I came in to get some allergy medicine for my kids and was greeted nicely by the young man at the register even while he was helping another customer. I was having a little difficulty finding what I was looking for and another individual, I’m assuming he was a manger, asked if I needed help. Not only did he show me what aisle the product was in, he asked which one I was looking for and he helped me locate it!!! Not many stores have that level of customer service these days. I’ve been to this store in the past and didn’t even receive a hello when I walked in. There has definitely been a change in staff and management recently, it’s very refreshing to to experience this!! I will definitely be back again!

So I spent almost 3 hours making and editing an order on the Walgreens app for almost 50 pictures and instead of anyone calling me to tell me that they can't fill my order due to them not having 4x6 paper, and that they could only do 1/3 of my order, they let me drive all the way there (had to go to the one that was 5 miles away from my house to get same day orders) to tell me and then didn't even have done what they could of done!!!! So I ask what are my options, and he said either I had to wait till paper came in, and he had no idea when that would be, or I had to spend another 3 hours re doing my entire order cause they have no way to transfer orders!!!! I'm beyond frustrated with people who take no pride in their jobs and no Initiative it's absolutely appalling Walgreens uswalgreens you should be ashamed of yourself and the staff that you have inside that store should be ashamed of themselves and you should absolutely provide better service and your app should be better, real time information would be helpful for so many reasons!!!!!

Went into Walgreens to try canned air for my asthma and the cashier was very judgemental asking things like "why are you even getting this" and " what are you even going to use it for" I dont like being judged for purchases

My name is O'Ryan and I have been a loyal customer for 14 years. I have never been unhappy with them until tonight!! I am a single mother of two, struggling I might add. I am on certain medications that I can't miss a dose. I turned in my prescriptions and I go up to pay. They said my insurance wasn't good, I said there must to some mistake. The gentleman named Phill calls my insurance company. He said that they told him my insurance had changed. I then talk to Johnny and he said I had no insurance, he was quite rude to me. I then say o.k. can you give me a three day supply and I figure it out Monday. I have been given a three day supply before at no cost. I was informed I had to pay 60.00 for a three day supply. He states that's cheap!!! Are you kidding me!!! He had no concern for me, so you know what Walgreens , you just lost this customer!! And I spend good money at Walgreens!! So long.

Travis was such a big hassle for no reason. I went in to get some sunscreen and other summer supplies, only to overhear him talking about his recent bowel movements (very loose) and then I hear him rip the wettest fart I've EVER heard in my life. I will never be returning to this Walgreens and I don't think I can ever look anybody named Travis in the eye again..

I have been a customer for many years. Lately the pharmacy has begun to make life on medicine so much more difficult than it ALREADY IS! I have actually been brought to tears as I now have to "run" out of my medication in order for my prescription to be refilled. Over Thanksgiving of course. I am finished with Walgreens and pray for any patient that Walgreens has made life on medication even more of an inconvenience. I am sad. What a way to start the season! Kudos🎉 Walgreens´ as always "Be WELL." 😕

So me being the somewhat nosy person I am I went to go see why.that’s when I see your night manager gio yelling at said employee. If I where you I’d take a look and investigate your employees. Especially those in a position of high power

This afternoon I was in the store because I have a special child and I needed some photos for his passport, the girl who took the photos was very kind, I asked her if she could put the date and a stamp on the back of the photos because they request it for the Canadian passport and she told me that I did not have to do it, I explained that they had already done it before, that I only needed to put the stamp of the store and that the date could be put with pencil and she went to talk to someone else who came and yelled at me that she couldn't do that because she couldn't use the store stamp to put it on something from customers, i told her i couldn't use the photos and she rudely she said "you're ready to go" she was rude all the time, hope you don't bump into her at the store.
