Convenient place to go if you're in the Ottawa area, especially if you've just arrived from birding. The outside was not very glamorous, but like the saying goes, never judge a book by its cover. For sports and nature fans alike, this place has the warm, cozy atmosphere of a comfy cabin with an old country flair. I especially loved the bird memorabilia. They even have a touchscreen jukebox!It wasn't too busy, so my party was able to choose where we wanted to sit. Our waitress was kind and patient with us, really made all of us feel at home. I ordered their famous lake perch basket with homemade tartar sauce, coleslaw, and french fries. And of course I couldn't leave without getting one of their homemade pies. Delish! 10/10 would come again!

First time eating here, and I must say it was great. It wasn't busy, which was great. We had the run of the place and took the opportunity to look around and really enjoyed all the wall art and little touches. The back door seems the easiest to get in and out. It walks into the Quant little bar area, and the dining area is accessible from there. The front door is a little more of a chore to get in, but enters into the dining room. Waitress was nice and attentive. All our food was perfect. Pie at the end was excellent. Over all, we will definitely return. Not sure how busy they get, but parking could be a bit hectic if they were. If your in the area stop in and give them a try, we definitely will.

Stop looking, just drive to this place and enjoy.I was driving and found this hidden gem on the side of the road. Small business, family vibe, the bartender was super friendly and make me feel welcomed.I already had lunch before but I had to go for the extra mile and ordered a cold Yuengling and cheese sticks. Not disappointed at all.

Best pizza I have ever had!! I'm not a huge fan of sausage, but I could eat this sausage every day. Staff is very nice as well. And the pies, and carrot cake....so good!!!!! We have been back 3 times since we first went there.

I had perch!!!! The coleslaw and fries!It was cooked to perfection...Crispy batter, moist fish and huge fries!The coleslaw was very creamy but not overly sweet....just the way I like it!!!

Was in the area bird watching and saw this place on the map, glad I dropped in for dinner. Super nice family business, enjoyed my pizza, it was affordable, and an atmosphere that's just chill. Definitely recommend for the people who enjoy low-key. 🤙P.s. pineapple belongs on pizza.Edit: I got a slice of Oreo pie to go and ate it after I left this review. Pie was amazing, also recommend.

This is a great family restaurant with a very home town feel. Excellent bar selection, ample menu, and deserts worth the drive all make this a worthwhile stop for anyone. Its a short trip off Rt2, and worth making time for whenever driving past. We always enjoy visiting and will be back again as soon as we can!Parking: Can get crowded as its a popular place. Easy access from Rt. 2 and easy to find.Kid-friendliness: Games (arcade) and claw machine for the kids to play on while waiting for food. Family friendly atmosphere and we always enjoy our visits.

This is a very unique place! It's basically bar food just as advertised yet there they really do offer something for everyone. I had the fish sandwich while my friends shared a thick heavily laden pizza with about every thing that you can put on one. It really looked like a pie! The prices may be a little high but the staff, the food and the beer made it so worth it! As Always, Enjoy!

Interesting place as we ate a early dinner here with our birding group.. Wife got a 7 inch pizza and I got the 9. We were surprised how small the 7 in was. We saw photos of the pizzas with toppings but ours were not covered as much as the photos. Would we go back? Yes. Prices were reasonable and the waitress was friendly. Parking was a bit tight but we were in a bus.

Quaint family friendly restaurant. Average menu listing with daily specials. The place serves pizza in 7", 9" & 12" sizes. Service was good. A limited selection of beer, liquor and wine. The food was OK.

OMG...talk about a hidden treasure/diamond in the rough 😎... had driven past the place a few times and always wondered about it....sooo glad we stopped Sunday afternoon...tater kegs were the best I've tasted...gf said her perch was excellent and best of all, it was meatloaf special day... I kid you not... absolutely the best meatloaf I've ever had in a restaurant...our server was da bomb to boot... definitely worth checking out!!!

Pizza toppings galore! You will want a fork. Beer at good prices. Desserts are great!They forgot to make one of my kids burger. Staff noticed as soon as they brought it out and rectified right away.

I haven’t lived in Oak Harbor for decades so I forgot about this gem. I saw it was open when in town recently and my husband I decided to give it a try. The pizza was fantastic…crispy crust and lots of toppings. Highly recommend their pizza:) Staff was very friendly as well.

The place was busy the evening we were there showing it is popular with the local crowd. This is an indication that its a good place to eat. The only complaint i have was my perch and fries meal was not hot. It was more like room temperature. Maybe if they weren't so busy things. might have been different

Food is ok, just average. My husband orders a salad, the barmaid/waitress spills part of his dressing on him and laughs! WTH should have at least removed the salad from the bill. Will not be going back. Pizza is over priced..

The Waiters are very nice and the food is amazing, and with it being a family business the money doesn't go to the corporation, but the people running it. Pie is great.
