This pharmacy is the worst. My fiancé has CGM monitors that he changes every two weeks. They insist on only giving him one at a time instead of a months supply. His doctor has wrote it on the prescription and has called the store to tell them they must follow the prescription that they need to fill a months supply. That lasted all of two months and they are back to only giving him one at a time. The pharmacist argued and lied that they have never given him a month supply and he has only ever had one at a time. I guess if you want to be gaslighted this is the pharmacy for you.Just fyi for people who do not know it is illegal in Ohio for a pharmacist to change someone’s prescription against the prescribers wishes.

CVS/CAREMARK is the worse operation in general. Prescription Plan forces me to use only CVS or mail order. Besides the Urbana store, this is the most confused and mismanaged operation in the pharmacy I have ever seen. The lead pharmacist told me, after once again showing them them taking control over refilling and renewing prescriptions to go to Walgreens if not happy. I then responded I would love to do that! One little issue; CVS/CAREMARK DOES NOT ALLOW IT! Please if you have a choice go elsewhere. Good thing is the Ohio Attorney Generals office is onto CVS.

I went into the store at 969 W. 5th St. to buy CVS brand Elderberry Gummies. They were buy 1 get 1 half off, score! I was greeted by Nancy when I came in, asked if I needed help with anything and later approached by Peyton to see if I needed help. So friendly and very welcoming!

I went to the Minute Clinic today for the first time ever, after being sick most of the week.I found the online booking to be very simple & the check in process once at the store breezy. I had a small wait and was warmly greeted by Kemi who saw me today! She was a breath of fresh air and so pleasant to converse with. She was kind, sympathized with me and asked genuine questions about my illness and personal life.I felt like she took the time to get to know me in the short visit we had together. She ran tests and did an exam to come up with the final diagnosis. I had the prescriptions promptly waiting for me as soon as my visit was over. I can honestly say that my visit was comfortable and even enjoyable all because of how kind Kemi was to me!!I was so pleased with my experience I shared with my family to check them out if an urgent care visit isn’t needed. Thank you, Kemi!

I have lived in Marysville for 3 years. This CVS is THE WORST EVAAR on customer service. Never have I ever been treated so poorly. They will never go the extra step to help. I have to make phone calls to track down my medications sometimes, when they could look in the system and just tell me, but NOOOO. Any other CVS I call is always so helpful and even gives me the number to call to get medication. Last, but not least, if you are giving me an RX that requires a syringe AND needles, please sell those to me at my time of purchase. Don’t let me get home and ready to use my med, and have no way of taking it!!! What is WRONG with this place? Besides EVERYTHING!

DO NOT go to the CVS Pharmacy in Marysville unless you like paying out of pocket for all of your prescriptions. After 5+ months of paying over triple the amount my nausea meds cost (with insurance), I finally figured out that they DON'T keep insurance cards on file. They want you to come into the physical store every time & wait 15 minutes for it to "go thru". This entire time I've been going through the drive thru, I always hand them my insurance card & they never say anything. When I went to have a new heartburn med filled the other day & saw the high cost I finally called them to make sure my insurance has been being used in the total cost, only to find out it never has been 🤬 switched back to Walmart, the long wait in line is worth not being ripped off every month

Don't believe their website or automated phone service when it gives you a specific time that you can pick up any prescriptions. As it was stated to me: "I can't give you a time, just later!" I have had regular, monthly prescriptions show as "In Process" for more than 3 past the pick-up date, but God forbid you call and ask for an expected pick-up time, clearly customers just aren't privy to this information.A little on the unprofessional side not to mention incredibly rude considering I spend several hundred dollars per month on prescriptions. I'm planning on switching pharmacies, surely they're not all this unprofessional and rude.

Small pharmacy. Nice staff. Typical CVS. Not open late. Redbox out front.REVIEW EDIT: Previously 5 stars. In the previous review I never used the Pharmacy. The Pharmacist seems to be miserable and wants to ensure everyone he deals with also becomes miserable. Was unwilling to resolve an issue it literally took Meijer 45 seconds to handle. Combative, aggressive, rude. I saw his interaction with 3 other customers and we all got the same treatment, and everyone left the counter angry. If you hate your job, get another one. The other employees seemed fine. I will only be back to this CVS for photos going forward.

Today we went to get covid tests for our cruise, let me just say Mary was absolutely amazing!!! She stayed through her lunch to get us all finish. We had to retest one of us and she was so helpful through the entire process. OH and there was7 of us. Props to Mary in the minutes clinic.

This pharmacy is not one that I would recommend. The team in there is so unfriendly and rude. They are not talking responsibility for their mess up at all, instead they will make you try to fix it for them. Please do not think just cause your doctor sent in the order and that CVS is a pharmacy that SHOULD fill it and everything should be done without you having to worry, but sadly that just isn't the case it CVS of Marysville. Hopefully they change this.

Worst pharmacy out there. Do not use them if you actually want to have decent customer service or even get your medication because the pharmacy manager Katie and her staff are completely incompetent and make up every excuse in the world of why they can't do their job. And it has nothing to do with COVID and their short staffed. It has everything to do with they are lazy and incompetent. Do not go to this pharmacy if you actually have a prescription you need filled or any kind of issue you need filled with medications.

The Pharmacists and Pharmacy Techs employed at this specific location are some of the absolute most terrible people I have encountered. For a profession that deals in the medical field, compassion is required. Not only does every single employee lack that, they lack the ability to treat people with basic human decency. If the store is unable to operate under basic ethics, then it shouldn’t be in operation. The customer service is horrendous in this department. If your employees are unable to hold a position like that with integrity, then this isn’t the field for them.

Here I am at CVS Drive thru pharmacy. I would better results going to a Wendy's or McDonald's drive thru and getting food! This is the WORST drive thur I have ever been to! I've been in the line for the last 20mins and only 2 cars have been served. And I still have 3 cars in front of me! If u ever need your Meds DON'T USE THE CVS DRIVE THUR!!!!!😡😡🤬

They are probably the most unprofessional and unpleasant group of pharmacy staff that I have ever encountered. They find reasons to delay filling prescriptions using the lamest excuses I might add. I can only assume based on what they think they know about someone. They are in such a good position to make a difference in people's lives, it sad that they pick and choose, based on their preconceived, 45 second interaction with people, who is worthy and who gets treated like trash.

The only reason I get my prescriptions from CVS is because my insurance requires me to. CVS has messed up so many of my prescriptions it's unbelievable. I get so frustrated with them and tired of dealing with their mistakes. Only a few of the pharmacy staff are friendly, the rest of them are rude and have and a bad attitude. The poor pharmacist always seems like they are working frantically, and could use some help during the busiest hours. I do feel bad complaining because they are working hard to perform their job duties. They might want to think about treating their customers like they value them. I wish I could go to other pharmacies in town.

Terrible experience when we tried to get the vaccine for my son last week. Their IVR and online sign-ups are terrible.. go in store and no better... Then today I had a question on my prescriptions when they texted me and again had to battle the IVR. If you have a choice, I would recommend going elsewhere.

Please don't waste your time or money with services at this facility. It is not worth paying $50 to have a "doctor" to allegedly evaluate you then deny you service but still pocket the total amount for a service not completed.If an evaluation is only completed, you should not be charged for a service charged. What a scam. Just go to your family doctor or physician. You'll pay the same amount.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever used regularly. The wait times for your prescriptions is unacceptable. The women in the pharmacy are not friendly or helpful in any way. I will no longer be using them for my pharmacy. Which is unfortunate because before I moved to the area I have always used cvs and have always used them for my pharmaceutical needs.

tried calling minute clinic got put on a 15 minute run around of computer operators before being put with a lady who transferred me to the wrong department where that lady was rude unknowledgeable and unhelpful. pathetic. they canceled my covid test because the testing center is closed because it's not heated? but the website doesn't say that and u spend 30 minutes setting up your appointment finding health insurance cards etc to get canceled immediately after confirming.

Used this pharmacy every month for 7 years. The condescending woman at the pharmacy, who happens to be brand new, literally told me that they have 600 people a day come through her pharmacy and that they are too busy to tell you when ur out of refills. Even though they are not too busy to offer to keep my hard copies so "I don't have anything to worry about when it's time to refill." Hard to know when I need a refill when I don't have my own copies because they have them. Time to change pharmacies when they are too busy for u and u become one of 600. Thank u very much lady. Glad I have nothing to worry about at CVS!

Typically not a negative review writer, however felt the need to send out a PSA regarding this pharmacy. Been using them for 5-6 months and they have not once gotten my Rx correct. Each time they try to give me a generic after repeatedly telling them I want a specific brand, resulting in an additional trip back a few days later EVERY TIME. I had asked to have them notate my file yet no one seems to bother checking the note. To boot, one of the associates Miranda seems to think it's somehow my fault and is upset with me (judging by the attitude she gives me) that I have asked her to actually preform her job functions correctly.

CVS not helpful place for covid vaccine. Will not sign you up in store. Make you do long intensive appointment set up online. Tried twice and got kicked back to start over. Go to Walgreens, walked in they signed me up and got the shot in minutes

Absolute joke customer service. Called in to verify that a prescription was available because another pharmacy could not fulfill the prescription. Rep over the phone told me he can’t tell me that information for his safety. I asked if he could tell me that information if I show up in person, he still said No. Thanks for wasting my time.

Unfortunately I have had to visit this pharmacy 3x in a month— each and every time i’ve had to sit in the drive through line 30+ plus minutes to pick up my RX. When you’re in pain and not feeling well this is definitely not conducive. Not sure what takes them so long.

There drive thru is the slowest to wait thru..... But today I was waiting in line 10 min one car in front of me when I pulled up they pulled the curtain in my face and said they were closed for lunch ?!?!?!?! Really!!!! That is redicklous there was no one behind me and my clock said 1:26????? Bad bad service
