Everytime I come into the auto care center I am looked over or I am just not serviced by Shelby I came in like 2 to 3 weeks ago to see how much it cost & how long it would be to get new sensors for my tires.I sat on the couch because I got tired of standing a lady and her boyfriend cut in front of me (we began to argue) Shelby at the register said she wanted to help them first because it would be quicker. It’s not about which one is quicker it’s about who was here first, I am very disappointed & upset all I wanted to do was ask the woman ( Shelby ) a question when the man & woman cut infront of me I would have definitely been faster but she didn’t bother to ask me what I needed so she didn’t know that. That situation ruined the rest of my day.

We can usually find what we need, but thankfully there's a Meijer across the street for when we can't. My main issue with this store is the lack of cashiers and how they never have all the self checkouts open. Also, this store is very dated compared to pretty much any other store in the area.

Remarkably, (probably due to me visiting midday) they had actual registers open and people checking you out which is a refreshing change. This location has been cleaned by an awesome gentleman by the name of Brandon. He's been working hard at it for years! Tell him thank you for his dedication to his janitorial duties!

Did not feel welcomed, especially when the attendants came up to watch me use the self checkout three times for an astounding 12 items. Impatient when I was asked if they could see the receipt, while my hands were full and I didn't know which of the bags I had absent mindedly stuffed it in. Stared at the entire time, like I wasn't supposed to be there. Just after dark, maybe they're just on a crusade...

Today the cute young man from customer service was an angel sent by God, he managed to keep my debit card safe after I had left it at ATM by accident,he was so kind, patient and friendly,I can't thank him enough,he is the best.God bless him.

Went in for an oil change and picked up my car and my door was damaged. My fault was I didn’t report it immediately, but I had to get to work and I figured they had cameras so they would see. I went back on the weekend was told I would hear from the manager on Monday, manager never called and I went back in on Wednesday. Just got a call from Walmart insurance who said they just seen the mechanic open the door. I don’t even care about the compensation, I care they lied and said they received the cameras and the mechanic just opened the door. If it was an accident they would have informed me that the damage happened. I wish I had time to report it when it happened because whatever mechanic did this to my door would be fired. I will contact the lawyer to see if I can get the camera footage because there is no way “he just opened “ the door

Went into store #1595 to return a prepaid Verizon cell phone that I had for 22 days. I didn't get the associates name that "helped" me but he was 6' 0" mid to late 40's and his bald spot looked like a hairy doughnut you took a bite out of and sat over your knee cap. When he told me they couldn't return it I got agitated and started to say they should post that policy somewhere visible so people know the policy is different. I made it just past the word post when he interrupted me to snidely and disrespectfully say "it's on your receipt." The policy agrivates me because I was NOT notified and honestly who reads the small print on the bottom of your receipt but I'll find a use for it. What bothers me is how the associate didn't say something along the lines of unfortunately I can't change the policy but I can relay your concern to my manager, that's how you put out a fire and give good customer service. I will go to Marion, Ohio for anything I can't get somewhere else.

Nothing more irritating when you have to use the self check out because your store only has 2 cashiers working and the guy " monitoring" is laying over a cart unable to provide any assistance to checking out 50 of the same items instead of me doing it one at a time. Ridiculous!!! Paying someone a wage to watch me do their job, sign me up!!

It's a Walmart, with typical Walmart experiences. I usually don't like going to Walmarts mostly due to the clientele but this one wasn't too bad, but still very much was a Walmart experience. I swear though people at this location don't know how to PUSH a cart, instead like 75% of the people I encountered were pulling their cart while they walk on the side making it hard to get around them. The staff was friendly though.

My buddy just bought 4 brand new tires which cost almost $600... they broke the transfer case somehow and won't fix it or anything. New transfer case costs $2k... I won't be going there and most likely any wal- mart to do anything to my car. Might cost me more than triple. Smh

Walmart does not care about customers no registers open and when you ask them to open one they can't so I left $200 full cart and they said that was ok! If I have a few thing that would be different. Then they say have a nice day what a joke

Shelves always bare, never have what I go on for, employees always in the way stocking and they are incredibly rude. Been hit by them pushing their stock around and they acted like it was my fault I was in their way. Place is an absolute joke

Their Walmart pick up is ridiculous. Several people have waited 2 hours, 1 hour, 40 minutes, 25 minutes for their Walmart pick up. Smh Get it together walmart! That defeats the whole purpose of a Walmart pick up.

Store is all right. Seem to have a lot of elitist customers though. Every time I go, I see one of the "valued members of society" shrieking at the cashiers or door people or some other store associate for doing their jobs. People these are the ones that are choosing to work while you shriek "No one wants to work any more" it's because of people like that. Keep them in line or all those cashiers are going to be replaced with self service lines. I've already seen it in another stores and you guys seem to looove those right?

I had a very stressful day today. I had a little bit of money and had went over budget (man I was so embarrassed). Luckily, the guy who was running the self checkout was very gracious and helped me pay for the remaining amount. The food was for my son so he could have something to eat before I got paid again. Thank you Dylan, you made our day!

I like this walmart better then Urbana walmart they are more organized at customers service. Plus they have more stuff in their craft section. The only downfall is the are more expensive because of where they are located

Not only did the store not have half of what I came in for but when asking for help from an associate they were too busy gossiping with their coworkers to actually pay attention to my question. In doing so I ended up getting locked out of using my mobile payment (because you can only use mobile pay through the Walmart app, which is an inconvenience all in itself) I ended up having to have my husband bring me his debit card from home to be able to pay for what I came in for and when expressing my frustration (very mildly I may add) said associate has a snobby attitude stating it wasn't her fault it was "just how the system works". When in fact it was her fault because had she listed to my question to begin with I would have never been locked out of the app to begin with.... If you made it this far thank you for reading my angry customer rant...

Attempted to ask a question from 3 different associates in the electronics area. None acknowledged me to the point I was fearful I was hearing my voice but no one else was. Then I went to check out and not a single full service check out was open. The self check outs (which I despise as I don't get a W-2 from Wal-Mart) nearest the door we came in through were all closed. I then had to walk to the far end to check myself out and then back to the other door to get to my car in the parking lot. For the money this company makes, it surely does not go into customer service.

Went to the auto center for help with a tire. Couldn't patch it so they sold me a good tire and put it on in no time. Friendly, quick, efficient, and price was reasonable. I couldn't believe how quickly we were helped. The auto team deserves a good pat on the back!! Good job!

Usually out of what I need. Recently went there for shipping envelopes and they were out of the size I needed. Drove to the one in London and they only had one package left, so now they'll be out for a while too I suppose. Got lucky today, they had everything I needed and a deal on one of my favorite snacks.

Registers not open, mainly self check outs. My husband and I hate using these as we are a little older and do our shopping in higher quantities so that several trips to store are unnecessary. Self check out does not work well for us. Add more open Registers. If need be get those managers out there.
