I love this pet store! They are the only pet store in the area that don’t carry products catering heavily to dogs and cat alone. Their avian selection is fantastic. For health supplies, dietary needs, toys and much more I always can find what I need. The staff is also friendly and knowledgeable on their products.

I can’t say enough good about the people and store. The worker named Connor is amazing and he needs recognition for what he did for me. I had an emergency situation and he really turned a bad situation into a good one. I will forever be grateful for the people who work here and this store. I would honestly say shop here for all the good they do locally for the community.

The selection of products are very good. They have a rewards program that allows you to earn free bag of food. The staff is always very helpful and friendly.They have special events one of which is where they take holiday pictures.

They have a very inconsistent variety of parrot food. The manager has an African Grey and another large bird, I would think that he would have a better grasp on bird feed.

I have bought 4 hermit crabs from here all are well taken care of properly!! All 4 I have purchased from here have died in a week and a half period!! I was told they were ALL healthy and thriving. For a creature that cost $7.00 a piece I expected better.

Not the best experience don't think I'll be back. Went in looking for a pet bunny. The one they had was a surrender. It's paper with it's info stated the cage came with it and that you had to purchase it's current diet, ok no problem. What wasn't listed was the adoption fee so we inquired to have a worker rush over. We were told we could see it and she opened the cage and then stood there talking for several minutes with it open(safety problem for the rabbit since it could escape) so I decided to see if it would allow me to pick it up to hear her loudly tell me she would do it and stepped in front of me to which I had to step back and accidentally bumped the bird cage behind me (cages were put very close to one another)to which I apologized just to hear a disgruntled sound from the worker. We didn't get to even meet the rabbit since she tried once to retrieve it and then closed the cage stating "It probably doesn't like to be held." My husband simply inquired to wether it was a rabbit that was used to the indoors or an outdoor hutch to be told "I think you should probably go do your research and then come back." Embarrassing us in front of other customers while offering us pamphlets. For one I've owned rabbits before so I already knew some, for two I have already done extensive research and have pre-purchased and prepared everything needed for it. When we inquired about cost we were given what seemed like a random number off the top of her head well over that of their other rabbits which included being charged for a used cage that according to its papers stated it came with it. The cost for the used cage would've exceeded the cost of a new one. Needless to say instead of asking what we were looking for and finding out if it was a fit for us we were embarrassed and insulted. I understand some of it was probably policy and I will say her tone was not impolite but her behavior was. We did NOT adopt the rabbit and will not be buying or adopting anything from them in the future. I expected better.

They were very good until they git busy and then they told me since 1 groomer was leaving that my dogs had to find a new groomer. Even though I was going to them long before that groomer came! They also raised the price by 20%. Really sad. Of course finding another groomer close enough was impossible so i had to do it myself. Even though had just been in hospital and could not drive or see well. 3 of my dogs have died and I left a message to see if she would take back 1 dog… no response

Employees were knowledgeable and friendly. Place was really clean and well-maintained. There were also a lot of items to choose from, which my family and I really liked. Really cool pet store, definitely would be coming back.

I really do love these guys. The animals always look well cared for, clean habitats, and happy. The store is clean and well stocked. So far most of the staff is very knowledgeable and if they don't know something, they ask their co-workers. Some other large chain pet stores can't compare to these guys. Thanks guys for being an awesome store!

I love this store and visit every single time I'm in Marietta (I live over an hour away). They have a nice selection of aquarium fish -- including some that aren't very common. Their exotics choices are terrific, including my favorites ... RATS!! I learn something new about a different exotic every time I'm there. And you can't go wrong with cats/kittens, of course.I've made many live purchases from this store and have never had an issue with any of them. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful and the store is nice and clean, especially considering the fact that they sell live animals.I highly recommend this shop.

Prices are higher than online or major chains, but you also are paying for staff that are always informative and helpful on everything from stock to animals. It's a wonderful asset to the community.

Very knowledgable and kind employees! My only complaint is that I unknowingly got a pregnant rat from them and feel they could have helped a bit more than they did, but they did help me. Overall, I'm happily a repeat customer.

This is one of my favorite pet stores! The staff is always friendly and helpful. We adopted a cat from here a few years ago and I have bought many fish from them. Never had any problems with any of the pets or supplies! They have a large selection of pet supplies with reasonable prices. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I will never get any fish from anyone else because they have the utmost caring staff who know what they are doing and will actually get you what you need. I’m from out of town and stopped in here and was so impressed! The animals are so well cared for! The bettas were all in their own tanks! They write facts about the animals on their cages. They had a great selection of moreuncommon fresh and saltwater aquatics.
