Ok just purchased items from this store in Marietta Ohio . The only registers. Open were self checkout. 4 registers 1 was broken . No regular registers open. The registers were packed with people. I almost just left my stuff and shopped elsewhere. Need to address problems

Thank you to the young man with beard that helped me with a toro electric mower,he explained the benefits of it over the competition of other mowers,the woman at the check out counter was no help and was texting on her phone and old man just pointed to where mower was,so I walked around and found a associate that was working on forklift and he sold me a mower and put it in my car,he used to work for five star trucking and kraton, sorry I forgot his name but if it wasn't from him Lowe's would have lost a customer tonight.03/28/24.

Lady at return desk unfriendly, paint area unstaffed. Kitchen design area unstaffed. Had to call the store to get help. Shop elsewhere if you can.

Love coming in here. I always find something, whether it is home related or something new and different to use for crafting.Oh and I think I need one of these tool boxes. Maybe 2, 1 for tools and 1 for crafting supplies. Time to write a letter to Santa! 🎅

Had to pick up a package for my 92 year old adopted Grandma. She wanted orange lights to decorate her porch along with her other seasonal decor. She had called the order in and paid over the phone.The lady at customer service had remembered speaking with her. The service representative was very kind and helpful .It was a good experience.

Our goto for home projects supplies. Friendly staff and great music in the store. I would recommend a comfortable seating area for women or whomever needs to sit and wait for someone. This store is like a clothing store for women but it's men looking at tools etc.

I would give five stars if they would open some registers manned by real people or if they didn't have someone standing at self-checkout making sure people were not stealing merchandise

Very poor phone customer support, 50+ minutes (not a typo, I hung up just over 50 minutes on hold without hearing back) and counting on hold with no check in to the person on hold. Android app states 7 items are ready for pickup, while the order has 10 items... all items in the list are marked ready for pickup, but 7 does not equal 10... probably a bug somewhere. Seems Lowes has customer service and UX in their app to work on. Not to mention I received 7+ Lowes cards in the mail and all of my orders split across them so I don't have a comprehensive history unlike other retailers seem to have solved for customer accounts.

9am on May 12 2023 the male manager on duty took my call about non payment for 3 months for landscape services. All I wanted to do was bring to Lowes attention that fraud is being committed by Lowes paying millions to exterior group and the group doesn't pay the people who complete the work . Manager did not care to send email to home office like protocol says .he seemed the type that don't care about customer satisfaction. That's why he couldn't send the email like all other stores did like gas stations and banks total bums .

Never any cashiers. I've walked out leaving my lumber on the floor after waiting 30 minutes to TRY to check out. Do not be in a hurry for sure. Faster to drive 15 miles to Home Depot and actual cashiers.

Help is here to be found. Very informative. Toda y I need a manager help to see if my lowes card was found. Waited 15 minutes for the Manger to arrive at the customer service desk who waited on other customers who had not been there along as I had with no acknowledgement of the slowness of service and waiting on others.

My only problem is they never answer your phone calls. Once the store connects you with the Department that you need. You can never get nobody to answer. I know i spent 20 minutes on the phone waiting never did get a answer. All I got was hung up on. Thanks Lowe's

Went and bought almost $700.00 worth of lumber and other items. When I went to check out and use my military discount something didn't seem right. When checking the receipt I noticed they didn't give me a discount on the lumber. I asked about it thinking it was a mistake. I was told that they no long honor a military or law enforcement discount on lumber. I stated if I would have known that I would have gone elsewhere. I almost told them to refund my purchase but I just spent over a hour picking out wood.I PROMISE I WILL NOT BE BACK. THAT WAS EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL to vets and law enforcement. Respectfully a last time customer. PS I will spread the word on YOUR policy

Place is so slow hardly find a worker. Are very nice or very rude no in-between. Lady at customer service was on phone wouldn't acknowledge me standing there called for help and she took people behind us. I asked to go next lady on phone got rude with tone. If you pay for product in distribution but Lowe's gets money at checkout they act as if they can't cancel or refund till distribution gives them money lmfao. We just paid for it. At least this guy is one is nicer lol. They need knowledge and more workers on floor

35 years in the construction business and we just got the best customer service from this Lowes Employee. His name is Mark. He and his wife both work there. He went above and beyond anything we've ever seen. Feels like we made a new friend!.Thanks Mark

Went there to get water softener. Staff very helpful with directions to that area. Got to check out and only self checkout available. Of course I had trouble and clerk had to do it anyway. Second time in a row that only forced self checkout has been available. Might be time to change to Try Value or Walmart where customer service is still available.

I'm not liking the self checkout. Went in to get some bagged gravel and no registers had employees at them. Had to go to self checkout and tell the woman working it I wanted gravel. Had to wait for her to call someone. Thankfully I took pictures of what I wanted. What should have taken 5 minutes took 20.

Terrible service went inside with picure of bar code to pay for wheelbarrow. She looked it up and I paid for it. Cashier said go ahead wait outside someone will be out to unlock cable to get. 36 degrees today after 15 minutes went back in and said to cold to wait where is someone. I was told same thing went out after 34 minutes went back in said I want a manager. One finally came up unlocked and got my wheelbarrow. I should not have to wait 34 minutes outside. Hire more people if you can't run business on what you have. I also didn't even get an apology for waiting

I waited to post this review after I had an install with another big box store. We set up an install for flooring at the Marietta store a few months ago. After waiting almost 2 months to have our carpet installed I received a call the day of install asking if we had tack strips put down. I told the installer we did not have any. He then proceeded to ask why we would have taken them up. I explained we purchased new ones and didn’t think it would be a big deal. I was then told our install would be delayed Bc they would have to glue them down and they would have to come back another day. Why they would call the day of install to ask this is beyond me. After going back and fourth I agreed. Then the installer asked me to check the carpet we had picked out to make sure it was correct. I did indeed verify it was the carpet we selected. The installer then told me this carpet would not hold up for more than 5 years and it was not a good quality. I explained I wasn’t too concerned due to the fact it was in a basement we don’t even use. They set a time to come back the next day to finish the job. An hour after they left I received another call saying it would be another 4 more days before they could finish the stairs. Needless to say, I cancelled the job! Received our refund and gave our business to Home Depot who have been outstanding from beginning to end! I will still make purchases at Lowe’s. But I’ll never do another install with them.
