Don't do a lot of shopping at TSC, can't really remember the last thing I bought here. Needed potting soil and was on this side of town so I got some. Didn't cost compare which I probably should have. Always enjoy seeing the chicks and ducks when they have them though.

Just got notice they are raising thier interest rates to 34% APR .I've kept my balance low.So I could opt out and cancel.But this is going to hit farmers hard.

I had such a great experience here. Candy is an absolute gem. She helped me with the ins and outs of chicken keeping. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped me sort through brands of feed and bedding. I can’t be more impressed. Whatever you guys do, make sure you keep Candy around!

I got my fur kids 1 cases of 4Health canned and a 35 lbs bag of 4Health dry kibbles and some treats. 🐾 Deacon and Gracie are happy and that makes mom happy. 😍

I like this place. The one girl weather you call in there or what will look and see if they have it. Save you a trip. Great for people that it is hard for them to get out. Lowe's and Mernards you have to hunt. Employees won't help. If you ask they get snippy. Not great for elderly people that have pain and need a toilet seat.

I love this store & everyone is so friendly! I have called different times to see if they have what I need as to not drive there & they not have it. "Always" phone friendly & appreciate that! I recently purchased a post hole digger and bit. The staff could not have been more friendly, they went beyond anything I expected, including matching a discount at another store.I appreciate the good deal and the great staff.

Store manager (Peggy) was extremely rude and condescending. I was trying to return and item I purchased 1 year ago. I understand it was past the return date, but Peggy belittled me and tried have me believe it was stupid to try to return the item. She got very nasty with me and when I asked to speak to her boss, she refused to give me any names or number to call.

Spent $2,100 on a Troy Bilt mower and used it once and it was great . 2nd start up it made it around half way across the driveway and started spitting black smoke and stalling ……discovered the air control cable is not installed ! You can move it freely and it must have vibrated to where it closed …..called the store and no help basically said call Troy Bilt or return it cause they don’t have another and have no idea when another will arrive ….so now I have a brand new 2 week old mower that doesn’t work . Wouldn’t recommend anyone buy a mower from here cause obviously they didn’t quality check it

I spend a lot of time and money at TSC .! Even though I am a double amputee, I work in my shop from my wheel chair and I am always doing or building something. I built an oversized wheelchair carrier for my truck to transport my power chair, which is also oversized. Most of the steel and parts are from TSC. The carrier would have cost over $1200, but I built it myself for under $500, with material from TSC.!

I always shop at TSC. They honor military members and offer discounts certain times of the year. I wait until Labor day when they used to offer that to which I order my wood pellets for the year. Drove all the way to Marion because I called ahead to make sure I could prepay because they haven't come in yet. Get all the way t ok the store only to be told I couldn't receive the discount. TSC you are really dropping the ball with customer relations.

Marion TSC is one of the worst TSCs in Ohio. Was there the last time on Memorial day weekend. Spent $700 on fence panels only to load them our self with no help, Pick up some gamebird feed that we had to crawl over other feed to get to because who ever was stocking the feed was to busy texting someone. Only to end visit listening to the cashier crying because to many people was not going back to there jobs but she had to.

Staff is always helpful. If one person can't answer your question they will find some one that can.Our location has almost everything you are looking for when it comes to pets and livestock needs.

Came in on a tuesday in may to shop as a customer and ask about a application i submitted. Asked the supervisor/ manager Peg if they even got my application (wasnt in there for a interview) and was humiliated, discriminated, insulted by being told that she wouldnt hire a person like me because of my appearance/ attire. I had on black socks under sandals, red ohio state shorts and a grey brand new never worn hanes grey tshirt. Wasnt in there for a interview, was there to see if they even got my application. So as a customer and wanting to be future employee i was denied and discriminated, humiliated infront of people and insulted because of my clothing.

I was very disappointed I had to buy a belt for a lawn mower that had been clearly used I pointed out to the manager she basically called me a liar until I got the other belt off of the shelf and showed her the cuts and dirtiness on that belt all other belts were pretty clean she did not apologize After I have proven myself or anything to me she was politely rude very rude Don't know if I will go back there especially in the evenings , She does not deserve to be manager
