The blonde girl at the window gave me nothing but attitude cuz she screwed my order up. Alls I wanted was a diff flavor cone and to hear her call me the B word thru the window as the gentlemen was super nice to me and easily fixed my cone. Was a bit rude if ya ask me. She needs dealt with cuz if I would have been inside. It would have went totally diff. I guarantee that. 4/7/2024

Prices were not marked on menu board. Asked why there were no prices and was told they had just been raised and had no time to put them on. I ordered footlong coney and small diet pop. Wife ordered banana split. As you can see in the picture very little coney sauce with neither the sauce nor dog having much flavor. Drink was mostly ice. Banana split was ok. Spent almost $12 for all.

So went through the drive-thru at about 445 today Feb 17th 2022. I ordered the reese's extreme blizzard in a small size. My wife got a small snickers blizzard. Hers was soft serve and right as the picture shows. Mine however was accidentally upgraded to a medium which I was fine with. The problem was it was already pre made and frozen see picture. It was so hard I could barely even squeeze it. By the time I noticed it I was already home. So I didn't go back. I tried calling no answer. So this is the best option.

Let me start by saying I only ordered an ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday and it was PERFECT. Very well decorated, good price, and terrific taste! We loved it! So 5 stars for that experience. However, I will also say that the actual food is very sub par and too expensive for the quality and quantity that you get. I ordered 2 coney dogs and they were some of the worst I'd ever had. Imagine a watery broth with chili powder and cummin and full of dehydrated onions reconstituted in the watery broth. That was their version of coney sauce... I also really wish the franchises would carry the same food as the company stores. Like hamburgers, fries, onion rings, etc. I realize that would involve the expense of a fryer, etc. but it's just not the same without that. Anyway if you need a cake or ice cream they can't be beat!!

They never participate in the specials dairy queen runs example, 85 cent small blizzard downloaded on the app. I got a chicken sandwich and it looked like vomit, I wouldn't even taste it. This place is NOT DAIRY QUEEN! OVER PRICED and they only carry certain. Foods as well 🤮

Let’s start by saying they have nothing grilled nothing fried so no food but hotdogs, pulled chicken, pulled pork. I ordered a coney dog which came out with some watering chili all over the whole thing no cheese onions or mustard! The pulled chicken looked so bad I wouldn’t feed it to my dog! Worst Dairy Queen I have ever walked into!

Worst food I ever had. Ordered foot long coneys with cheese and onion. They got the cheese and onion right. The problem was you do not put bbq pork on a coney. There is no bbq or pork in coney sauce.

Rude service, microphone to order is so staticky that you can’t hear the person taking the order. Lobby never open to eat. When trying to let them know the speaker is awful I got stares like I was the rudest person ever but I was trying to let them know how difficult it was to order, they didn’t seem to care. Will drive 20 min out of my way next time before eating here again.

The dairy queen on north main is the absolute best establishment in this entire town. Every time I go there (that's every day mind you) every single employee is beyond amazing. Whether they're busy or not. Dairy queen on main is the only place in this town that I've recieved such amazing service. Everyone is beyond kind and I love the entire crew there!Slushy lady.

Distroyed my car! after ordering 3 blizzards and a sundae for my family the staff saw it was just me in the car and didnt both putting covers on anything and they were melting fast so i had to drive home with one hand so i could reduce the amount spilling but that still didn’t help much it got EVERYWHERE!! they probably wont see it and if they do it will be some generic apology time to look into interior cleaning because after cleaning there are stains all over the passenger seat

The workers in the drive thru or extremely snotty and rude. They ask if that's all and before you get to say anything they say your total and push you away. They don't respect you when you give them your card or greet you nicely. This place is a disappointment for the community with the worst service.

Asked for a peanut butter crunch blizzard which is an old blizzard that the still regularly make if you ask. Its supposed to be peanut butter ice cream and the ice cream cake crunch coat. I received straight vanilla ice cream today with soggy gross peanuts in it. If you’re employees aren’t sure how to make something, that’s fine, but you should let the customer know so they can pick something else that you can make. Not sure i’ll be back.

Service is always fast and friendly. I've gone to pick up orders for work on multiple occasions which results in needing to carry 8 or more milkshakes. On our most recent trip the staff even got me a box and cut drink holders everything would make it back to work safe!

Regardless that this is our local Dairy Queen, this is our preferred location. We'll even bypass the one in Lewis Center to come to this store. Service is always quick, taking into account how busy they are, and our orders have always been accurate. The fact they are not a corporate store is a plus.

Nice people working. That sums up the good part of the experience. Shredded Chicken sandwich looked like someone put a chicken sandwich in a blender and put the resulting sludge into a bun. Everything "frozen" was a soup, leaking out of the sides if its container. The soft serve machine must've not been nearly cold enough, it Had to come out of the machine in near liquid form, but they served it anyway. We won't be going back anytime soon.

The DQ was very busy, the line for the drive-thru was long and down N Main steet, wait time in line for us was 25 minutes. I usually never complain about food but , the shredded chicken sandwich was so dry and also, the bun was 2 tops of buns so definitely way too much bread, also the shredded chicken seems very spicy, so I believe too much pepper was used. My sons coney was good he said. His blast was good also.

I ordered a shredded chicken sandwich and a peanut butter lover's reese's blizzard. The sandwich was really salty - I normally use a bit of salt on my food so for this to be salty that's saying something. Also these sandwiches used to be a little spicy. You could see the pepper in it, but there was nothing but salty chicken. Now the blizzard on the other hand was great! I highly recommend.

The product is consistently good and the employees treat customers well. I prefer hand-dipped ice cream but I still enjoy the variety of soft-serve items Dairy Queen offers. It's great for a quick snack or sandwich or to sit and enjoy at the brazier.

We just did a quick stop to grab a snack. I ordered the shredded chicken sandwich. It was no the best sandwich I ever had, but it wasn't completely the worse either... just a little dried. Staff was just there, working their shift... that is all I'm going to say. Because... hello, I guess, everyone can be having a bad day, or a long day, or maybe could just be bored for the lack of foot traffic into the building. Idk

If I could give no stars I would. Asked to have my ice cream remade because it wasn't right. So they remade it and I still though it wasn't worth what I was paying for so I asked for a refund. They made a huge deal out of it. The manage comes gives me my refund and talks down to me for wanting one. I said I wasn't satisfied with what I was given I wanted my refund. I ate non of it I don't get what the big deal was. She was super rude will not be going back.

Historical venue that's been a Marion staple for years. The staff is always very friendly, and they do a great job! This store is not a Grill n Chill, so they specialize in the frozen treats. There is a freezer with premade treats and cakes available for pickup. And this location now has a drive thru! Parking is a bit sparse, but some limited street parking is available as well. Good prices and tasty treats! Highly recommend for an evening or weekend visit to satisfy that ice cream craving!

8 of us met at Dairy Queen for liLunch today. Chicken sandwiches and coneys were soooooo good. Blizzard are always good.. We were there a couple of hours. Surprised they didn't kick us out . They were very nice.
