If I could.. A ZERO. My sister is literally UNABLE TO WALK as she had a stroke and her left side is paralyzed. Yet they have handicapped parking spots and no wheelchairs and or no special mobility item for people who can't walk? The handicapped stalls need to be taken out if you aren't going to carry something to help your shoppers.

They need more people working,I saw 2 people working. No matter the weather,people should be able to get fresh products and not wet ones. Sounded to me they just too lazy to do their job.

Picked up the ratchet straps that the sale tag was in front of. Rang up $21 not $6.99. When I asked if on sale she said we have one sale but that's not the right one. Male Employee picked up the ad to look. She said it's the one with wire hooks not flat steel hooks. I said then you need to move the sign in front of correct item. Male employee went back to look. I asked her to take them off and bought my other item and left. She was not very pleasant with customer in front of me or myself. I am sorry she has to work on black Friday. If she's that unhappy hope she can find a different job.

Has some good products and it is convenient. But also tends to have a lot of cheaply made items. Just be aware of what you are buying and what you are going to be using it for. If I need higher quality bolts or tools I will go elsewhere. And as far as tools go it is often better to get better quality tools that will last for years. Especially with things like socket sets.

The store seems to have a chronic understaffing problem . A recent trip there this morning has become typical. I went to buy wood chip bedding for our chickens. The only ones they had were stored under an eave outside by the building, we had just had a series of strong rain storms yesterday and the whole display was dripping and covered with water. When asked if I could get a dry bag , the associate informed that he just couldn't do that because he would have to open a fresh pallet and that just couldn't be done. Okay, i'll take my business elsewhere. I really like Tractor Supply but this is ridiculous.

Went in for a quick part for my tractor. All employees seemed very snarky and disgruntled. Cashier was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. Don't remember her name. Older lady, grayish hair. Needless to say, my experience was so terrible I won't return. Rural king from now on.

Long time customer. Went in to pick up trailer tires for my husband. Cashier was so nice. However the young person she called to assist me was evidently not enthused with having to stop sticking to help me. Almost left to go across the street to Lowes. This is the first time I have had bad customer service, and hopefully it will be the last.

My go to place for something out of the ordinary to solve a problem. the most overlooked supplier of unique hardware and other needs. I love this place. Always helpful, knowledgeable and fair priced. Plus, it is always fun when they have chicks in the spring.

Terrible! Purchased 4x6 x 3/4 stall mats the girl at check out didn't call for help she picked-up her phone instead, we went outside to get our truck and had to go back inside to get someone to unlock the mats and a women came out and never asked if we needed help loading 4 mats just stood there and talked! Poor customer service! Next time will go to Rural King they are always willing to help!

Nedra, the cashier that has worked here for numerous years has apparently became quite perturbed about life. I finally am to the point I must add a review about it. I don’t like to go to this store because I know she will be here. I quit asking her about my military discount because she one day will tell me ”no discount” and the next day will state “well I guess I can give it to you because Lowe’s does”. I have witnessed first hand how her poor attitude and begrudged mannerism have crush the jolliest of souls. Get it together TSC and send this one out to pasture.

The people at the Marietta store are vary good at what they do. Only problem im having os the company didn't mail me a paper on what i got at the store in 2017 and i didn't get my free hat this year. Rural King gave me 5 hats this year.

Didn't have the belt I needed for my two wheeled weed trimmer they sell the same one there but different brand not sure the size of the belt that one took in the store but wish they would have had the belt in my size mine took size 3/8 x 44 but overall still a great place to shop

Wife and I shopped here today, and got stuff for her diabetic alert dog. Had alot to pick from. Cashiers were friendly. Good bit of parking space.

Nedra, what a wonderful and pleasant person. Not really, I've have several dealings with this viper of woman. She makes me loathe going there for anything. All of the other staff are awesome and extremely helpful, I can't say enough good about them. Nedra needs to be in the back with nobody to interact with. I know TSC offers a discount for veterans but I don't ask for it because of the condescending tone and look you get from her. Everyone is a burden to her and she lets you know it. The sad thing is I go to Rural King in Parkersburg that's 25 minutes away and TSC is less the 10 minutes from my house. Infact I pass TSC to go to Rural King, this hag had been there for years and she needs to be relocated or fired.

Jim the manager there is absolutely wonderful, willing to help you out with whatever project that you're working on, or if you need a specific product, and I have to say the entire crew there has teamwork and a great attitudes and they seem to love there jobs which makes shopping at Tractor Supply in Marietta a great experience. I've been to Southside Parkersburg Tractor Supply and the one in New Martinsville and the god forbidden Rural King where nobody cares to help you there attitudes suck and for the other Tractor Supply's that I mentioned it's time to get restaffed with employees that will do there job.

My wife and I discovered there is NO baby changing stations in either men's or women's restroom. Upon exiting men's restroom the soap dispenser was broken.. I thought to myself how are the male employees washing their hands??? They're probably NOT washing their hands and then handling store merchandise!

Went to fill up propane tank, there is only one person to be able to fill propane and they were gone to lunch, good thing they didn't quit or get fired, it took them 9 months to get people trained just to fill propane after they got the tank in, very poor customer relations

Sells Science Diet pet food for about 1/3 the price of our veterinary clinic. An off work employee helped us find the right kind of pet food & even went into stockroom to get us a box to put the cans in. Very friendly :)
