Self Check-Out is by definition here, NOT self checkout. None of the kiosks have their scanners on the hook, and instead a cashier holds all four scanners and will saunter over after a few seconds of your standing confused in front of a kiosk to scan your purchases for you. Self checkout here is now just as slow as the regular checkout, and less convenient.

Storm door installation was scheduled for today 8am-10am. Never received any type of a confirmation phone call. Spoke to the assistant specialty manager, Tisha. She said they were not on schedule until Friday the 19th. The Home Depot staff is less than courteous, and I would not recommend the store for any specialty project. I sent the person home waiting at the property for the installer. Amazingly enough apparently the installer did show up today to install the storm door and is doing so without someone present on the property. I suggest the special projects department do a better job scheduling and following through on installations. The store manager that I spoke to, Brandon was not courteous either. Home Depot should be about customer service and have received a failing grade from the shopper.

Needed a match to a screw I brought in. Not sure who to ask for help. Ask a random worker. They tried their best to help but didn't have an idea. Found the screw he was suggesting and both me and the worker were stunned by the price. Decide i'll bite the bullet and buy. Walk up to the self checkout and realize I don't have my wallet. Use my phone to checkout. The card on my phone was the wrong card. The person I came with offered to help with apple pay. A worker then tells us the machines only accept cash or cards. But my phone worked initially. So the worker was giving wrong information on top of everything else. Went to Lowes and got my screws much cheaper and easier.

We got a quote for a custom stone bathroom vanity top and proceeded with the measurements for the top. The measurements came back the same/less than what was used in the original quote. We were then sent a variance where they wanted us to pay for an additional 2sq ft of material. This was because Home Depot’s policy is to break down every piece (vanity top, backsplash and two side splashes….4 pieces total) and round up when they calculate how much to charge you. So that .5sq ft side splash is now being charged as 1 sq ft of material. This policy was not used for the original quote. Home Depot then refused to refund all of our money because measurements were taken.Don’t make our mistake and please just go straight to a granite/stone company and do not use Home Depot for stone countertops!!

Paid $3200 total for an Anderson sliding door with $900 installation fees and they ordered the wrong color j channel and after installing they want to charge us $800 again to take the door out and re install with correct color j channel even though it was their fault. Go to Lowe’s!! We made a horrible mistake trusting Home Depot.

Home Depot "short shipped" a delivery to my house. They have refused to fulfill my order even though I spoke to them on the phone where they assured me that they would ship the remaining items to me. They followed up my phone call with an email stating that they would not ship the remaining items in my order and they did not offer a refund.

Won't ship an item between stores even if I pay in advance. Also, no option for ship to home. Only a $79 home delivery option for a $30, 1 lb part. No thanks. Disappointed in this level of service considering how much money we spend here. Guess we'll have to stick with Lowe's, who is happy to ship between stores.

Total joke, they don't even carry the most basic ridgid corded angle grinder and on their website it says it will arrive at their store faster than it does to your door. TOTAL LIE, CHOOSE THE DIRECT SHIPPING TO YOUR DOOR. I desperately need an angle grinder to continue my project but its been on hold for almost a week because of their lies.

I was repairing the roof on a garden shed and had to make a run to Home Depot in Marysville. While walking around aimlessly due to the line at the customer service desk, employee Katrina asked me if I need assistance. I told her what I needed and she assisted in getting me everything and even getting another employee to cut my OSB at their cutting station so I didn't have too when I got back to our shed repair. Even the cashier Michala was extremely nice and helpful when I checked out and picked up an additional online order. It was a surprising experience going into a large hardware and actually receiving exceptional service!

I received some help from a young man(didn't get his name) who was an employee. Rather than walking around trying to find 4 different items I asked him if he could tell me what aisle and bin # each item was in. He told me where they were, and each item was exactly where he said they would be. Saved me a lot of time and walking around. Great service is sometimes hard to get wherever you go these days, but I received excellent service from this young man. Much appreciated and I made sure to tell him so.

Staff is usually quite helpful and knowledgeable at this location. Today I was shopping for a bathroom remodeling project. Home Depot has a wider selection of wall mirrors than the local Lowes does.Update 1/1/23: today my trip is to purchase a Ryobi 18v crown stapler. Behind a locked case, so an employee needed to retrieve it for me. Super fast help and friendly. Cashier is pleasant as well. I like shopping at this Home Depot.

I went into the store close to closing time with a complicated exchange. Helen, a super nice lady helped me out perfectly. A helpful young man assisted her as well. I picked up a couple items to buy before I left the store, another sweet lady, Kelli was at the cashier stand checking the last few customers out before closing. Theses two ladies deserve a raise. Best customer service I’ve had in sometime, especially at a Home Depot.

Ordered a new dishwasher. 1st time they showed up to install said line was damaged and couldn't. Even though we have been using the line fine, but had it replaced. 2nd time to install said couldn't install because cabinet was built around the dishwasher...really??? Who in thier right mind "builds" cabinets around appliances?? Total bull because I watched the remodel and dishwasher was installed along with other appliances after remodel was complete. I looked at current dishwasher after they left, it will slide right out.They just didn't want to do the work. Period. Returning dishwasher and going elsewhere. Absolutely ridiculous, frustrating experience. Never again.

This is a great store in a good location. Easy access and near many of the other shopping centers. Lots of parking available and the traffic flows well. I'm always amazed at how clean and organized the store looks inside. The employees are very personable and helpful whenever I visit. They appear to rely heavily on the self checkout, so those lines can get long at times. But they usually move along fairly quick. Good store with good people and reasonable prices.

Honestly, it's fine. I like these big box hardware stores for certain items but prefer smaller establishments, like Ace, for other stuff. If I need something that i don't need help with, I will go to Home Depot (or Lowe's). Help at these places, and this one is no exception, is sometimes hard to find. I think they are OK for a quick trip and maybe purchasing some items in bulk. If I want service, I don't go here. Prices were fine and thier self checkout was very good (which I personally appreciate). So I would recommend stopping here, they will have what you need. However, don't expect help finding it or expertise to help you with a project.

I went in to buy a shop vac, couldn't find them, as the worker told me I was on the wrong side of town lol, as I needed to go to the other end of the store. He showed me the isle they was in. As I checked out I told the register person, I need help putting it in my car. For I am on a weight limit of 10 lbs, the gentleman that helped me find what I needed was the man that helped me in the store. Very friendly, helpful , courtesy people.

I didn't even have to look for help nor did iij see anyone else looking simply bc they were already there to assist you no matter what task a person had in mind, staff was quite knowledgable in there position. This home depot is big 5 out of 5 and just to think I heard an employee say they were short staffed!
