I can’t say enough good about this place. They are terrific. My Benny is 6 months old and has been going here since 3 months. He just graduated from puppy day care to run with the bigger dogs. He loves it here. Can never wait to get in the door in the morning. They take great care of your pet, they have special events and treats for them you can sign them up for. The groomer and the trainers are fantastic. Plus it’s very affordable. I’d much rather have my little guy here having as good time with all of his fur friends than at home crated until i get home from work. I’m going to retire in a year and even after retirement i plan on bringing Benny a couple days a week to play and see all of his human and fur buddies. Thanks for all you do.

My young pup Kevin absolutely loves coming to play with all his friends in daycare! I am never worried about his safety/well-being as staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. I also enjoy having Kev participate in some of their weekly resort events like bubble parties, themed photo shoots, and special enrichments. I highly recommend this place for all your pet needs!

The absolute best place to take your dog. The staff is SO nice and helpful if you’re nervous about leaving your dog somewhere. The facility is clean and new. They even have cameras so you can watch. Best place I’ve been to.

Excellent dog facility. I have visited several in the area since moving to Ohio. By far Pet Suites out shines the rest! Clean and organized plans for daily or overnight stays. Price is fair for the care and professional staff. Love this place!!! They go over and above to make sure our fur babies are exercised and engaged in fun everyday. Go check them out, you will not be disappointed!

My baby girl isn’t great with strangers, so we were nervous about leaving her here for our vacation. We bought the classic package without add-ons. I called to check on her two days later to see how she was doing and they put my fears to rest. The staff really took their time with her and let her get to know them. After a few days, they told me she had warmed up and she is enjoying their company. They took a couple of pictures and put it on her profile, that smile is priceless. She had the biggest smile and made her feel special. Thank you for making her feel loved and safe. When we need a doggie hotel again, this is my number one choice. I wouldn’t take her anywhere else.

We love pet suites mason! I adopted a shy rescue and the staff has been wonderful working with her. She LOVES doggie daycare! 99% of the time I am not busy but still decide to bring her to daycare just to let her socialize with the staff and other dogs. I have not utilized any boarding services, but can say daycare is great! Only thing I wish is that there were cameras so I can watch all the fun she is having there. 1000% recommend bringing your pup here

I was so nervous taking our 6 month old pup, Cooper to a boarding facility.This was the first time he was going to be away from our family and of course I was worried about how he’d do.I can 100% say that he had the best time and was well taken care of!I received daily updates along with pictures that put my mind at ease.The staff was friendly and very patient with his energetic personality.He even made some new friends in puppy pre-school!Hands down the best facility for all your boarding, and grooming needs!

We love taking out dog here for daily group play time. Our dog looks forward to going and gets excited the moment he sees the building. The staff here is amazing. They care for every dog and have LOTS of enrichment play a special photo days.

We had a wonderful experience during my dogs visit from 12/7 through 12/17. All of the staff was really attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that my dog had a comfortable stay. We were also able to get him groomed during his stay all at a reasonable price. They provide frequent updates and are very happy to assist with any questions or to assist with updates. All of the staff is very helpful and friendly. Will definitely recommend to other members of my family. I love this place and so do my kiddos!! My dogs have done day play and have boarded here a few times and I am very happy with the care they got. Loved the pictures I was sent of them playing during their stays! The staff does a great job of caring for the dogs and my dogs are always tired when they come home from playing all day with their friends!

Absolutely love this place! The staff is top notch and truly love the animals. My dog loves coming for all day play. He pulls so hard to get in the door & run back to see whose in today. Facilities are clean & spacious. Can’t wait for spring & summer for the outside doggie fountain. I trust them with my baby boy!!

PetSuites Mason has been a lifesaver for our family. When our family was headed out of town with our extended family, we sought out somewhere for our dogs to go where they would be as comfortable as if they were home. We’ve only taken our dog here a few times, and already love it! We received photos of our girl socializing and making doggie friends. The facility is very clean and inviting. It’s a great feeling when dropping off our girl for daycare knowing she’s in great hands! The workers are welcoming and friendly towards us, as well as patient and gentle with our girl since she’s a little shy at first. I definitely recommend this PetSuites!

Our cat stayed there 6 days and had a spacious area with three levels and a huge window. What a pleasant change from where she stayed previously! Two of the highlights were that the cat room was VERY clean and odor free, even with multiple cats in there, and also that the dog boarding area was far away and the cats were not upset or frightened by hearing dogs barking. The staff all seem very attentive to caring for all of the animals. I’ll definitely be using this place again, and would highly recommend them!

This has been the best pet resort in the Cincinnati area. The staff is incredibly helpful, very caring for your animals and they treat you with nothing but professionalism. I highly recommend PetSuites. The boarding process is super easy, they have amazing groomers and the trainers are very knowledgeable. We will continue to take our pets because they really enjoy it too! It’s like taking a kid to a party, they get super excited to go. Love this place!

I am very happy with the way my dog was treated during her recent grooming appointment. She definitely was less scared then she usually is at other groomers. She smelled and looked amazing and the cost was very reasonable. I will recommend to all my family and friends.

I booked a luxury suite for day boarding and when I arrived with my dog I was told they only had a regular suite available. My dog is very gentle and quiet and I didn’t want her in the main area, so we left. At 8:00pm later that day, I get a phone call from a staff member: “you better come get your dog but actually never mind because we are closing right now”. I said “my dog isn’t there- I took her with me”. The response was “oh, ok”. Then hung up. The staff didn’t even know that my dog wasn’t there! I emailed the manager to tell her about my concerns of not getting the room I booked and how the staff didn’t even know which dogs were in their care, and have never received any communication back. It’s been several months since this incident. I would not recommend this place at all. Not well organized or responsive.

Every time my pets (kitty's and doggo's) have stayed @PetSuites Mason they come home happy healthy and tired! I know they get lots and love and affection while they're there too... believe me, I check on them 😂 as a self admitted "smother" I won't bring my babies anywhere else! I especially have love for PetSuites and how they care for my bully breed. They're ability to not just handle all breeds but to make every kind of dog feel happy and welcome means the world to me.💕

We just moved from Florida to Mason, OH. I was having trouble finding a groomer for my 2 fur babies (dogs). I called PetSuites. They were friendly and understood that I had a dog with a disability. Kayla agreed to groom them both. She listened to my concerns and agreed to be mindful of my dogs leg. She took her time and when I picked them up, they were beautiful but most of all happy! Thanks Kayla and thanks PetSuites. We will be going back. Also we are signed up for an obedience class for my little one. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I felt welcome.

Let me start off by saying we went there for a tour only, and our dogs did not stay (thankfully). From the minute we walked in the two girls behind the desk seemed irritated that we were there and wanted a tour. It was 7pm and they close at 8pm. After going back and forth one of them agreed to show us around. The facility was extremely loud, and she said it’s even louder when they are full. She showed us the quiet room, which wasn’t quiet at all. Even with the door shut you could still hear the dogs barking in the main facility. It was loud. We’ve always used PetSmart for the private suites and this facility just can’t compare to those at all. It was clean, that was the only pro. We saw employees handling dogs and they were kind of rough. I personally saw one man taking out and walking a larger dog and a small tan Yorkie and after our guide turned the corner he bent down and grabbed the Yorkie by the collar to get it to come. It was on a slip knot leash so him pulling on it was choking the dog. That’s so bad for small dogs tracheas! There was also a man we saw outside giving potty breaks that went to yell something at the guide when we walked out but stopped when he saw us. He seemed irritated. Neither of got a good vibe and it’s not a place we would trust to leave our dogs to be well cared for. I would be afraid of how the employees would treat them when no one was looking. I think we got a glimpse of it and it wasn’t good. Unprofessional staff.

This resort has been the best! The staff really cares about your fur babies. From the moment you walk in the door and from that moment they bring your dog out to you when you pick them up! Their grooming services are absolutely amazing as well! We have a cat and take him there and they do such an amazing job with him!I will never take my animals to another place because of my experiences with PetSuites Mason. The dogs get so much attention while they are there. If you have a dog that needs some training I highly recommend their training services as well. You will get incredible results!Highly recommend PetSuits Mason! You won’t be disappointed.

Had a great experience! They were very sweet with my pup and sent photos, which I loved. At pickup time my pup was torn between being excited to see me and wanting to stay and play with the staff. They were loving all over him when I arrived. I felt like he was very well taken care of. The facility was clean and spacious and really nice. The staff was super nice and accommodating. They were even sweet with my little ones, who can be very overwhelming in stores.

Dispointed, the upgraded luxury suites were not available upon arrival. We were told that all of those dogs were in collapsible crates due to putting in cameras. Not sure how long this was going to last an hour or two.

The staff here are wonderful and our dog Lilah always has a great time here. They are thorough and take down lots of notes on Lilah's care plan as she's older and prone to seizures. She did have a seizure the last time she was there but it was no fault of PetSuites and they were quick to notify us and ask us how we wanted to proceed from there. Overall we will bring Lilah back in the future.😊

I could not be more happy with my experience with the grooming services here. My dog came out much happier and feeling clean and refreshed! The prices are outstanding too. I was also able to get my dog in within 24 hours. The staff was extremely excited to meet her and gave her so much attention. I 100% recommend it here!!!
