Went to pick up a script after rcvng an email that AFTER today it would be returned to stock plus another and got the wrong dosage of one, the one i was msgd abt had been returned already, and was told they LOST my coupon for diabetes medicine ($$$) and I HAVE to go back to manufacturing and get another and until i go through all that, it will be outrageous co-pay! Plus i paid the copay on the one they gave me wrong dosage of and Im screwed because ill have to pay it again for their mistake to get right one! Thats after i call insurance & get them to approve getting anther right dosage filled. I dont need the script because it was THEIR mistake …. Wow!!! How many people dont notice and TAKE the wrong dose???? Ive cried for days not to mention i havent had diabetes medicine for two weeks because i cant afford it!!!!
