The pharmacy woman was very rude I understand sometimes but come on when I work retail and Dames. I do my best to put a smile on peoples face. Just because your having a bad day we couldn't afford all the meds and he hurts so bad would love to buy a 90 day or all the meds he gets. I'm nobody but hell I feel like the world is going crazy acted like it killed her to change when it was but in his file 2 times by the woman that work honey I can't remember her name.

For a town or city this size I expected better stores. Especially a Kroger. The town I lived in Pennsylvania had a bigger store Weis Store and the population was about 9,000. They don’t even carry Red Rose Decaffeinated tea. It’s strange. Wegmans and Weis we need you!

The self check out was awful. I bought a lot of groceries and it wouldn't let me put them in my cart. The register kept making a dinging sound and an employee had to keep coming over and use his card. I tried 3 times to use my debit card and had to use another form of payment. I'm done with Krogers!

Horrible experience. No workers. At 700 PM there was one register opened, lined halfway down an aisle. The self check out was wrapped around the aisles as well. If you like to scan 300$ of grocery’s with no where to set them, this place is for you. We have shopped here for 10 years and keeps going downhill. An employee discount would be nice if I’m doing all their work. Will be shopping elsewhere.

Employees were very helpful. Made quick work of a floral arrangement for me, and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. While waiting, I browsed the area around the floral department and was pleasantly surprised by the assortment of brands/items along with there quality for the price! Especially when other big box stores cannot seemed to stay stocked!I'm not a regular Kroger shopper, but after my last experience in the place... I plan to become more of one!

Great store, but very busy each time I've shopped here. I'm always forced to use the self-checkout because there's never more than 2 registers open. I absolutely hate the self-checkout! There is an issue every single time I use it and have to wait on someone to come help. I never have this problem with other stores' self-checkouts.

By far the dirtiest grocery store I've ever been in. Self scan was backed way up and one cash register was open. Called to complain and she was more rude than I was. A lot of choices out there. Goodbye Kroger.

All right, here is the reality, today's youth (this a general statement and does not apply to all) do not want to work. Kroger, worth 30 to 75 billion dollars (depending on whose evaluation you use) and a CEO that rakes in 1.3 million a year, isn't able to incentivice employees to come to work (maybe because there is a union). I'm going to apologize in advance, but I am left with throwing Kroger management under the bus. They can and should point their fingers at Kroger corporate if indeed they are doing their jobs. Here is the experience. It is a Friday evening around 5:30pm. You arrive at your local Kroger, which I would say is mediocre busy. There is 1 checkout line open (self checkout is pretty busy). The one checkout line has a cashier that is not of age to check out alcohol. Someone in Management explain this to me? So your options are spend 30+ mins in a check out line or go to Aldi (or anywhere else), buy your Alcohol or whatever and don't waste your time. I worked Management for over 20 years. If I was working at that store, my butt would have been there if that was my only option for cashier coverage on a Friday night. Real rant over.7/21/2023 Update - Kudos to Kroger Corporate to make some much needed changes. Employees seem happier and that inspires them to do a better job. Overall big improvements!!!9/16/2023 - Goes to show you just how much leadership affects employees. Since new leadership was put at this Kroger, all the employees seem happier and the customer service experience has greatly improved. Management is friendly and helpful!!! Hope they have a long stint here!!

This is the dirtiest grocery store I have been in in a long time. The floor was sticky and grime was around the edges. It looks like it has been a long time since it's been mopped. This store was poorly lit, poorly organized, crowded in its layout, marks on floor where old fixture had been placed and poor signage. We stopped in for a quick to-go sandwich. There was one choice which looked like bologna, cheese and wilted lettuce. Frankly, we decided there was no way we were eating a sandwich from this store. The bonus here was a full third of the people were not wearing masks and didn't even have them. It's obvious this store doesn't make any attempt to clean or ask people to mask up. We decided to leave without a purchase.

Always have the brand I am looking for. Their produce prices are higher then other stores in my area but it's worth it bc they have what I need in other items. Store is always clean. Stock looks to be rotated. A couple employees are not so nice. All you hear is griping & complaining from them if you happen to pass by. One even threw the items she was stocking bc she was mad that I needed to pass her. I have problems walking & was not able to turn around & go all the way back down the aisle & around. She is the exception though. All the others I have met have been very nice.

July 16, 2020: Gave store 4 stars 1 year ago. In past year I have been unhappy with lack of service at check out. Today I was forced to use self check out due to only 1 register open with 12 customers in line and fresh produce in my car on 92 degree day. I find self check to be slow. Henceforth I will check the register status when I enter the store. If only one register is open I will leave and go to anotherstore. open I

Good prices and offerings. This day, a lot of stuff was low or out of stock in the organic produce section. Only one cashier working while manager shooting the bull with a customer for over 30min about personal interests is not the impression one should be presenting.

Kroger is most favorite place to shop for groceries. They all ways have a nice selection of fruits and vegetables. Staff is all ways hometown friendly and eager to help if needed.They have the best deals around, and now have a gas station too.

It’s a really decent place with kind workers, it’s a lovely trip as long as you can drown out the old people complaining that they have to do things themselves (customers that is) it seems as if some people that shop there think the world should be handed to them on a silver platter. Regardless, the service is great.

Really disappointed with the Marietta, OH location. Layout seems to be consistently changing. Products that I have bought for years are no longer on the shelves. Today I see that they are no longer carrying Broughtons Dairy Products. This is a local company that provides jobs for many of our citizens. No longer see a reason to shop at this particular store.

Kroger's in Marietta needs more help. Today was as about my last. Walked in and not one cart in the store, got one from the parking lot, no problem. Never enough staff, I don't know if someone gets a kickback or what. The shelves are about empty and the remaining staff is not enough. I'm going to start shopping in Vienna WV . Too bad I have been a customer for over 40 years. Done.

Needed almond butter. It was on sale. Needed pumpkin. It was on saleNeeded bananas. They always have some on manager's special. The only thing I bought that wasn't on sale was Meyer's goat milk. Plus I got s $5 coupon for my next visit. I made out great today.
