Been a customer for at least 10 yrs. Probably longer. Pharmacy is a joke. My doctor called to ask if they had my meds because last 5 times they haven't had my full script. Pharmacist said yes. Go in, they don't have even half. Communication is nonexistent. If they do most of the time you'll go in and someone will tell you different. Do yourself a favor. DO NOT GO HERE!! Especially if you have a bad temper. They will test you. Feel bad for some of the ladies working in there. Some catch heat for dumb people that work there. Other than Pharmacy it's a good store.

Went in last minute for Grad Party announcements and a banner. Josh was extremely patient and helpful and made our last minute tasks less stressful! Thank you Josh, Gracie, and Lucy!! Will be recommending others to make you first stop for photos, invites, banners, etc. Best deals and service around!

Sometimes they are not very nice, especially the pharmacist. In my experience I’ve felt like when I am having a prescription filled and I either call about the status or ask for it to be filled while waiting, their actions and responses (in this case hanging up on me while I was still talking) make you feel like they are doing a favor. When did people stop caring about each other? When did customer service turn into the burden of customer service? I’m paying for their service right? I chose them because the other pharmacies were treating me the same way. This is my experience anyway.

My wife and I purchased a prescription for an infant, for which they gave us an adult liquid syringe that could not be used to measure the prescribed dosage. When we called the pharmacy, they put us on hold for 5 minutes, after which the same person got back on the line only to ask if we were still there. After putting us back on hold for another 5 minutes, we were recycled back to the automated voice system. Clearly whoever works there doesn’t care. They could have at least lied and said they tried like a decent lazy person. 2-Star for at least answering the phone in the first place, I guess?

Wanted to get a canvas done, they didn't have the supplies. Wanted to return an item with their FedEx. Their website says they take the code, no label needed. Of course, their computer program is "messed up" and they can't take anything with just the code. Wow! Really?!

Travis the pharmacist is really great at connecting with and showing a real human side, even when being approached by an upset customer. He’s really very much appreciated because times are tough right now. We need to think more about each other and he definitely is doing that. Thank you Travis from Walgreens Marysville!

I went online to schedule a flu shot for me and my son. I scheduled two flu shots, and also received confirmation emails telling us to get there early as well as other prep information. I get there and it is closed. I asked the clerk and he said they were closed. I don't understand how I would be able to schedule two flu shots if they were going to be closed.
