What do we all know UDF for?....Yes Malts and Shakes.What did the clerk say to me when I went in hours before closing for a vanilla shake?"The machine is shut off and cleaned so I'm not doing that"Seriously? I get it if I came in at 12:45 when they close at 1 but I came in at 11pm for a late night snack and I thought UDF of all places would be serving them right now but I guess not. Whether its a policy thing after a certain time or a lazy worker... gotta say I'm disappointed.

Came in 10:50pm and I completely understand that employees are busy doing closing duties as they will be closing 11:00pm. When i got there, there is no one at the cashier and i saw an old lady cleaning the hot dog stand. I know she saw me and she heard the door and the sound when i entered. I was already standing at the cashier waiting for her to at least acknowledge me but she still ignored me. I saw the scanner and scanned myself and put my credit card in. Now she finally said something that i will be there. Then she just continued cleaning the hot dog stand and expects me to wait for her to finish cleaning it. As an employee i think she needs to prioritize customers, it will take her literally less than 10 seconds to scan my item and accept my payment. I told her its ok you are busy i went to the grocery store instead.

When does UDF have peach ice cream?? JULY.....Went to get a peach milkshake tonight....stood in line cause only one working dairy case.Got up and ordered giant peach shake..... associate with broken glasses and no PR experience...."We don't have enough to make a milkshake "......WTH?? Didn't offer to get some out of the daily case cause big signs say "get a peach shake" and "48 oz peach $10...just said NOPE....In the future remember.....you need me the customer....I don't need you.

Chandra and Eli are awesome! They are are such hard workers. There are many times we come to get ice cream and it’s just the two of them. Hope they are getting recognized for this like they should by their higher ups. They are always friendly and we are always glad to see them every time we return.

Terrible service from cashier vickie she was very nasty towards me and watched me the whole time I was in the gas station. Overrall not the worst due to the gas offer they currently have of 15 cents off

I always check their gas prices! Last weekend I filled my car up at UDF for $2.98 gallon!Store is clean and offers a lot of things.

My friends and I were accused of calling one of the workers a “crackwhore” at the Marysville UDF. We were then approached by a younger lady who was going to fight us on the behalf of the older woman even though we DID NOT say the things they were accusing us of. Officially have lost a customer. Don’t go to this UDF!!!! I wouldn’t even give them a star if it was an option.

UDF is the best place to get ice cream in Ohio. I love getting Peach Ice cream. They also have a Dairy Queen in Marysville but it is better if you get one in a bigger city such as in the Kanas City Area. That way you can have hot dogs and hamburger instead of just ice cream. UDF rocks.

Give me a break. Company policy again doesn't matter how old you look you must have an id for cigarettes. Use proper judgement for goodness sake. It does make sense if I look even remotely close to 25 even. Done doing business with companies that don't give people the ability to make a proper judgment call.

It asked me to write what I liked about it.. But what didn't I like? The warm family atmosphere wrapped around me like a blanket from the second I walked in! Not only was I welcomed with a friendly "hello" but a few bright smiles as well!! I recently moved to the area out of Cincinnati, and this UDF is without a doubt my favorite! I love that they provide various blends of coffee, yet still hold onto tha good old UDF original. I will be returning.

Go there every morning, 5 times a week to get coffee.....today...nor regular or decafe....just the odd flavors off coffees aval. Ask the clerk where is the regular coffee....looks at me like i am a martian and says....dude...my manager ia on vacation and forgot to order it. How the hell doea that happen?????? Not even sure who thw manager is anymore.....all i know is the coffee area is filthy every time i have went to get coffee in the morning for aboit the past 6 to 8 weeks......gotta find a new place to get coffee.....no pride here. I hear Tim Horton's is the place to go.

Not friendly and a guy behind the counter didn't give me my correct change and when I mentioned it to him he was like oh let me fix it I said no just forget it and walked out! 3 employees was right there when I walked in the door didn't even get a hello!

Only one employee working both the ice cream and check-out, I don't mind the wait, just think they should have more employees as there were lines of people in both counters.

Cashier was very rude ! I couldn't hear him with his mask on , and instead of him walking to the cooler to help me , he kept yelling at me where the item was I was Looking for.i won't go back there unless I have to.....

I wish there was some way I could leave zero Stars... the store has wasted more of my time than I could ever count. Telling me I couldn't buy $20 worth of gas with a $50 bill.....really.
