The fruit desserts were beautiful in the case! There was an issue with the cake not being Pastel as I ordered it, but it did taste okay and management refunded and said they would educate the bakers about the difference between neon and pastel.

Unfortunately the store manager Jeremy doesn’t know the stores return policy. The cashier working the front desk and Jeremy the store manager lack the mental temperament required to be a half way decent store manager and employee. Unfortunate the training from Kroger corporate must be lacking. Knowing the return policy is one of the first things you should have clarification on. What a mess. Drove to another Kroger, they looked up my purchase with my Kroger plus and gave me a credit plus 50 bucks for my trouble. Guess some of the managers are helpful in the long run. Just needs consistency across the board.

I would like to Share what Happened yesterday evening! I was shopping for Thanksgiving dinner well I left my phone in my car and I seen the Turkeys were on Sale.99 with Kroger card or .49 with digital coupon so I ask 2 gentleman if there was a way for them to scan it without me having to walk all the way to my car to get my phone? Now I would not have asked that question had I not been going through Chemotherapy!! So the one gentleman Named Andy said yes they can do so. So I'm walking around half out of my mind trying to remember his name and try to figure out what I was needing to get and let me tell you it was a struggle trying to remember the name and the items Yes I wrote everything I needed down and forgot it at home:/ So I came across Andy again I I asked him if he could please write his name down so I could focus on what I needed and he went and brought me back his name! So I continued shopping and struggling I finally get finished after 4 hours:/ and as I walked up to check out Andy was standing there to let the lady know about the Turkey so I thought! This man went over and beyond to help me Andy had paid for my entire grocery and it was $180 I was so overwhelmed with the kindness that Andy had inside of him so I insisted that I was going to pay for the lady that was behind me! Just to see her smile and be able to say omg I'm so Blessed was the best ever. I'm always going out of my way to give back and people have always told me that God was going to bless me and I always reply with I'm blessed just to see someone smile. Andy made me Smile and tears of joy. He even went out of his way to help me out to my car! I just want to Thank him for everything he didn't have to do but he did it anyway. So please if you see a guy who has a tag saying Andy please let him know that he is truly an amazing person...

Employees are extremely friendly and helpful mornings are never busy can get in and out quickly... Only complaint is if you visit this store anytime after around 9pm you will find yourself in a crazy long line at checkout they only have 3 self scanners open that late in the evening and if it's not customers being super slow the registers constantly need the employee to clear the screen to continue checking out

This store has gone done so bad in the last 10 years. It’s sad to see it was such a great store. Daven and Emily in customer service are so rude. Told me they couldn’t exchange ground beef that was 3 days old that had browned and said it was in policy. I told him to produce the policy and he could not. They were rude belligerent condescending and very unprofessional. The store manager adam I believe handled the matter for me. I called customer service and she even confirmed that what Daven told me is not a policy. I even had a receipt. They also have rats. I was buying bagels and noticed that there were 6 bags of bagels that had rodent chewed thru holes in them I was nice enough to gather them and bring them to customer service and this is how I’m treated!?! I will provide pictures. All 6 bags with different holes. The pharmacist is rude farma she’s a short Indian girl. The scanned my 6 pack of Fiji water twice charging me for a pack and then one single bottle. I have called krofers corporate. I live in westchester but shopped at mason because Westchester is more expensive. ( if you shop there compare prices from Westchester to mason and you will see what I’m talking about ) at this point I rather pay more. Mason krogers hold the rats please. They have ran so many good employees away. It’s disheartening. Look closely at the holes some are small but this is 6 different bags. Them rodents really got in there smh

A kid brought out my groceries and he had a push cart and hit my car with it. Didn’t notice the big scratch that was left on my car. I got a glimpse of the kids name tag and it said Desmond on it. I later looked him up and his last name is Toenis. If anyone could help me find him and give me his info I would really appreciate it. This experience will lose Kroger a valuable customer.

How can I say even more than amazing?! I needed a last minute boutonnière and Morgan, Bryan, Pat, Kim, and the whole team rallied to make it happen. I am so grateful for the positive attitude, friendly service, and can do mentality that make this Kroger a dream to shop in! A HUGE thank you!!!

I was getting my groceries from Kroger pickup on a Sunday at 11:30 as I usually do. A kid came up to my car wearing a yellow cross over vest. I wasn’t pleased with how long the wait was. He then put groceries in my car and came up to my front window and I gave him a 1 dollar tip. I felt bad the kid because they were busy. Then he said “that’s it are you poor?”. I got the name of him and it was Desmond please help me find this kid.

Worse customer service period!!! This location has been going down hill for awhile. The produce is never fresh, the shelves are never stocked, bathrooms are deplorable and employees are some of the most unfriendly people to be around. Employees are never willing to help you find what you’re looking for, much less, willing to provide service. There’s always someone with attitude and act as if they don’t hear you when there’s an issue with something customers can’t control.My visit this evening was one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had in awhile. Especially when both my mother and I are being talked down to, because we’re seen as making things “too difficult” When in fact, there’s management (in red vest/man of Indian descent) that do not want to help nor know what they are doing on the cash register. They blatantly look at you, roll their eyes, as well as, huff and puff as they take no ownership of their mistakes. Oh! Don’t forget that they actually have to work and provide service to customers, which does not happen!If you can save yourself the trouble and lack of customer service….shop elsewhere.

On the beginning of the weekend they’re busy but well stocked and you can expect to long wait at the self checkout or at the lanes with a cashier.I’ve had a few instances of coupon issues or a return and the staff have been very helpful in taking care of the problem. I’ve had a good experience here pretty consistently.

I had the most amazing experience today thanks to an employee named Jennifer. I was having a rough day admiring the gorgeous inventory of plants they have outside and she heard me speaking about my rough day to my husband. This amazing, wonderful woman took me aside and bought me 2 plants I had been eyeing for months. What a beautiful human being! I hope the universe rewards her for this deed that made a huge difference in someone’s life. Kroger, I hope you treat her like gold, she is priceless!The employee at Starbucks I had Spoken to I wish I had caught his name, he’s was a mason student and we had spoken about this area and he was so kind and helpful as well!So not only are there amazing employees there, the store is immaculate and always stocked thoroughly. It’s the best Kroger in the area. The fruit and veggies are fresh and the isles are stocked and organized well. So thankful to live in this area!

I was having a tough time with the pump while getting gas and Pam the Fuel Manager saw me as she was walking up and not only gave me a tip for it to maybe work but when she realized it was faulty, she stepped in and stood with me while my tank filled up. She was proactive, helpful, sweet, a pleasure, offered tips/info I had never learned before and she stayed with me from start to finish. This is the third time I’ve had an amazing experience at this location.I live in Montgomery and am near both Kroger’s but this is by far the best and Pam really impressed me today. Thank you Pam for such a pleasant experience. It’s a wild weekend of travelers, a tumultuous world, and steep gas prices and she still had the best energy and kindness. She is an angel. Thank you Pam!!!!!!!!!!! Also, the other gentleman working came up and was kind and spoke with us for a moment as well, I did not catch his name but he was also wonderful. Note: I am the first to feel if someone doesn’t offer the best service. But they were a delight.

This store’s customer service has gone to the DOGS!!! I’ve shopped at this Kroger location for over 14 years and never had any issues. However, present day this store has the most unprofessional customer service especially at the Starbucks counter. The young lady behind the counter has a uncaring attitude that clearly shows in the way she interacts with customers. Do BETTER Kroger.

We had a very negative experience with the Pick Up service today. We waited for 50 minutes before being told our order was still not ready to be delivered to our car. Meanwhile, another car cut the line and received their pick up order before the other five cars that had been waiting. We ended up canceling our order and shopping ourselves in less time than it would have taken to get our groceries.

I was in this store about an hour ago. The lady in front of me at the register had an 8 week old puppy in her purse. I went straight to the service desk and reported it and was told there was nothing they could do. This is wrong. Service dogs have to be registered as such and a certain age. This dog didn't even have all it's shots yet. I have small dogs. My issue is this common behavior is going to affect people who truly NEED service dogs. I ended up having it out with the woman myself and shouldn't have had to, it was the manager 's job.
