I can't say enough good things about them. My dog got skunked and they did everything they could to get me in STAT. The skunk smell was gone after they were done. They listened to my requests for grooming to a T. They have great customer service and are so friendly. The prices were shockingly low compared to previous groomers I have used as well. 10/10 recommend. I'll definitely be using them for all my grooming needs going forward.

Read updated info.....First time Lily has ever been professionally groomed and they did great with her! She's trimmed correctly and very soft and shiny!UPDATE: On further inspection, she still has chicken grease in her fur. My son dropped fried chicken on her the day before grooming.2nd time she came home and still smelled like dog. For $50 she should at least smell good right after a supposed bath! I truly am wondering if they actually bathed her. I will likely look for another groomer.

My dog is a border collie mix with high anxiety... Which may just be two ways to say I have a moderately difficult pup. The groomer, as well as the entire shop staff, were incredible with her. She looks amazing, we can actually tell where her paws are now, and she seemed happy rather than terrified when we got her. I'm thrilled, and will certainly be coming back.

We took our Great Pyrenees there, after not having groomed for over a year. He went in with quite a lot of mattes, despite our best attempts to brush him. When I say he looked like a different dog, I mean he came home looking incredible! We did the standard starting groom, and he came back soft, smelling amazing, with all his mattes trimmed and brushed out, and his coat looking absolutely beautiful. I am so grateful to the staff who were incredibly kind and informative throughout, and absolutely will be bringing him back. Their prices are great, and they clearly put a lot of love and care into their work. Our boy came back looking and smelling amazing, calm, and happy. I would recommend them to anyone!

Had my Husky groomed here today and they did an awesome job! They actually trimmed his paw pads and clipped his nails unlike Four Paws. They are also on time. It took about an hour and half compared to Four Paws my dog usually sits there for 4 hours...

Great and friendly staff but I wouldn't bother getting grooming services here. I took my large dog here for the first time this week for a full bath, trim, nail clipping, brushing and ear cleaning. I paid for the deluxe groom package and said "take your time". They had him back to me in 36 minutes. When I picked him up I was rushed out the door. Once I got him home I looked and he had not been brushed, trimmed and there was still goop in his eyes (normal for dogs but should have been cleaned). When i looked at his nails, they were jagged, flaked, and some weren't even cut to begin with. And they did not trim the feathering hair between his paws, after I specifically requested it.I spent an additional hour brushing him and filing his nails at home. It appears they barely bathed him (his genital region still smelled of urine) and barely cut his nails but charged for a whole huge package.Don't bother.

First time using this company. My dog is a large breed boy, I'll say my dogs paws were trimmed, hind area was as well. Ears weren't trimmed, still has knots under legs(even told groomer about the knots at drop off), belly wasn't trimmed, neck wasn't trimmed, he doesn't smell like he was bathed either. I just wanted to update my comment here, my large breed dog was placed in a kennel and a smaller kennel was sitting on top of his kennel fully exposed to whatever fluids that may come from any animal that would've been put in it. Not satisfied won't return. I

Maggie is my favorite groomer, hands down! She is always extremely accommodating, and treats my dear pup with such love, care and attention! My dog is always SO overdramatic when she gets there, but she is always so happy when she's done, wiggling away with happiness!All the staff there is so so sweet. I'll never go anywhere else!!

I have been going here for quite some time but today however has changed my mind . First off , between paying $50 for the groom then $5 for a tip then picking my dog up and he smelled like a dumpster . My daughter and I have groomed my dog before . He was groomed but did not have a bath . I repeat do not trust this place . It's as shady as it gets . For this price I can go elsewhere and I'm sure my dog will get what I paid for . You people should be ashamed .
