5:32am I went to get the same coffee I drink every morning. Venti dark roast with two shots of espresso. 3/4" heavy cream.The person behind the counter in an AC DC shirt and no name tag. She had no interest in following the basic instructions I wanted for my beverage. Handed me a drink which did not even seem to have an espresso in it. Cream was the last remnants of liquid taken from a gallon container from a fridge. It had no lid.Drink takes like the Pike Place roast with no espresso.There was no point in arguing. Just spent $5.75 on what should be considered a gas station coffee.

I recently visited this Starbucks location and ordered my usual drink, Iced Shaken espresso. Unfortunately, the barista did not make it correctly. I kindly asked her to remake it and explained what was wrong with it. However, she gave me an attitude and acted angrily while remaking the drink. The second time around, the drink was even worse than the first. I was disappointed with the service I received and hope that Starbucks can improve their training for their baristas.

Very fast service, given how insanely busy they were in the drive thru. The atmosphere is open and airy, which is different from the Starbucks I have in Saginaw.

Find me a Starbucks that's actually willing to help when you walk in the door... You know how many people pick up orders for other people no I have no clue what they're drinking I just know their name so when you yell out their drink it don't help none. When the orders aren't where they're supposed to be it don't help none either. But this one was well organized compared to the other ones thanks Way to go

I live nearby and go to this Starbucks with high frequency. I would say 80% of the time, everything is good. But there is someone on staff, can’t figure out who, that I refer to in my mind as the “Mediocre Mocha Maker”. I’m not sure what they are making, but it’s not a mocha. More like warm milk with a hint of burnt coffee. The color is very pale and clearly missing ingredients (like the three pumps of goodness that makes it a mocha). This morning the Mediocre Mocha Maker struck again, for the second time in the last week, and I’m starting to think it’s just not worth coming here with that high of a chance I’m going to get warm milk instead of a mocha. Unfortunate because it is convenient.

She give me wrong order after 30 mn I came back I found them close but I want to tell her that is not what I order the two cups it still full she put Stevea to ny husband coffee instead of me and two pups in my coffee instead of my husband coffee ( chai latte )I juste drive my husband to he’s work and come back to her she look at me and she laugh with her Freind both of them they look at me without open the widow to talk to me I never see RUDE people like that there girls was their they are teenager I think what a Shame Starbucks you have this kind of employee !!! Tomorrow I will go her manager and now I have to share this videos in YouTube & Facebook very cheap server

I feel like the more I pay or try new things it turns out to be a waste. I ordered a venti pink drink light ice and it had extra ice and I literally had 2 sips and it was empty. Ridiculous. The new potato things were still cold and they were tasteless

Love that they recognize me and ensure my order is just the way I like it!As a regular vistor to this location, it is nice that they recognize me by name and get my order correct!First time at this location. Ordered white iced tea, no sweetener... received white / mint tea. This has happened at another location as well. Check you tea!

To be honest I'm very disappointed. There are two toilets, but neither of them is marked either female or male or family/unisex, I thought Id just go I went into one. The door did not lock, I was doing my job, and then a woman opens the door and then says "sorry" could’ve been prevented by having working locks. By the way, the toilet was very dirty and had blood on it ( blood was on toilet cover not well seen). the plastic toilet cover was broken. Sorry, but the gas station has better toilets! This was the bathroom I walked into. Yes not flushed either.

It took five minutes to even be acknowledged, and the first person to help me was boarder lined rude with her hello what would you like. However as I was waiting for my order one lady confirmed my drink with a smile and another young lady took the time to have an upbeat conversation with me though she was very busy. It’s great to see employees rebound when their co-worker fumbled the ball badly.

They messed up our drinks and when kindly asked to remake them, Hanna, claiming to be a supervisor? was extremely rude... Ranting to us that those drinks are very expensive and everyone tries to get free drinks even though we have our receipt. But to be honest I don't care what her option is of what's expensive. I drink starbucks everyday and can afford it with ease, thank you. Hanna never apologized and told us to call corporate for a refund and she's not entitled to help us. Refused to see the receipt. judging by the other reviews, she has history of being sassy with customers and slamming products and drinks on the counter and deliberately messing up drinks. Not to worry, we will call corporate and have the GM replace her. She's disrespectful and rude. Her personality does not represent starbucks.

Delicious. You can never go wrong with Starbucks. Kiwi Starfruit refresher, cheese and fruit protein box. A great morning wake me up. It's an aquired taste but oh so good

My iced green tea has a weird pineapple-y taste. Is not right. This has happened more than once at this site. They must not rinse their shakers!! Wasted reward for this awful taste!

I moved to the area on the first of the year, and my experience has been less than desirable. Not to say anything wrong about the few ladies that I have had a pleasant experience with, but it is not the norm. My drinks are usually made incorrectly, not complex (cafe latte).The customer service is lacking. There have been several occasions I would say good morning, and the staff would not speak back, so I stopped. Also, there have been several times I’ve walked and with nothing said, and someone caucasian walks in behind me, or while I’m in the store, and they are met with the usual friendly greeting. There have been 9 occasions, today being the most recent. A caucasian male was exiting as I was walking in; someone in the staff wished him a good day; I walked in, no one spoke, so I said good morning, no acknowledgment, but they looked at me. A Caucasian young lady walked in behind me and met with a friendly greeting.Because I do not always see the manager or the usual friendly people and make the drinks correctly, I’m never revisiting this location, which is unfortunate because it’s less than a mile away from me. I’m not used to that kind of service, nor will I adjust to it. Hopefully, it gets better for other people, and no one else has this experience.

Came here yesterday whilst visiting Ohio and got my regular - iced white choc mocha. The lady kendall provided me with a quick and efficient service - so good I had to leave a review. I will come back next time I'm in Ohio. Hope to see Kendall again! Hopefully in manager's position! :)

So this is probably the best experience we’ve ever had at a Starbucks! The caramel macchiato was the best one I’ve ever had and Brooke, who I believe is the supervisor, was literally the sweetest and completely helpful, and does her job how it should be done! Would recommend this location 100%! We will definitely be back! ☕️✨

I don't frequent Starbucks often, more of a work reward drive thru. Love to get bacon and greuyere bites with a tall vanilla latte. Over 10 bucks, but super quick breakfast! I would give 5 stars if it was under $10. The staff here gets you thru quick.

Usually never have a problem here but today I did Ordered 2 new Irish cream cold brews and sat for 10 minutes to never hear my name get called I never got them before so I didn't know what they look like but turns out I saw them sitting there the whole 10 minutes but my name never got called Tried them then they were watery after sitting so then they remade them only for them to not have flavoring in it. I come here very often and usually never have problems

The employees are nice but a mess.They often forget my drink & im standing around waiting for quite a while. Then when I ask they tell me they’ll have to remake it, frustrating.This time, the drive thru order taker told the person making the coffee they put down cold instead of hot. So what do I get? A half full cup of coffee with whipped cream being over half the cup because they felt the need to rush it.Usually they are very busy so I let it slide and just drink it. But the past few times they weren’t busy, inside or out. It’s getting frustrating. They are even well staffed usually (at least 4/5 people) so I just don’t understand it

Nice place to have a cup of coffee and a snack and relax for a couple of hours on a Sunday afternoon. Nice staff. Easy going atmosphere (unlike some other Starbucks locations). More seating would be nice, but that's true of a lot of coffee shops.

Decent location and the staff is friendly at least the ones I have encountered. My drinks tend to be good. One downfall….you tell them you have a reward and they don’t apply it. Not exactly a deal breaker though
