Went in to purchase a dishwasher. We had a terrible experience at the Marion store, that employee was not interested in selling anything. Joshua and Conner, at the Marysville store, went above and beyond to help us out. They even loaded our purchase for us. We will shop in Marysville more often. Thank you, Lowe's for treating us with appreciation.

Racist here. New to the Marysville location and have been accused of stealing twice. Both times realized I had in fact paid for everything and tried to apologize. Very poor customer service.

Customer service is awful! We bought a fridge on the 5 th, scheduled a delivery on the 27th. Supposed to deliver between 4 and 8 pm. No one calls. We wait and wait and wait. I called them. Got disconnected. called back 4 times! Find out we are LAST on the delivery list and they are running late! Now the estimated time is 8:30pm!! Don't know when they will show up for sure. Not at all happy with Lowe's right now. And I have company coming over tomorrow and my kitchen is a mess!!!!update: they finally delivered at 9 pm! and scratched up my new fridge!

Do not BUY in LOWES Marysville!!! I purchase a refrigerator and a ranger in Lowes and scheduled delivery on Sunday. The refrigerator do not fit with my kitchen so the deliver guy take it back. 10 days later, I figure out they did not refund me. I called Lowes store, and the person receiving the phone have me wait for 30mins and hang up with no response. I called again, another person keeps laughing at my experience and saying there is no comments on the web, they do not know. And ask me if I have the contact information for the third party who works for them.I am soooo frustrated, they are not doing anything nor trying to. DO NOT RISK PUTTING YOUR MONEY IN AND RECEIVE NOTHING! Again, I think about the phone number the deliver guys called me on Sunday and called back. The guy stopped working there (in less than 5 day?) and do not want to do anything nor call his former co-worker for updating notes and hang me up. I need my refund and do not know what to do. Super mad and frustrated!!!!!!!

I've been waiting over 2 weeks for my zero turn to be delivered and I keep getting lied to on the phone of future delivery dates. Wish I would have been told we don't know so I could have gotten a refund and went elsewhere.

I was greeted at the door, and he asked if he could help me find something. I said driveway sealer and he took me to the area which was the farthest from the front door. They had all of the items I was looking for. Then the employee went and got me a flatbed cart. Nicest Lowe's experience I have had in years!

I love lowes when they are having a sale! I think they have a much better, bigger, and more variety outdoor/garden than HD in Marysville, although usually the opposite was true in other cities I've lived in. They may have won me over, but we'll see on my next big project.

Terrible Customer Service. I wanted to get prices to compare another store and Lowes countertop prices. After being on hold for over 10 minutes and being bounced around from department to department, I was finally told Gail would not be in that day (it was a Sunday) and she was the only person who could help me with countertop prices. Okay, that's fine. Called back today (Tuesday @ 8:05am). I was on hold for over 5 minutes and then told she wouldn't be in today either and no other person in the store could help me with countertop prices. Really? No other person? The person who answered the phone couldn't even give me the days she is in. I asked to be transferred to a manager (who she confirmed was at their desk) and they didn't care to answer which again bounced me around from department to department. This is VERY unfortunate as I was a very loyal Lowe's customer. Not anymore.

I was trying to return 3 items probably worth less than $30. It was a shelf support bracket, a foil duct and a clamp. I couldn’t find my receipt and didn’t know which card I used. I simply just wanted store credit as I no longer had a need for these items. The lady at the service desk was un willingly to help. Asked if I could at least get store credit (as it stores I could per your return policy) and she flat out refused. Horrible service!

We bought an appliance here recently, and not only were they extremely helpful, they also showed us to a better deal and a product that was marked down to actually be cheaper but better than the one we were looking at originally. They tend to have more in stock than other places in town, so you don’t have to pay the delivery fee. After a couple months with our new appliance, it ended up being an excellent purchase.

We bought a new water heater from Lowe's, when we got it installed it did not work. We called the manufacturer per the warranty and they were not very helpful at all. Fortunately for us, Christy at Lowe's is fantastic! She found us the parts we need and our water heater is now working!! Thanks Christy!

I called about flooring 2 weeks ago and a lady in the flooring department named Sarah picked up. There are a few things that she didn't know at the time (which is perfectly fine), so she told me she would give me a call back after she talked to a specialist. After not having received a phone call in 2 weeks, I called back to check in on an update. She told me "I can't make product appear out of thin air" and "you should buy it from somewhere else." Please call me back so I can figure out this flooring situation (preferably not Sarah.)
