As I entered the store I was greeted by such a pleasant person who immediately directed me to the cat treats that I was looking for and was so informative of what might be best for my kitty’s needs. I definitely will be back and will spread the word to all my friends with animals! Love this store and the people working there!

I bought a 5 Wash prepaid Self Wash Card several months ago. I have been to the Deerfield location twice. Neither time was the water hot enough. The staff were aware of the problem and offered multiple excuses. On my last visit, the staff suggested I go to the West Chester location. So today I’m headed there to wash my good pal Charlie. I gave the third star only because the staff were courteous. Otherwise, it would have been two as I have not received the service for which I prepaid.

I usually don’t post reviews, but I just wanted to give a shoutout to Fae!! They are always sooo helpful whenever my husband and I go in. Fae always greet us with a friendly smile and knows sooo much about each product. Thanks Fae for always going above and beyond.

I have two large breed dogs that have allergies to chicken and eggs plus a few other ones making it very difficult to find foods they can eat. It seems like all large breed dog food is chicken based. So finding a place that carries dog food they can eat and it is in stock can be difficult. They carry some brands and it was in stock . Yay!!! The staff was friendly and very helpful. I will be back.

Your employees are very nice and helpful! I trust the health of all of the animal food that they sell there! All the food that I have ever bought there, for my Dog Bella, she loved and isvery healthy and strong. I will always shop there for Bella. They also have a Dog grooming area for you to groom your animal.Can't get better than that!!

Can't say enough great things about pet people! I've been going to pet people stores since we adopted our baby 6 years ago, so I very happy one opened up close to my house! The staff at the West Chester PP is incredible. SO helpful and invested in your fur babies, too. This week was our pup's birthday and we got the cutest cake for her! (And a party hat that she didn't love so much haha) thanks so much!

My Golden Retriever, Gina, Love the treats I bring home.I bring her a variety of flavors, from beef and duck sticks, to peanut butter hearts, and healthy treats like sweet potato and pumpkin.Great store and has everything I need to keep a happy pup.

Went here today to look for a new and healthier cat food brand. Laura helped me so much and was so informative on anything dog and cat food related. She helped me for about 20 minutes and walked me through everything and answered all the questions I had. She was super enthusiastic and didn’t hesitate to help me at all. Even though this store is 30 minutes from my house, and there’s a closer location to me, I think I’m going to continue coming to this one due to how friendly the staff was!!

My wife and I got our family a new puppy yesterday and we have a lot of questions. We didn't share this with anyone at the store but our previous dog died pretty traumatically earlier in the summer so, while we love our new puppy, we are afraid of making mistakes and I'm especially being overly careful.We have both been to this location on successive nights and Micah has been incredibly kind and willing to answer our questions. He talked me through crate training for our pup and gave me some great tips and suggestions and was very welcoming and encouraging, inviting me and my family to bring our puppy in.My wife took our puppy in tonight, and Micah was again incredibly helpful. He talked her through the pros and cons of different brands of food and the histories of each food (recalls and whatnot), what would be best for our breed, and was generally spectacularly knowledgeable, patient, and kind.This is our new pet store. Thank you for being so kind, Micah.

We were looking for a place to quickly bathe our dog while visiting town so we stopped into PetPeople. I am very impressed with this store! The employees were so friendly and knowledgeable. The store was immaculate and the "Spaw" had everything g we needed to clean our girl!

Upscale pet chain boutique, great selection for dog products. I am a cat parent and found their selection lacking. There weren't small cans nor enough brands to choose from. A small area assigned for cat products in the back of the store. Could be better.

This is a regular weekend stop for me. My dog loves sniffing the possible treats and loves the attention that the staff gives. The only downside is that they rarely carry the Wellness brand dog which my dog loves but on the other hand, I can buy it cheaper online anyways. Prices are still good and the membership is great but what makes it perfect is the location because I make it a habit to grab some groceries and a treat before heading back to the car.
