If you value your time, it's best to avoid this particular pharmacy. I regularly use two pharmacies, and while one operates flawlessly, this Walgreens pharmacy consistently causes problems. They've made mistakes every time, including this third consecutive incident where they said my prescriptions were ready, only to find the key prescription missing when I arrived. As someone who travels often, I don't have time for lengthy explanations. I'd like to invoice them for the wasted time and gas. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I won't be returning.

I wish there was a '0-star' choice. I had a passport photo printed here yesterday and was charged over $36. They only printed the photos; they didn't take the photo. Additionally, they did not cut the photos, so I had to use a ruler and cut them myself. If you need to take a photo or print pictures, this is not a good choice. I had never anticipated it would be so ridiculously expensive, so I didn't ask about the price upfront. That was my mistake.

Pharmacy customer service is very poor. If you are the pharmacist of this pharmacy, I will advise you: I worked at Kroger Pharmacy for 3 years, and I am a Biomedical Engineer now who works with the general public many times. When a customer walks up to the window, they are asked "are you picking up today?" by the pharmacy tech, and if they are picking up, one of two things happens - the prescription is ready, it is scanned and they pay and leave, or the prescription is not ready, in which case, the customer is asked to STEP AWAY from the pickup window. the tech informs the customer that his/her name will be called as soon as the prescription is ready, and then ASSISTS the next customer. you never leave a waiting customer in the window for any length of time (in this case more than 10 minutes) to avoid helping the massive line of waiting customers. I was in the pharmacy last night after having been dispatched by my boss (I was still at work!) from the office to Walgreens to pick up several items for a very unwell colleague who wasn't able to just leave work and go home. I needed the advice of the pharmacist to choose the correct OTC meds to help my colleague get through the evening. BOTH the consultation window and the pickup window were occupied by customers who had simply been left waiting until the end of time by at least FOUR employees (including the pharmacist) who I could see hiding in the back. I could also see that the pharmacy tech who was supposed to be on the register at the pickup window was just on his phone using the mirror on the ceiling, which is visible to customers, and the pharmacist was just filling prescriptions back there. NONE of the customers had been told ANYTHING about the reason that they were left waiting. staff just wordlessly walked away to hide in the back and avoid their jobs. unacceptable. YOU are in charge of this pharmacy location PHARMACIST and it's clear that you don't care. did you go to college for 8 years to sit around and not give a ship about your pharmacy? completely embarrassing, and I was never able to get the info I needed, so I chose based on my own best judgement. I waited for more than 15 minutes just to try to ask a single question and the customers that were in the pickup and the consult windows never moved - they were still left waiting, looking around, very upset, with no understanding of what was going on when I gave up. it's your job to COMMUNICATE with your customers. it's clear that you just don't care! I worked as a waitress for 8 years before I got my masters and I always tried to show my customers that I cared, because it was my job to do so, and I spent 8 years doing it! imagine just checking out mentally and emotionally of so many years of your life. it's still your life! wake up and start caring about your own, real life that you get up to and engage with every day, or if you hate your job and this reality so much then stay home, zip your lip and live like a hermit in your own fantasy world.

Terrible service from this pharmacy over many months. Autofill prescriptions are rarely ready. Pharmacist “lost” a handwritten prescription which caused delays. Yesterday I dropped a prescription off and they told me it would be 45 mins so I opted to pick up next day. On pick up this morning it’s NOT ready and will be 15 mins.

This Walgreens at Mason Montgomery has the worst handling of vaccine patients! Waited for hours! Went twice in queue to check when I am going to receive the vaccine and was asked to wait for my name to be called. People coming after me get to have their vaccine ahead of me and got out of that place!I wouldn’t mind waiting if they process us according to appointment schedule or whoever checked in first! But no!I got in and checked in before the others but got called only after 2 hours and making a scene!

Looking for great pharmacy service? Want to be easily understood,? Better yet, want just good service? Don't fill your scripts here. We have been waiting over a day after leaving hospital for a prescription they have in stock. Sava is plain rude, not friendly and will treat you as an inconvenience. She should perhaps work elsewhere. It took me a few years to give this review - we agreewith the others. The service is sub par for Walgreens. Please avoid the pharmacy when Sava (Saga) is on duty. No one should ever be mistreated like she has done my husband and I .

Double check EVERYTHING when it comes to this pharmacy especially if you're caring for a family member. They don't check dates or confirm medications you are picking up they just hand you whatever is in your "bin". They gave us an old prescription without checking files for her new prescription which had drug interactions. When I had to go back because they gave us the wrong stuff they refused to fill the new prescription because the older one they gave us interacted with the new one. I wouldn't be surprised if these idiots killed someone because of their gross negligence.

I had an absolutely horrible time. I first set up an appointment for a vaccine online. Arrived and they said they didn’t have the vaccine in stock and they “forgot to call” sent me on a goose chase to this Walgreens which had me wait around for 20 minutes then when I go up to see what’s taking so long they decide to tell me the cost. This place has absolutely zero care about your personal time and will just run you around for nothing. If you can avoid using Walgreens especially for vaccines just don’t even try.

As a patient and prescriber, I am familiar with he process of accessing medications. Unfortunately, I have had a terrible experience with this pharmacy location. I would suggest becoming familiar and educated on specialty/new medications that provide saving cards for patients. I requested a refill 5 days ago and despite and abundance of phone calls and text messages "updating me" on the status of my prescription - this pharmacy location FAILED TO DELIVER! When notifying them of my plans to transfer my prescription to a different pharmacy, I was asked for the number - which they could just as easily looked up. Today, I called the Walgreens on Stetson and within 10 minutes, confirmed the prescription will be MAILED to my house at zero (0) cost!#knowbetterdobetter

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE PHARMACY!Pharmacy is either super understaffed or has just terrible service, or both. Call wait times are 40 minutes to an hour if your call is not just randomly dropped.After more than hour on hold (and the dropped call), I asked to have them change my pharmacy from one in Texas to this one. The person on the phone was nice and said my prescription refill would be ready later today. I would receive a text when it's ready.Since I didn't get a text, I called to check the status the next day (another 40 minute wait) before I planned to go pick it up. They said they did not have any of my information on file and the pharmacist would not be in until tomorrow to process my request/refill.

The pharmacist that works there on weekends is the WORSE. He is slow, yelling at customers and very condesending to his employees. I can't go into the issue I have had with him, but he should not be allowed to work as a pharmacist.

What is going on at this Walgreens pharmacy? Tried to pick up a prescription during normal business hours and a sign on the drive through said they closed early due to "inventory." The most important part of a Walgreens is the pharmacy, by a long shot. It's not a toy store. People rely on their pharmacy to be open when expected, and for good reason. My wife's meds were already filled, but she couldn't pick them up because management apparently doesn't take their role in the community seriously. Not the first time we've experienced issues here in the last few weeks. Please get your priorities straight.

If I could give less than 1, I would. I waited for 43 minutes - have a screenshot- tonight with the pharmacy. We have all of our family's prescriptions there- DID moving them in the morning. I called back and waited 5 more than minutes on pharmacy line so I called regular line and asked for a manager. I told her my wait and she was so extremely rude. Told me they had an emergency and I said well, online it still said they were open until 9pm. She was very rude when I said they should have changed that or at least not let a customer - FORMER customer- wait on the line for 45 minutes and she was belligerent and rude again.I am done with Walgreens but will be sure and make a verbal complaint tomorrow. This is terrible customer service and this manager is horrible.You just lost several customers' prescriptions.

Most disorganised pharmacy. I was given three different times in two days to fill my prescriptions. One girl told me they have other regular job to do so she can’t fill my prescriptions. I think she forgot their job is fill prescriptions. When I call following day to see my prescriptions ready before I go their, only two is ready. They don’t have the rest of the prescriptions. I have to give it to them again with another new time. Don’t go to this pharmacy you need more meds to stay calm.

I have never seen such rude staff. Red haired employee was super rude to an elder man in front of me.Edit: Went with my gf to buy things for our trip. One employee was following me around the store for 10 minutes. Creepy. The employee behind the register didn't say a word to either of us just staring and oogaling my gf. Full of rude employee that need some lessons in manners. I'll be making a formal complaint to their corporate office. DONT EVER SHOP HERE

I usually have a great experience at this wallgreens, but this last visit has me shaken. I had a great time at the pharmacy, but I feel extremely violated because of one of the employees. The woman working the beauty section, was attentive at first and i could tell she was just trying to do her job. But she kept coming over to me when I said I did not need help and when I was leaving she stopped me before I left because I checked out at the pharmacy counter instead of her beauty counter, even though I specifically went there for my prescription. She complained to me how I am the reason she didn't get any sales today, she stopped me twice to badger me about how she wasn't going to hit her sales goal for the day. I work retail too, so I understand but also I don't know why she acted this way towards me. Now I don't even want to go into your store anymore, because I don't want to run into her, I may just change over to cvs because of this, or go to the wallgreens farther away from my house just so i won't have this problem ever again.

Very disappointing in this stores’ customer service lately. They don’t have the knowledge how to complete basic transactions and when a manager was called, no one appeared! I paid for a vinyl banner and received a paper banner in the photo department. When I opened the bag to see that it was paper, I asked for my money back and the clerk didn’t know how to give me a refund.

The pharmacist goes the extra mile! I feel very valued by everyone in the pharmacy. The lady at the cosmetics counter was very nice too. I highly recommend this Walgreens and will be a customer for life! Great job!

I registered for a common vaccination. I had a confirmation number and all of the appropriate documentation. Apparently they canceled it without letting me know in advance, and I drove over an hour to get there only to find out I was no longer eligible for no clear reason at all. This was terrible communication on their part. And on hold with their customer service for over half an hour now with no response yet.

I always have a good time at this Walgreens. They have almost everything you could need on the run. Good place to get deals on candy and other goodies. Staff is friendly and efficient. My favorite part of the store is the chapstick section which is always stocked with individual mint chapsticks.

Please just answer the phone. I had “one caller ahead of you” for the duration of my 44 minute on-hold call - which was not during the posted “closed for meal break” time - it was middle of the afternoon.
