As usual Whits has amazing custard. We got our usual smalls. We were excited to try out this location. It’s clean with good service and friendly staff.

Cool old building, custard and whitty's are good, but the staff is seemingly not trained well. Whitsers have toppings in the top half and none in the bottom. I have had about a 10% order failure rate due to poor communication register to back and back to handing out. I have gotten someone else's order that they said was mine and others have gotten mine. Maybe I was spoiled by the Whit's where we lived previously or just because Dairy Queen & Culvers doesn't have poor service/quality.

Great frozen custard, and even better creations. Milkshakes, malts, sundaes and more. Daily specials. Frozen cups, pints and quarts (and probably larger) available. Great alternative to ice cream, gelato and frozen yogurt.

The ice cream is nothing special but glad it is here. I'd avoid the ice cream sandwiches they have in the front as they are stored too cold and use the wrong type of cookies so they are impossible to eat. They start as hard as a rock, especially the ones with the chocolate cookies, and then warm up into a mushy mess as the cookie doesn't have any structure and is too dense so your fingers go straight through into the ice cream. It tastes great but they need to fix the recipe to a better cookie.

If it’s busy, just leave. They will just rush as fast as they can to make what you ordered and you’ll end up just getting vanilla ice cream. My turtle had a drop of caramel and a drop of hot fudge and a few pecans. And I asked for it to be mixed, it was not. Very obviously made as fast as possible with no care how it was made.

Passing through town and wanted something sweet. Nice place. Great serving size at a great price. Definitely worth a trip. Friendly staff. Will return.

Rude service from the girl in the purple yoga pants. Just stared at me until I placed my order. 3/12/2023I don't come here for the customer service so that's whatever, but she made the bottom half of my cup regular frozen custard and only put what I asked for in the top half of my cup.

I ordered a couple of tasty turtle cups and I ordered them with extra everything, but I received even less caramel than usual in those. When I talked to one of the ladies she explained to me that melted fast becase they had more caramel that’s why I don’t see it. Does this really make sense???? I’m not stupid. WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE. I’m not coming back to this place and I don’t recommend it at all

The best ice cream in Marysville! It's just so good, I'm obsessed. Nothing compares. The store has always been clean when we've visited, and the employees who work the register are really kind and friendly. I would reccommend ordering a Whitser! It's just like a Blizzard from Dairy Queen but like 50% better.

Tried the flavor of the week which was black raspberry chip and also the butter pecan and both were excellent. Our favorite flavor of ice cream is Graeter's black raspberry chip but Whits is every bit as good. I wanted to get a quart to take home with me but they did not have any black raspberry chip in the freezer but she offered to make me a fresh one to take with me but my drive is a half an hour. I was afraid it would melt. The manager made a suggestion of buying the quart of black raspberry that was in the freezer and already Frozen and she would give me the dark chocolate chips to put in it when we eat it and that was the perfect solution. I very highly recommend Whit's in Marysville.

Whit's is consistently delicious and great. The people are super friendly, patient, and helpful. Normally, I can tell the difference between ice cream and custard, but this tastes better than ice cream. The Whitsers are so good! But, you only need a mini. Great place to visit in such a cute town!

The BEST custard/ice cream ever! The owner & employees are friendly & always helpful. The prices are very reasonable with fun and affordable options for little kids as well & big ones. Whether it's date night or a family outing, Whit's is always top pick!

This place is Meh. If you like tons of toppings with your vanilla ice cream, you may enjoy this place but other wise, I wouldnt recomment it.

I was so happy when Whit's opened up again in Marysville. The custard tasted creamier than ever. I had the buckeye (blitz?) and my husband had cookie dough. Both were amazing. The four stars are for the lack of decorations inside. I realize it has just opened, and compared to the previous beautiful building, I have big expectations. A mural would be a great addition to the bare wall.

Whit's never fails. Never! If your thinking about it. Stop! Don't think and just go there. Like right now! You won't regret it. I've been to both Marysville and Bellefontaine and they do an amazing job at consistency at both locations. From staff, services, atmosphere, very generous portions. Stop reading now and go get your own.

Good custard, but flavor combinations felt uninspired. My mixed topics weren't even blended together very well. Seating area was a bit cramped. I did appreciate the rear patio, but the view is that of an alleyway. Overall alright, but for a small price increase I would check out Rollies around the corner.

Great service and delicious options for frozen custard treats! Very supportive and actively involved in the community. The Root Beer float is my personal favorite! Neat building architecture as well.

Great custard at a fair price. They always have a different specialty flavor of the week and it is always delicious. The staff is very nice as well. It's my favorite dessert place in town.

Nom nom nom - my teenage kids LOVE the foot long hot dogs and the BBQ sandwich is the best deal in town. Not a sit down restaurant but there are a few chairs and tables outside. And if you haven't tried the custard yet....it's amazing!

Hadn't ever eaten frozen custard. It's a lot like ice cream. I was told by the Whit's manager, in order of healthiness, yogurt is most healthy followed by frozen custard and then the least healthy is ice cream. Frozen custard is the BOMB!

It is the best ice cream place and I love the staff and the food and ice cream. It is a really good place to get cake for a birthday. It is also good to stop by after my daughter goes to karate.

The Frozard was delish and with them being brand new I'll give them another try in a few months to see if they polish but I really got the vibe of a High School concession stand deluded that they are a Pinkberry.NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS greeted us at the door, the notice nearly as large as their company signage. Little did I know this would be one of the better aspects of the experience. They almost lost us right at NO PEE FOR U! My daughter and I had just spent 2 hours at the soccer field on a hot day and were looking for a fun treat. If she didn't promise that she could hold it we would have walked a 2nd block to Farmhouse Ice Cream (having hoofed it a block in our cleats already since there's no parking). We squeezed in the single front door to a crowded lobby area, bumping into some people and their ice cream trying to leave. No one greeted us which would have been nice since it was very unclear where to queue up.The menu was extensive and handwritten on a chalkboard…”homey or ma and pa” to some, “inefficient and lacking luster” was my take. I was sorry not to see any food options…I’d had a light dinner before practice and had we gone to any one of the 4 other ice cream joints we frequent in the tiny Ville would have also ordered a sandwich. We took our choice from the two drink options in the cooler, Orange Crush or IBC root beer. Since neither of these option where anywhere in our top 20 I shared a quick story about my college roomie whose band had a song about it to hype it up to my daughter. Finally close enough to see the menu we started to decide, but ultimately had to shoot from the bow with our order. My daughter wanted two toppings and a cone. We repeated these toppings 3 times to get them plugged into the register. The bill came to $11 for two people, and the drink at $1.50 was the most reasonably priced thing – choco syrup and all other toppings are 50 cents each.We then slid over to the (undeclared by any signage) pick up counter – ok it was more of a card table. This is where we got to watch 2 employees loudly argue over which two ingredients went in my “Fish Bait” and how it differed from the “Dirty Worms”. Pretty sad when you realize these are both off the kids menu….maybe they work their way up to the deluxe items that have 5 ingredients. 2 other employees always enjoyed this show as they loitered nearby NOT apparently concerned in any way about the lines out the door.“Ma and Pa” were nowhere to be seen….it felt like just 6 High School kids hanging out after school.I’m pretty sure I stole a “non-customer” tray as I assembled my own order and grabbed some napkins, but it helped me carry the 4 spillible items I had. Where to sit? Better hope it’s not raining cause the only seating is outside, and very limited. Back thru that heavy door where although nobody helped open it for me and my full hands they still managed to be close enough that I nearly lost the root beer in another bumpy walk out.We were lucky to snag a 4-top, and other tables quickly borrowed the extra chairs so they could sit too. Now that we were outside (and with it being a happily beautiful day) we could enjoy our Frozard, and with the lack of WiFi I hopped on the Mexican Restaurant's across the street to post a pic.We were careful not to drop our glass bottle onto the brick sidewalk right next to the major intersection and pedestrian thoroughfare. I couldn’t imagine trying to dig glass bits out of the cracks of the paver stones, and didn’t feel like anyone inside would put forth much of an effort on that anyway….but they went out of their way to offer only glass bottles for what, a stab at being classy?Again, the Frozard was delish, but the rest of the experience completely lacked amenities and any sort of zen. With so many other options (many of them priced considerably more competitive) I'm hoping my second visit will be far different or there'll not be a 3rd.

Good food and frozen custard. Always nice people working there. If you want food and custard just know it's going to take a while as there usually is only enough people there to run the register, custard, and food.
