Best service of any pharmacy in Marysville. There's almost never a line and prescriptions are filled quickly. I've had to use Kroger, CVS, and Walgreen's for my dad and there's always a line and long wait.

Appreciate y’all confirming not to stay at meijer pharmacy Marysville, OH by not going the extra mile looking further into good RX to help. Appreciate your help before but I’m talking business elsewhere and unfortunately I can’t recommend you to anyone else.

These VERY nice and helpful people at this Meijer pharmacy are GREAT. I needed some of their assistance and had some questions about something with one of my relatives and they were extremely pleasant, accommodating, and answered all of my questions. Pharmacies can be very busy places at times and the staff members at pharmacies have challenging jobs. I hope all members of the public realize that each individual needs individual care and sometimes that can take time and others may have to wait a bit. But people can be assured that when they make it through the line they will get good care and attention too. Thank you again for the great customer service.

Slow and incompetent. Meds are never in "stock" numerous texts saying they are. Staff is ok nothing to give 5 stars at. Do better Meijer.

Nice enough staff I suppose but they never have anything I get prescribed in stock. I'm gonna have switch pharmacies just so I can start getting my medication on time so I can take them on time.

The worse pharmacy I have ever had dealt with…. It took 3 attempts to get our prescriptions moved from the Columbus area, after we moved here… on multiple occasions my wife and I received texts saying that we had prescriptions ready…when we would arrive we were advised that there were no prescriptions for us. We would show them the text as and received rude comments from the staff telling us that we should not go by the text, that it doesn’t mean that it is ready, our reply is why do you send the text if it’s not ready… they normally reply that it means that they have started to refill… (The text is hours or days old, how long does it take)? They also rarely have enough meds on hand and many times we had to return for the rest of our prescription…On another occasion, I was given the wrong meds for my mother, thank god she realized the pill was different, come to find out if she would have taken the pill it could have killed her.Another time after an er visit my wife was sent to the pharmacy with a prescription that was not covered by insurance, my wife simply asked if they would call to see if they could change to a med that was covered. They looked at her as if she was speaking a foreign language, it took 3 days and 2 visits to the pharmacy to get it doneThis Saturday was the last straw. I had received texts for 2 days in a row stating that meds were ready for my mother,,, the staff rudely informed us that we had no prescriptions ready.Overall the staff is very rude and unprofessional… we will not be back.

I have been with them since they opened a few years ago and almost every single time i have been here its been a terrible experience. I have stood at the counter before for 10mins without being acknowledged and no one else was around. Several times they had told me they had no prescriptions sent in by my doctor, after having to call the drs office 2 times to figure out what was going on, low and behold they were not checking their escripts. Now i know to tell them to check their new scripts. We had a struggle with insurance and after talking with my insurance company for what seemed like forever, i had to have them call the pharmacy to instruct them on what to do, that took a big chunk of time. In fact just now, i sat in their drive through for 12mins waiting on them to just ask me for my information to pick up, and still didnt even get that because i had to finally drive off as my little had to go potty. I dont know why i have waited so long to switch, maybe i was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt or at least give them a chance to become better after being newly opened but after a few years you should have your stuff together. There are also definitely some grumpy eggs on the staff.

So the experience depends on who is working. When Wei is working, seems to go smoothly . Even if there is an issue she makes it seem seamless and gives great customer service. On the flip side, there is certain employees that clearly don't know what they are doing, from telling you that you don't have refills when you actually do.....then take 10 minutes to get your prescription scanned. To top it off.... .tell me WHY you can't purchase the otc drugs that you have to sign for and show id in the drive thru.....some bs because it is otc.....but I'm getting it from the pharmacy counter not the shelves in the store ! They gave me no good reason and then she said it's the law....lol.....Right now M perks is my only reason to stay. I left Walmart years ago for such incompetence.

Switched from Kroger pharmacy it's a night and day difference! Meijer associates are great and don't treat you like a bother like at Kroger pharmacy!
