Just this morning, I experienced a very thoughtful moment with the produce area personal. The attention to my immediate needs was extremely professional and friendly.Checking out was also a nice touch as the folks here at this location make it a necessary reason to shop here.

I have been in the US for quite some time in the south but when I got introduced to kroger it has been the only place when we shop often everything here is good from fresh veggies locally grown. The seafood section and the meat is fresh too and most off all the employees who work there to make sure the customer what they get makes this place even more great. Highly recommended 😊

This is my first Kroger Marketplace experience. It's big. It has nearly everything, including a liquor store inside and typical Kroger prices but a great selection generally. I'm glad it's on the west side of town as Delaware Ave area I avoid like the plague if I can. Conveince may out weight the prices... Will have to see...

I generally do my weekly shopping on Friday early morning. I sometimes have to shop around workers stocking shelves. It’s not a big deal to me. I respect them for doing their job. They are respectful to me and apologetic for any inconvenience. For the most part the register attendant is very helpful since it’s self check out usually before 8:00am. Every once in a while there is a certain attendant that will not assist you, she can’t even acknowledge you are there patronizing the store that pays her.I used to live in Springfield and every associate would acknowledge you were there.Maybe it’s a reflection on management.Overall the store has the items I need and if I ask workers for location of items, the are eager to assist

Huge Kroger, stop shopping, unisex bathrooms. The grilled chicken pieces were a little dry though. Gas was a good price.

Great store !!! Huge selection of everything. Great variety of Beers & Liquors. They have a great variety of bourbon, whiskey, whisky, scotch, and more !!! They get special bottles on a regular basis causing long lines at the checkout.

Go do my weekly shopping and get ready to check out @ 8:15 am and only the self checkout is open and I have a full large cart full of groceries. So I put it all back where it belongs except some veggies and distilled water. I’m not sure if I want to shop here again. It's a year later and this Kroger store is only somewhat better. Why can't they keep items in stock? The reason I don't go to any other stores is that they are worse.

Good sale prices on top of the buy 5 discounts. Throw in coupons on top and can actually get out of there without breaking the bank. Saved $35 on $128 worth of groceries...... Store is clean and organized. Liquor store on site with huge wine selection is a bonus....

I went for a specific item and ask an employee where I can locate it and they took me directly to it. The employees here are very nice and do not seem to mind taking you to the items that you are looking for. That is a very nice experience as I have been to some stores to where they say oh I think it's on all whatever our whatever and do not seem to want to take and show you where it's at. I have to use an electric cart and so sometimes it's hard to maneuver in stores but not at Kroger's they have very large wide isles that makes it easy to maneuver the cart. They have many carts available and I have never had to wait to get into one unlike Walmart who has about 14 and normally the majority of those are out of service. Thank you for having multiple carts and fantastic employees.

4pm on a Thursday only 2 cashiers open each with about 20 people in line. A lot of other employees just walking around. Just left my cart sitting there and left. It's not the first time this had happened. Obviously, not a very well run Kroger. I only go there because the location is convenient. Looks like I need to rethink that.

Pharmacy doesn't share policy issues until you go to pick up meds just to find out you now have to wait extra days. This is dangerous and could easily be fixed with better communication.

Lines lines lines. Some people like me who just had a knee replacement cannot stand for a long period of time. Need more checkout lanes open. And NO - I refuse to check myself out. By the time I walk around the entire store shopping, I am tired by the time I am ready to check out.

This Kroger has been so frustrating that we just get our pickup in Dublin now. We stopped going inside after we found that shopping at this particular Kroger took hours. It's huge and not very well organized. When we went, there were three separate spots that had yogurt, which made finding some Activia confusing. So we switched to pickup, which was very unreliable. There was a point in which they double charged my card. When we went to customer service, they refused to give us our money back, saying that they didn't see a double charge on their side, despite my showing them the bank statement showing otherwise. On pickup orders, it was almost guaranteed that 30% of the order was "unavailable." I'm talking basic stuff that can easily be replaced but they just couldn't be bothered to do so. To be honest, I think these issues might have stemmed from rapid turnover rates at this location.

The new swinging metal security gate is way too far back from the door. The store did not have what I needed so i went to leave out the door toward the pharmacy side and the alarm went off. I stopped and an employee near the door said I was good to go. I then walked out the sliding doors and another customer that was leaving just outside the door began berating me for stealing because he had not already seen me stop and get the okay from the employee. The man could've minded his own business but I was not prepared to be verbally harassed due to a faulty and stupidly placed security system.

As a family with young children, we use the pickup service for our groceries often to save time in our schedules. We also have an immunocompromised child so it helps us reduce our exposure risk. Whenever I go in the store, I am always able to buy fresh produce. But whenever “fresh” fruit is a part of our pickup order, it is always bad. Like very obviously decaying to the point that we have to throw it out the next day. It has happened so often that I’m convinced management is telling the workers to intentionally select the bad produce to get rid of it. If you’re going to do that, why even offer the pickup service?

I'm 71 and went early to avoid crowds.At 7:40 a.m. I went to checkout.I saw only self checking available..Not ten feet away I saw two store employees talking.As I had quite a bit of groceries I ask if someone could possibly check me out.Note, I'm not above checking myself out and have many times.But, again I had quite a bit of groceries.They said " no, not at this time "I said, " your kidding "I moved away to put their names in my phone. I had every intention of calling later to talk with someone about this. Many older citizens shop early. In fact, Kroger encourage this.I was disappointed and not looking forward to self checking.I have RA and after walking and shopping I honestly was spent!I had not finished putting their names in my phone when the young lady said, " I can check you out now.Someone was back from a break. "How is standing talking with another employee keeping her from checking me out?It's Walmart only for me from this day forward.

This is alot bigger then the one I deal with back home in Urbana. The one here in Marysville you are able to shop for cloths and food and some pharmacy thing that you might not have to even go to walmart and get. It could be a one stop shop. They also have more then just a meat counter to eat at. They also have lime sushi and pizza, and the last time I was in there they had popcorn which is a good idea for your kids for a snack on the go. They have a fresh salad bar rather then in a plastic container. It is better to have it fresh because in Urbana almost every time you get the salads in the plastic container the lettuces is bad. It just a better experience in Marysville overall it just there more expensive and father away.

I have been shopping at Kroger for years even before the built the larger current location and I’ve always had a pleasant experience. I like that I see the same smiling faces there that I have seen for years. The larger location has a salad bar that has been stocked with fresh food every time I’ve gone and the salads are tasty. I recommend this store to anyone who likes shopping in a clean, safe and friendly environment!

This store continues to go downhill. Kroger advertises "fresher than fresh" but we regularly have to throw away produce/refrigerated items we just bought because they're bad. It's frustrating because we often don't discover it until we get home and we live far away so we just end up eating the cost. We've pointed things out to produce employees and managers but it is still a problem. The bathrooms are disgusting. The prices keep going up. If there were another store with more organic options I would change in a heartbeat. The only good thing about this store was the scan as you shop option so you could package your food as you went and keep cold items cold and not have to try to pack everything at the register. But now that's gone so there's literally nothing good about it. Frustrating!

I visited this Kroger in MARYSVILLE ,oh today. Made a purchase and the discount was not what I expected per the advertised sticker went to get help at customer service and was told “he couldn’t do anything until 11:00” which was 30 minutes away because they don’t open customer service until then. Why would a store open their doors if they couldn’t accommodate their customers at all until 11. I was so furious but I decided to stand in line and wait so I could return the purchase. I wasn’t going to let this young man who could have fixed the problem but wouldn’t as he said he was a Manager make me leave with the two items I paid too much for. It was hard for me to stand for the 30 minutes as I have back problems and I’m 73 years old. It was definitely uncalled for. Another customer just told me to add her to my complaint. She was just beginning to shop though. I do have a lady behind me so starting to get busy. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
