While waiting for my daughter in law to checkout I noticed a carry cart sitting on the counter and I picked up one or two items to look at thinking it was a go back carry cart and the employee snapped at me saying it belonged to somebody else. I explained that I was just looking she was completely hostile. Not friendly at all. Not even a good greeting from either one of the employees. Definitely not a friendly staff.

Some shelves seemed like they were missing some items and there was a lot of shopping carts out in the parking lot and a few blocking the sidewalk before the entrance. There was 2 employees there and it wasn't terribly busy 1 of them could've gotten those carts. Not a huge deal just a bit of a hassle getting to the door.

Are they only open on Sundays?? First time here, me and another customer were surprised as all the lights are on, like it’s open, but doors are locked. My first time here but it’s an hour drive from home so not sure I will be back if they can’t give some idea when they are open.

The employees were great, however many aisles were cluttered or unorganized. I needed some craft items but couldn't bring myself to try and dig through the mess. Even though items are 1.25 most signage still says 1.00. This being a newer store I would have expected it to be neater and more organized or stocked better.

My friend manages this store. Why I say he's my friend: he has come and patronized my business also, and when there was a pricing issue with a product I purchased, not only did he refund the item, but he also gave me an additional item of the same kind for free for my time. I have never received such good care from a retail store in my life. This is by far one of the most friendly and well maintained stores I've ever been to.

The store is disgusting. It's dirty disorganized and the shelves are bare. There's stuff laying all over the floors in every aisle. This store needs a good cleaning along with new and better staff who actually want to work instead of standing around complaining.

I absolutely adore this store because of 2 things... The cashiers. I have never caught their names because I was always excited to get rung up to go paint my new items, but there are 2 wonderful ladies that work the register and they are absolutely adorable.

I appreciate friendly faces eager to assist and take time with each customer. I prefer this location easy one stop shop very close to Kroger’s so what ever I didn’t get out of krogers because of either too expensive or too expensive I can find at Dollar tree where items are least expensive and that fits my budget

The slowest, most senile, old, cashiers I've ever seen! They never shut up. They gotta have a 20 minute conversation with EVERY customer they're ringing up! Counting back your change seems like an ordeal for them. I love the selection of products here but I don't have the time to wait 30 or 40 minutes just to check out, especially when Dollar Market is just 2 minutes up the street.

I’m going to stop even trying to shop this location! Often closed when they are supposed to be open. This is the third time in the past few months I’ve gone before 5 o’clock on a weekday and they’ve been closed. Has happened on a Saturday before as well and again today just before 5… worker standing at the door sending people away stating they are closed. It’s obvious that they are understaffed. The shelves are never stocked, boxes are always piled high.

The store has been closing between 11-1pm every day and not opening. Today THE MANAGER came out and argued with us about how people need to come to work and they have been open. SERIOUSLY? We have tried shopping there the past 3 days for Halloween crafts and the store manager wants to argue and yell at me, with my two 5 year old twins, and yell at 2 other customers? I can understand why no one is working, why would anyone want to work under such a rude and nasty MANAGER?! They need all new staff, I don’t see any other store staying closed everyday!!!!

I love dollar tree, but this location has very bad customer service and I should know I work at a gas station. None of the lights were on for the lanes so I got into one and the women at the register look at me and said I’m closed you need to go to the other lane. There were people in front of me and she said they were hear first meanwhile I was in the store for a decent amount of time and none of the lights were on when I walked in and I did not once here her say she was closed until she saw me in line. Then when my boyfriend tried to say something about it to the women who was checking us out and she said what did she do. Everyone there heard how she was speaking to me. I just won’t be going back there also we bought a drink and it was months old.

Store was cleaned the first few months, Now it’s a mess with boxes in every isle can’t get a cart down the isles! It’s a fire hazard!!! Was help now hardly no help! But I guess what do you expect from a dollar tree. This is my main closest store and just hope they can get the help they need! Get the boxes off the floors and tidy the place up.

The cashiers are very friendly but the store itself looks like a tornado went through it… Compared to all the other dollar tree stores in the area this one is definitely the most cluttered and dangerous to shop in… All of the isles areCluttered with merchandise and boxes of inventory but The toy isle is the worst as I have seen little ones running rampant and playing with the toys and throwing them on the floor while the parents are wandering elsewhere in the store.. I feel bad for the employees because the ones that are working are trying but They need help to get this mess under control… All it takes is one person to trip and fall and that will be the end of this store… Anyone with OCD would have a stroke just walking in the front door….

If I could give this location 0 stars I would . They are barley ever open and have terrible customer service. I feel like last few times me and my husband came in they yell we are closing or we are about to close and that's at 2-4 pm .. thats even if they opened for the day.

Had a very rude experience there, twice! I know it's a Dollar Store but that shouldn't matter. If you can't be kind to people who spend their money at your store you don't really deserve their business. There are plenty of Dollar Stores around this town so I will no longer give this location my business.

Brand new store so very clean and well lite. It's a stand alone store so parking is very easy(not fighting with other stores for spaces). Restrokms are also very clean. Good selections.

Jacked the prices up, what the hell, that freakin quarter is a deal breaker for me, I won’t be back!!! Some things don’t need to be changed in order for them to work. Now change the name of the store and jack the prices up some more, pathetic!

Why do you keep changing your operating hours? We came yesterday there was a note on the door saying you closed at 5:00pm. We tried today at 6:50 and it is already closed while it is supposed to be open until 9:00pm! Change your operating hours in google and on your doors for god’s sake!!!!
