Stopped at the Kings Mill location after my dentist appointment today to pick up a few miscellaneous items. Everything that I needed was in stock, as well as a few things I didn't need ... lol. Employees were nice and helpful and what was even better the store didn't seem to be overly busy which made shopping more enjoyable.I'll go back to this location Asian in the future when I'm in the neighborhood.

Usually have good shopping trips, good employees that are sweet and helpful but this morning was the complete opposite at the meat counter. The middle aged gentleman was so RUDE & had thee worst attitude. My daughter even asked what was wrong with this man. Definitely made me feel like i was bothering him by asking for something. i dont know if i will be returning after this morning. I dont know what i did to this man, but he was so so mean.

This Kroger tries, and I’ve found the staff to be very friendly. I usually have a good experience with the produce. They aren’t the fanciest Kroger but do meet 90% of my needs and are conveniently located for me.But, they have updated self checkout and now you can’t shut off the volume, only decrease it. Used to be able to turn it off entirely. Very annoying.Further, they require ID checks for NA beer? Seems pretty stupid. I mean, really? REALLY? And, now there are cameras all over the self checkout area. I don’t know if they have a theft problem or not but it just feels completely impersonal and depressing, like we are descending further into insanity, not rising above or out of it.

You know what would be great question mark if you were employees at the gas station with actually stock.The shelves out there with consistent products so your consumers can actually plan.On purchasing them, because you know that's kind of the point of why you're in business

I don't usually shop this location but when I asked for help in locating an item, they were very helpful. And i used self-check out and found the employee very professional & helpful. I do have to say that I'm spoiled by the wider aisles at other locations.

I recently had my vaccinations at this location:5210 State Route 741, Mason, OH & met two of the kindest Pharmacist & Pharmacy Technician: Corey and Dennis. Thank you both for your kindness and efficient service. Dennis, thanks for your attention to detail: corrected my misspelled name w/c I remembered calling that to the attention of the young lady Pharmacy tech. from Kroger pharmacy, Yankee Rd. Liberty Twp. but was totally ignored.

This Kroger tries to do a great job, but the fact is it is not a super sized store. I love it, because it is smaller, but the selection can be limited and some folks do not understand that. Overall, I find what I am looking about 95% of the time, lines are never too long. Workers are polite and friendly enough for a city our size. I do feel I can do my shopping better in the smaller store, I hope it remains as it is, but if you want more selection or fresher than fresh veggies you have to go to the larger stores. This is a Kroger staple store serving the needs of Mason for many decades and it works well for those that depend on it and for those that live near it. Thanks Team!

Took my disabled mother there yesterday. 5 handicap wheelchairs and not a single one worked. I went to management who was busy bagging groceries. He sent a lady out to check on them. She plugged one in and told me she told management last week none were working.then said "we are busy what do you want me to do". I pushed my mother in her regular wheelchair while she pushed a cart. This was her first grocery outing in 2 years. Upon leaving her foot was caught under the grocery cart causing a bruise on top of her foot. While she was screaming in pain not a single employee checked on her. A gentlemen (another customer) coming into the store helped us to the car. Multiple employees saw me having a rough time pushing my mother while she pushed a cart in front of her but no help was offered just stares.Very disappointed in the lack of customer service.

very bad and unprofessional experience here. i went here with my fiance and your employee preston, who did look like he was on meth and had cuts all over his face; decided to cat call my fiance. the guy tried to run away and hide from us and we went around looking for him. we had to yell at him and get other employees involved, eventually alerting customer service desk of the situation. linda was called to the desk and we left. this needs to be taken with 100% seriousness. i doubt this was the first girl he cat called and he failed to take any accountability and even claimed he didnt think he did anything wrong. when we alerted the front desk and was obviously angry he said he would apologize but still didnt feel like he did anything wrong. if anyone encounters him they should stay clear, HE IS A WEIRDO. this krogers needs to take immediate action against this guy. our experience was ridiculous and i expect this situation to be handled professionally. i dont feel he needs to be working there and would probably do better if he stayed away from women for the rest of his life. not like he could get close any eitherway.

Always a frustrating experience. The produce is not fresher than fresh. And every time I go to check out EVERY TIME!! I am overcharged something says it's on sale and it does not ring up or I can't find the digital coupon. This used to being by go to store, now I drive miles out of my way to avoid. Shame on you Krogers

Every Time my wife walks in to shop she noticed the security guard follow her like she's getting profiled. She has never stoled a thing in her life and she is a older female ,? Every time that she goes to a aisle, she hears the security screening over the intercom in the same aisle she's in once. When she was checking out she noticed a strange man acting like he was a shopper. Also she worked there part time a few years ago this dude is creepy

We just moved one year back to kingsmills. Before that we live right beside the Kroger in Blueash.After moving to kingsmills we just started buying groceries in this KrogerA old lady who is working at self check out she will give very hard time for my family.Every time I felt so bad about her behavior. She looks in our baggage’s.May be She might not happy.

Will never go here again. I picked up 2 cases of water, one with a coupon for $1 off. When I asked the attendant at the self checkout if he could plug in 2 coupons since I had 2 cases he replied, “sorry, you’ll need 2 coupons otherwise Kroger would lose money.”Sorry, Kroger will now lose all my business so I hope if was worth it.

It was a busy Saturday afternoon. There were people stocking in almost every aisle. I am disabled and had difficulty shopping. The handicapped women's bathroom stall had no toilet tissue and the seat was broken. No soap and no paper towels. Deli was closed in the middle of the afternoon on a Saturday!

Kroger inappropriately and rudely put a hold on our Kroger Delivery account for a charge that does not even exist. They refused to speak with the Credit Card company on the phone to resolve the miscommunication. Customer service representatives were slow to act or fix the issue and rude over the phone.

Decent store. Slightly renovated but still the old Kroger layout and flooring. Missing some items other Kroger’s have and the meat section is not always the best. Employees are great and deserve a better building. Hopefully it is torn down and replaced with a Kroger marketplace.

We ordered a cake for birthday. The cake tasted terribly bad. Cake frosting gives bitter taste. No one make worst cake than this one. We got cake from Kroger's other couple of locations, we really enjoyed those cakes. But this one really really bad .. I literally wasted $20 for this blunder !!!
