tip of the iceberg.It seems that no matter what people of color do to be treated equally, it's never enough. My father is a Vietnam Vet, grandfather World War II Vet, daughter's father marched in President Clinton's Inauguration, his brother trained cadets at West Point and he was a Medic in the Gulf War, I was a Correction Officer for 19 years.People of color face disparities when it comes to; businesses in our community, education, police brutality, investment in our community, clean drinking water, education, gentrification and the list goes on. I was born and raised in Flint, Michigan where the government knowingly allowed the citizens of Flint (which is majority a black city) to drink bad water. One of my great grandmother was actually a slave.Although our country has come a long way, we still have a lot of work to do, and change starts with all of us.

It's walmart. I'm sure it's here if you're looking for it but you'll need to look for it - don't ask for help (you probably won't find it). It's so big that it's lacking wayfinding. Shelves so high you can't see signs. If you need office supplies and are by the food entrance, expect to be on a long expedition journey wandering all the aisles until you triangulate what you need. Checkout was quick but we were lucky with no wait at an open cashier.

Do not recommend this location if you are doing a pick up. We sat outside for over an hour waiting for our one bag of items to come out to us. Employee that was working drive ups had zero urgency. We called the store 3 times and it sends you to a voice mail. The only reason we used pick up is because we are sick and did not want to potentially get anyone else sick.

If you want to save money, make sure to attempt to buy something that requires assistance from this Walmart’s sporting goods department…. (Something behind a case / counter that requires a live employee to open or get). The sporting goods employees love to hide from customers. They even put a button on the sporting goods counter for customers to press so you think someone will come but they never will. They will just keep hiding and laugh as they get paid by Walmart to NOT do their jobs. You will save money by giving up and not spending it. If for some reason you actually want to spend your money, save yourself the trip and time and just order from Amazon. The package will literally arrive faster than the time it takes to find a Walmart employee in the sporting good section. Your Welcome.

Bad service during tire installation.Upon arriving for tire installation, I was informed of a staff shortage, leading to a rescheduled appointment. This was inconvenient, given my prior scheduling efforts. After rescheduling, tire installation almost took 3 hours instead of 1.5 hours, disrupting my plans.The most frustrating part was the billing process. Despite prepaying for the tires online, the service desk issued a bill for tire and installation. Upon presenting proof of payment, a new bill was generated, including an additional $40 charge. Only after questioning this did, they rectify the error, providing a third bill with the correct amount. However, their attitude made it seem like they were providing this service as charity.

Check your receipt and the monitor as its being tabulated. I went here today 2/1/24 and items( markers) marked clearance for $1 on the shelf still rang up full price of $7. This store is shady

You turn off your 3 hour express delivery way too early. I have to order from West Chester store and someone has to deliver from way over there when you are across the street since they keep theirs on longer

I was calling customer service and no one would answer the phone. I tried several times throughout the day and the only time they answered the phone someone picked up the receiver and hung it up. I have been shopping this store for several years but I guess it’s time to look elsewhere.

I visited Walmart 5303 Bowen Dr, Mason, OH 45040 late at night after work. While everything was okay, the team lead displayed a lack of understanding and was quite rude when I asked to grab one more item before leaving. It felt like authority had gone to her head. The leaders could benefit from retraining to ensure a more customer-friendly approach.

I always call it Wally World 🌎, because it's very crazy and plus they never Rollback the prices no more. Ever since Mr. Walt died and his kids got the business of Walmart, Sam's Club and his daughter got the Lowe's business. Everything went downhill with the business. But the daughter that got Lowe's is improving with time and they keep the Veterans happy with Employment.

At the selfcash, the yellow light went on cause I bought coke with alcohol, a lady came to check andr ask ne to show an ID. When I showed it she said Walmart doesn't accept ID from any other country other than USA. Does that mean as a tourist you cannot buy alcohol at waltmart. Bad experience

I have visited too many times and seen sketchy people in the parking lot and driveway off the main road who are asking for money. Inside the store is great but It's usually very busy and not enough checkouts open.

Curbside is a ish show. There's literally 5 cars no one in them and windows fogged up. Been here 20 Mins and only 1 car has left from curbside pick up. Says my orders been ready since 4. But I live a hour away. Do not park in curbside if you're not getting a curbside order

Constantly not enough lines open. Only self checkout and even them are often not all open! Frustrating. Don’t even try going in the evening unless you enjoy waiting in line and wading through a bunch of people

Cash only accepted at a live register. Was behind someone who has a cartload of produce and I have 8 items. Add to the fact there are a lot of sales people from other companies, bothering to sell you something in the aisles

I went into the store 10 minutes before close to check some prices in the furniture department. I couldn't read some of the labels because of the small print so I asked the closest associate if she could help me. She was very attentative and read everything to me I asked about. Her name tag said Andrea. She did not know the answer to a question I had and apologized because she didn't actually work in the furniture department! I was a little bit passed closing, but she continued to help me with a friendly attitude until I had all the info I needed.

Update: This morning went in for paint items and groceries, it was very nice. I am not a fan of Halloween items in August, but the staff stocking the shelves were polite and understanding that some customers come in early to shop. Place looked very well organized and workers were doing a great job. I love the price gun at checkout makes my job easier, but now I have to check even closer to make sure I rang up everything correctly. Getting use to being an unpaid cashier and with the new tool and no one at the front door I can finally skip the bags and just carry my receipt while saving the planet. Almost like I am a trusted customer and employee. Yes it is important for all of Walmart to understand that we your customers are doing your jobs, saving you money and at least here I do not feel like a criminal for coming into the store. How about treat the 99% of your customers who do not steal from you like customers or co-workers? I came in, because about 50% of the time the line to pickup is too slow. Last Review 3 months ago: 2 Star - Lunch hour. One staff to car, one order at a time. Need I say more?
