Good coffee and great location right by the entrance/exit of the park. It’s a larger Starbucks with lots of seating and people working on their laptops! Got my drink perfectly made and quickly! Staff was very friendly and Jonathan was our cashier, nice guy! Thank you for the coffee!

Friendly service and delicious drinks as always! The reason for 3 stars is the seating area was very dirty and the tables needed to be wiped off. We visited this Starbucks Not during a rush hour and expected it to be more clean and organized.

I went to order my normal drink as i do when I go to any Starbucks and the people making the drink was rude as I tried to explain my drink combination to them the drink maker was still rude and show attitude the manger didn’t do anything unfortunately this is my family’s first time at this particular Starbucks and our first time at kings island as it’s my sons bday so we’re just celebrating, my family and have decided not to return to this location if we choose to visit kings island again

This location is quite convenient when you are at Kings Island and it is near to the entrance. Still, there are times when you may not want to be near or inside the store due to the fact the people tend to go in there when they are too hot or cold. Teenagers tend to only come inside because they want to charge their phones and to escape the temp outside. And although one or two people get a beverage, they bring their friends to sit with them so you may not get a seat. On occasion, staff will come through to make sure the actual customers with drinks/food are the ones sitting indoors, but it would be nice to have more enforcement of this matter! The staff is friendly and the shop is clean though.

Poor attention to detail and disorganized. My drink cups were placed aside and it wasn't until I asked about them that it was noticed. The three parties that order after me had their drinks before mine were even started.Then my drink was not prepared correctly twice. Attendant was clearly annoyed to have to correct the drink and as expected did a poor job with the remake. Remarkable but not in a good way.

End of the night, I get it, your employees are moody and want to go home. But come on.. I bought 3 drinks and asked for a large ice water because we all know Starbucks triple filtered ice water is the best. The kid said "we can't give out water in these cups, we have bottled water over there." I would've gladly paid for a venti water. While I was at the end of the bar waiting, a kings island security staff member comes up and asked the other kid for a large ice water. Yep,, in a venti cup. The employee GIVES IT TO HIM . I was livid. I said why are you allowed to have ice water but not me? He said sorry and laughed. Then the Starbucks employee continued to toss straws to customers on the wet bar, making the straw paper instantly wet and gross. A pretty sad experience for this former Starbucks employee. Do better y'all.

They raise the prices because of being in the park which sucks, BUT they now accept Starbucks gift cards and the rewards app! I just figured this out this year! So now your purchases get you points, and they aren't going to waste! I don't highly recommend spending here, but if you're in the mood, the drinks are like $1 more so it isn't too bad.

This Starbucks is ok. The purchasing process was not super streamlined but the food was delivered as expected. However, these guys are not environmental stewards, they leave their doors wide open to the environment and waste energy in the process to pull in more customers 3/5

Poor service. Too busy singing and dancing. They passed my coffee order up several times and then after 10 minutes waiting said it would be a few more to make coffee and hazelnut syrup was discontinued. What coffee shop has no coffee made?

Best coffee every time. Being the largest Starbucks in Cincinnati you think they would have more checkout and people on hand making drinks. Never fast in here! No matter what time of day they have a line forever.

Baristas are friendly. Prices are what I expected for an amusement park location. Drinks were standard quality. However, the supervisor attempted to keep my 14 year old daughter from entering the store.My daughter and I joined the line before the store was closed. I realized a cell phone was with our friends and asked her to go get it so I could use my Starbucks app to pay. Management closed the store while she was out.When she returned, the supervisor opened the door and told her the store was closed. My daughter told them that her mom was standing in line and the supervisor still refused to allow her entrance. I realized she wasn’t being allowed in, so I approached the supervisor and said, “Excuse me, but that’s my daughter.” Before I could say another word, the supervisor rudely replied that my daughter could come in and rolled her eyes.Not only was the supervisor’s customer service skills unacceptable, but her attempt to prevent my 14 year old from reuniting with me is illegal. I spoke with Kings Island Guest Services and sent a message to Starbucks corporate this morning. If when I call Kings Island once they are open this morning and they report the name of the individual who has address my concern and if I receive assurance from Starbucks Corporate that this behavior has been appropriately addressed, I will change my rating. Until then, parents should be aware that park store supervisors have no concern for underage children, families, or quality customer service. I am simply appalled.

I don't think I every want to buy another pass to Kings Island again. I had the worst experience here today during Halloween hunt. One of the guys yelled at us for seating down the line was crowded and we had friends getting our drinks he said we couldn't seat here because we didn't have Starbucks stuff. I continued to seat he was standing behind me he said I had to get up other wise he would call the police to arrest me. So I got up and went to the lines. I am very pissed that this is how they treat there customer here I will never go to another Starbucks again. And the guy continues to yell at people and he target my friends and me in pritcular for some reason. If I could give a negative stars I would give them one.

Took forever to get my drink, which tasted a little watered down. Wouldn't recommend, especially if you're in a hurry. Server was very pleasant though!

We got the drinks vortex and king cobra me and my granddaughter and they were amazing The vortex is a lot sweeter than the other one

The guy making the drink didn’t know how to make them, had to be told by the customer in front of me how to do it and still got it wrong. The “supervisor” laughed it off when advised by customers that the employee needed help.
