I finally received a managerial response to a concern. Beyond said concern, I have more generally transferred nearly all my grocery purchases to Aldi and Walmart. Kroger, in my view, is still raising prices at a steeper level than other grocery chains. And that is not morally acceptable.

We ordered a cake here from the bakery for my sons birthday. It was made entirely wrong, the team members working in the deli and the bakery that day were nice and helpful but whoever decorates the cakes there should look for a new job because this one is obviously not for them.

I'm currently an employee at the Front End/Courtesy Clerk. The customers I meet everyday are wonderful and so kind to me and fellow co-workers. I am most impressed with how each and every employee talks to the customer in their own way and we always have respect for them and courtesy no matter if the person is having a great day or a horrible day.

Great place. Shopped at this location for years. Wonderful, helpful, friendly staff. Sale items are usually great prices. Clean store.Clean adequate parking area.Stands by what they sell.Always willing to go the extra mile.Have never had a bad experience there in 30 years of shopping. Not once. No one ever acts bored or put out if you ask them a question or need help ( including going in back to check for an item if out on shelves).Just the right size. Produce always excellent.Oy one problem.....I miss it being open 24 hours, lol.LOVE this store.

The only reason i didnt give 5 stars is because my step mom has a boot on her foot. She cant walk very fast and has a hard time lifting stuff. So the lady who was checking us out asked the store manager to help us with cases of water. He never said anything and 5 minutes later he went and helped another lady. He also made her walk around so he could help her find some coffee that they did not have in stock. So in the end the lady who was checking us out had to go out to our car with us and help us put the water in the car.

I love this Krogers! It's always clean, the shelves are stocked & most of all I love how they treat me. They treat me with courtesy, & respect. They sound sincere - not like robots with canned phrases programmed into them.

If you ever consider returning something, make sure it’s within 14 days. Kroger failed to notify its patrons, I never heard of their 14 day return policy until today. I even looked up the policy and I found it was 30 days until a few months ago. Kroger never sent an email out nor did they ever leave any flyers or notices in their stores about this change. If you want to buy anything other than food, I recommend going somewhere else. The food is great but what happens when the food goes bad after 14 days and the expiration date hasn’t even passed yet?

The Kroger on Route 95 in Marion is excellent. I need a scooter and am short. All of the staff are friendly and very helpful. My thanks to all of them. A Shout out to the management: You have an excellent staff.

Always clean, friendly, well stocked, and reliable. If I could only shop one store for groceries the rest if my life, it would be this Kroger store on Marion Mt. Gilead Rd.

Let's see, do I have 6 of 6 or only 5. Miscount and you get to pay more, a "penalty". Kroger app is disappointing. And let's move items to a new location. That should save some time...NOT. I try to get most things from Aldi, it's so much less expensive and quicker.

The wheel chair cart I used this time didn't even turn off when I went over the seems in the floor. Some of the wheel chair cart are VERY touchy. The lady at the self check out even helped me bag my groceries.

The store is very nice, but the produce department is my problem. I have gotten bad fruit and vegetables a few times there. We mostly get our fruit and vegetables at the other Kroger in town.

Was awesome! First time here in Marion. Customer service with all personnel was top notch. Everyone of them deserve a star today. Live in Reynoldsburg and there customer service all the way down to the clerks was one u could right about. I 💘 the experience especially the people hats off to u and Krogers. Close to Walmart, fuel points, mostly busy ! Keeping things fresh ! Good spot for travelers, close to SR 23, hotels, shopping, eating, schools, banking, and McDonald's and Applebee's. And they paved the road (95) few years ago.
