Wonderful and friendly service. Took me a while to pick the right hat for my fat head.. but they hung in there with me. We ended up buying two nice hats.. one for me and a sexy hat for my wife. Quality hats and good prices. Forget Amazon and go to a real place for your hats, jewelry and leather goods. Schafer Leather has a great selection and they will take the time to help you pick the right item for you. Will be back.

Wanted to get two initials stamped in my son's leather journal that I got him for Christmas and this place wouldn't do it because I didn't buy the product there. Well it looks like I'll never buy anything here and I'll never step foot in it. That's ridiculous that they can't offer a service to somebody unless they bought their product there. And not to mention my son's autistic and this is the only place within an hour drive of my house that I can have it done

Disappointed in the service and lack of public safety. My dad started to put his mask on while we were in the store (as we are still in the midst of a global pandemic) and was strongly verbally encouraged by the cashier not to. She was not wearing a mask. I will not be back and would not recommend this store to anyone looking to protect their health.

I love to come to shop here when we come to town. This visit I got to sniff the leather soles of some beautifully crafted Mexican boots with the friendliest staff. I always find something I can’t live without. Beautiful place and great selection.

Went to look around and one of the sales ladies wasn't wearing a mask and was very rude. So after wondering why the attitude asked if it was closing and again with a very rude demeanor told us yes could've just said we were closing and not treat us as a burdon.

They'll lie to you to get you in the store. I called ahead of time and asked for a specific pair of boots and after driving 2 hours to try them on, they said they never had them in stock and refused to order them for me. Not wasting anymore time with these people.

Grew up in this area. This was the place to go for leather jackets, a couple pair of boots, and even a few cowboy hats. Love this area and glad they are still around....purchased another hat there just because.
