We have been bringing Mox there for a few years now. Everyone is always so nice and they take very good care of him. I'm so thankful for that. Brittany does amazing with him, along with any of the other groomers that have taken care of him while he is there.Thank you all for giving the best customer service and taking care of my furbaby.

Guido loves Barbara his tail is always wagging , and he is so happy to see her.We always have positive comments on the grooming experience. Barbara has been so kind in helping me get Guido in the salon since I have major issues with my back right now, she is a very sweet lady.I am pleased with the grooming department, I must say that the groomers who have taken care of him are all good.

Brought my 2 siberian Huskies in to have their nails clipped. They are not very cooperative trying to do it myself. They got them in and out with only a little hassle from the dogs. They only issue I had was They need rabbies shot record in order to handle the dogs. I had even called in and nobody mentioned that. So I had to leave and go to the vet to get a copy of the record.

Nicole was great! Super friendly and you can tell she loves her job and animals. I felt completely comfortable leaving my beloved pet in her car. And he looks great with his new haircut! Will definitely be back! Love the ease of drop off and pick up!

Nicole took her time with my consultation before the grooming. She provided not only tips but education regarding the services I wanted to receive. This is the first place I have ever had a groomer provide so much education and suggestions. She truly helped make my experience great! His grooming was better than I could have imagined!

Brittney had a lot of patience with Pepper...this was his first grooming experience at 11 1/2 yrs old. He has not chewed his feet once since toenails cut and buffed...I could hear him from another room biting his nails. I'll def have that done regularly! Overall I'm seeing less hair and that's great!

I have been using petci for years with no issues. The lady today complained about how long it took to brush out my samoyed and that it had been 8 weeks since I brought her in to groomed last but COVID 19 made that difficult to do. She asked if I even brush my dog at home. She made me feel like she was judging me as a pet owner but I take very good care of my pets and I know a samoyed takes awhile thats why I pay for the shedding deluxe package. She just seemed very annoyed about the time it took to groom my dog it really bothered me. No one has ever complained before. I may look elsewhere for her next grooming.

Nails were not cut short enough or filed. Ears were still dirty. He wasn't blowed dried and he didn't smell clean.

Bubba' s legs were not trimmed or his belly. I thought he would have the same length all over other than tail and ears. but overall, the cut was ok on the back
