This Rite Aid seems to have some unnecessary beef with local MDs at Marietta Memorial. I was rudely denied filling a script because the pharmacist “Jacob?” couldn’t read the script. I just want to point out that the issue is not something that should fall back on the patient. I had surgery late last night and I NEED this script. How hard is it, for the pharmacy to call and verify with the nurse? From the rant I heard over the phone, they’ve had to call this certain doctor and complain multiple times which is so unprofessional on the pharmacy’s part. Deal with your beef on a professional level, DON’T put it on your customer. I’m now a CVS shopper to which the pharmacist said, “They couldn’t read this?!”. It’s obviously turmoil between professionals. Figure it out.

They are quick to judge you for not taking your medication right and thinking you are a drug head and they don't know how you are taking it at home because they are not at your house and I found out that they are supposed to give me five instead of three so they owe me two more Plus five of my medication or I will be going to a new pharmacy

The store is amazing, Chase is always there to help. However the pharmacy is another story. Jane is by far the rudest human being I’ve ever encountered, the last time I stopped in to pick up Meds for clients at my facility she did nothing but complain because I didn’t give her the whole list of names at once. She scolded me like a child, telling me that her legs hurt her and I was causing her unnecessary walking. This isn’t the first time that she has been rude with me, it’s pretty much every time she’s working when I go to pick up Meds for myself or my clients. Today I didn’t have to deal with her, however the young girl that was there was equally as rude. She looked as if she just got out of bed, everything about her was messy, including her half dark half light hair, and her attire. She was behind the pharmacy counter working in her sock feet, no shoes at all. I can’t understand why the employees (other than the pharmacist) always act as if you’re bothering them when you go there to pick up your medication.

I hadn't been to Rite Aid for a good while since some of them turned into Walgreens. The new Rite Aid pharmacy employees are much nicer and helpful than the ones before. I used to go there before but stopped because of rude and disrespectful people working there. Now it's like a whole new store. I now get my prescriptions at Rite Aid! Thanks for the friendly service! I recommend giving them your business if you haven't been in a while, it's Way better than before!

Wow! What a terrible experience. The girl working the window (her name tag read Gracie) was the most unpleasant and rudest pharmacy assistant I have ever dealt with. No smile and she actually rolled her eyes several times when performing HER JOB. I'm sorry she has to work at work. I was picking up for children who receive Medicaid so I don't know if that was the issue, but man she was extremely hateful. One of the medications had a copay so when I inquired about that because I have never paid for amoxicillin. Definitely not an issue to pay for it as I told the girl, I just wanted to know why there was a cost, what medication, and for which child. The man working actually said to me "the medication costs us more than$10". After figuring out good rx where the girl about had a nervous breakdown when asked to use it, it saved me $12 dollars.Worst experience ever, we will be switching these kids to CVS.

I had a wonderful experience with this store! We live 2 1/2 hours away from Marietta. My son forgot his medication at home, he was on his way to Marietta College for basketball camp. I called the store and explained our situation, I spoke with a kind young man named Zach and the pharmacist on duty, I wish I caught his name (this was the morning of 6/20/22) he was SO kind as well. They said they would figure it out and get back to me within 30 minutes. It was more like ten minutes and they handled everything! His emergency prescriptions were ready before he even made it to Marietta! I’m BEYOND grateful! Thank you Rite Aid staff!!!!!

Superb staffing, very friendly store associates. The pharmacy is busy but always take precautions on the medications they put out, and the questions you may have are answered.

There is not one employee in the Marietta Rite Aid store that treats any customers with disrespect!All employees treat & greet everyone that enters the store! We to are short handed & are working double shifts & working 12 days straight, So with that said please think of the still working people that are out there! I had been going to this pharmacy since 2013 when the pharmacy I was going to stopped taking my insurance. Over the years I've had little problems here and there but none were severe enough to make me want to switch pharmacies until today. In June my doctor started me on testosterone injections because I had a large deficiency and Rite Aid filled it the first two times with no issues. Now for the past 2 weeks I've been trying to get it filled and they wouldn't fill it. Calling on the phone got me nowhere so I went in and they told me that the insurance needed a prior auth to cover it which my doctor provided. Long story short it wasn't what they needed after all and rather than contacting me to let me know so I could look into other options with my doctor they chose to keep quiet and not say anything which ultimately resulted in me having to pay out of pocket for it which never should have happened. The people in the pharmacy have no sympathy for their customers at all. This is something that had I gone without could've made me sick. I officially switched pharmacies today and am never looking back. I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone. STAY FAR AWAY!

Get a new exterior group to handle your landscape and snow needs . Kbs is so much better . Springwise tried to pay me 40$ to mow your site and I'm supposed to pay taxes and gas ans help out of this .. hahaha this is why stores end up hating the lawn company because the exterior Groups keep all the money ans offer 30$ to mow a comercial site...

My trouble started in 2015 when my dad needed liquid medications to go in his feeding tube. I would take the prescription in, the lady would say "We don't have that," and hand it back. There was no customer service. There was no, "Let me see what we can do for you." I had to ask if they could order it, and she gave me a look and said they could, then snatched it out of my hand. This went on for the 11 months that my dad needed liquid medication. Once a month, every month. One time I lost my cool. When she said, "We don't have that," I said, "We do this every time, and I know you can get it, so could you please get it?" The last straw for me was yesterday. I pick up my own monthly prescriptions there, and I was told, "We don't have it." I showed her the text message saying it was ready for me to pick up. "Well you didn't pick it up so we put it back." The text said it would be available until a certain date, and I was there well before that date. I am taking my business elsewhere. It's ridiculous.

They refused to sell me much needed insulin syringes. They claimed I can not buy this product unless I get my RX needs filled with them. That is not true, insulin syringes are sold over the counter/without scripts but are kept in the back for safety and theft reasons. This is a horrible policy (if indeed it is one at all) and needs to be changed.

This pharmacy never has my prescription ready when I call it in. The automated phone systems says ready by 11:45 and here I am waiting a half hour for a simple prescription when they had an extra 2 hrs to do it.
