I try to support small mom and pop places when I can. And I've been shopping JB's for years. I have never had a pet in for grooming, so can't speak to that. But they do have a nice selection of *high quality* pet food at reasonable prices. My dogs deserve a few extra bucks spent for good food.

Love this place and the people there...they are very accommodating and do awesome with our dogs...Layla is my German Shepard and Felix is our shi tzu....they both always do great there!

I recently moved to the area from out West and needed a boarder for my Husky-mix while on an extended weekend vacation. I didn’t know of anyone reputable in the area so I called JB’s Corral because I noticed their location was near my home.The initial staff I met seemed friendly and accommodating. On return from my vacation, I had a delay in flights and called JB's several times to indicate I would not be able to pick up my dog as previously scheduled. I had to leave a voicemail. I didn’t get a return call until the next day; the day when I was going to pick up my dog.When I got home, I noticed my dog acted very differently compared to other times when he had been boarded at other places. He would cower in the bathtub or in a different room from me when I came home from work. Normally, he is a very well-behaved and well-adjusted dog and would never do this. His strange behavior continued for a couple days so I took him to a vet. I was told he had a respiratory infection and a fever. I wasn’t happy about this, but I know this happens.My main concern, however, is that a very well behaved/taken care of dog of nine years simply doesn’t cower from his owner upon his owner returning home from work. He is normally very happy to see me when I get home from work.After explaining this to the owner at JB’s, his response was “How about that?, hmmm..” Ultimately, I feel that I am to blame as a pet owner for not reading some of the alarming reviews that I discovered after the fact. I’m relieved that my dog isn’t in worst shape than he is in, and at least he is alive (one reviewer said their dog did not survive a stay at JB’s). I'm certain with time Kobi will become his old self but to say the least, I would not recommend JB’s Corral as an option to board your pet.-Tom

Needed a kennel deodorizer and JB's suggested the Simple Green product; it worked great and reduced dog odors in an old house within a few minutes of spraying a light mist.

Very nice people. Knowledgeable and helpful. I love spending money with local people! Did not have my brand of food however could order it for me. They were able to find an alternate food that the dogs seem to like! Small selection but let them know what you need and they will get it in for you! Will definitely be back

I boarded my 15 year old dog there over Thanksgiving. JD has come to this place for many years for grooming. Boarding him here was a big mistake! JD is a very well behaved dog, NEVER has an accident in his crate. When I picked him up, he was wheezing, lost his voice, very tired and his bedding was brought to me in a bag SOAKED in urine. I will be back in and insist on seeing where they are kept. This was not offered to me initially. He was obviously not taken care of and I find the care or lack there of that h was given EXTREMELY NEGLIGENT. He has an appointment with the vet. JBs pet corral should cover the vet charges at the very least. Do NOT board your pets here! Lora Early (very upset and disappointed customer)

This is where we buy food for our dog. We have been coming here for years because I prefer the smaller, locally owned stores over the large franchise ones. Usually I am asked if I need help getting the 60 pound bag of food to the car. Sometimes I accept the help and sometimes I decline it. We are often reminded to keep the UPC codes because we get a free bag after buying 12. And there's usually a special offer with our purchase, too. JB's will continue to be where we go to buy our dog's food. Friendly, personal service is what you will find at JB's.

Took my pup here for his first groomer trip to get his nails clipped. He was very hyper and the lady that did his nails was very patient with him. He is an AmStaff and just over 30 lbs. He is 5 months old. And she was not one bit afraid of him, as people tend to be with his breed. But he is a very lovable dog and she gave him a chance And he gave her lots of kisses and she just laughed and laughed. And gave me tips to prepare him for the next time so maybe he will be a bit more calm when he comes back. Thanks for making Bazerk and me feel welcome when I was worried we might get shewed out the door because of his breed.

I travel a lot for work and have to frequently board my dogs. They always make room for them and they've gotten to a point where they know me and my pups by name. I just called to book them for next week and when she answered the phone, I said "Hello, this is (my name)" and her immediate (no exaggeration) response was "Do we get to keep the boys next week?!".My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the are where the dogs are kept inside always seems to have a fan in front of the door blowing air into it. With that being said, I have never gone to pick up my dogs and it be hot back there. It has always been comfortable. My dogs are always happy when I pick them up, even before they see me.I would recommend JB's Pet Corral if you look to board your dogs. The staff is friendly and they take good care of your loved ones.

I love JBs and my three dogs love them! Wendy is a groomer.and has standard .poodles .of.her own, soalways knows how to make my boy look his best. I board two of them there regularly and they are always.fine when we.pick them up.

I never use their service but I work in the area and drive pass this place almost everyday. I hate to see that they left the dogs outside in the fenced area behind their building when the weather is extremely hot outside 80+F. This area has concrete floor and no shade at all. I feel bad for all the dogs that have to sit outside in the heat of the sun sticking their tongues out trying to cool off. I would never leave my dog with them. Please add shade to your fenced area.

Prices did not match up at all. I was told immediately that my dog (that I just got) had been neglected and treated poorly. Would not recommend at all. Took them 5 hours to give a haircut and nail trimming to my 2 month old Yorkie.

I took my two boys there for their first professional bath. The people were very helpfull and did a great job. Next time they need trimmed nails or a nice deep clean I know where I'm going.

I boarded my goldendoodle with them in June of 2016. He was well taken care of. I go there when I can for dog food, their prices are lower and I love to support small local companies. I have only ever had one "unfriendly" customer service experience and it was more of an indifference than an unfriendly. The only reason I gave 4 starts instead of 5 is because I haven't gotten my dogs groomed there, however I am going to try them here soon and see how it goes. ( it's not easy to make a boy goldendoodle look like a boy and not a girly girl lol )

Was there Dec. 2017. Terrible experience. The staff brought our puppy out holding him off the ground and chocking him. He was there for 6 hours so I would be happy to get away from them too. Got a bad cut. We will not be back.

The staff seems nice but it's always new people there. I see others reviews about the heat and needing shade out back. Ironically I've heard a dog recently died there due to being left out back and got heat stroke...I'm hesitant to take my dog back there.

I have my dogs groomed there. My dogs love to go there. If the dogs are in the car and we are one JBs street, the dogs get excited. When we pass by and not stop, they howl in protest. I consider that as fact that the dogs like going there.
