Funnel cakes were being brought back like crazy tonight due to being overlooked. We decided to order some fried cookie dough bites. We got a serious attitude from the young man working behind the counter. He rolled his eyes and then some lady (maybe the Mgr, I’m not sure) says very rudely “we don’t have any!” This was at 845pm and they aren’t supposed to close until 10pm.Very rude!! I understand you are having a problem finding workers but teach them that the customer pays their paycheck or send them packing. No reason for that treatment and attitude whatsoever!!I’m gonna find a way to complain to kings island as well.On top of that, they had 4 people bring back the funnel cakes for being burnt, while we were standing to place the order. They had four more new ones to serve that were burnt as well. Come on folks, don’t serve burnt food when people are passing that kind of price. It’s customer first!Save yourself some aggravation and don’t eat here

They are pretty quick and delicious. This location almost always runs out of hot chocolate every night during fright fest/winter fest though, so if you need that go somewhere else.

Waited 20 minutes in line, order a caramel apple funnel cake, pay for it, and than get a soggy plate with no caramel. Ask the gals and they say oh we are out of it. Maybe you could've said that before I paid extra for it?! Can I have a refund? Nope.
