It's been months since I've been in the Marietta CVS, and today is an example why.. it never fails to run into an employee with an attitude or act like they are too busy talking to help. It's usually the pharmacy with the attitude. God forbid why I ask why my medicine is literally a different price every time I go in. But I go in to get allergy medicine because I literally can't breathe, I go to the self checkout and a girl is behind the counter. I finished paying and asked the girl if there was something I could open the plastic container with. Instead of saying something politely or understand she works in customer services she rudly goes "yep and you're going to have to wait". as she didn't even bother to make eye contact or look up from the counter. So good job with your hiring process because you guys keep hiring rude people who don't understand how to talk to a customer..

I’ve been using CVS for about 4 months now. Every time I fill my prescriptions, new or refills, they tell me it’s out of stock. It’s not an exception it’s a rule. It’s every time.

Extremely well run store. Had so many problems with our prior pharmacy because no one there cared, had no choice, had to make a change . So glad we did! CVS, our choice for prescriptions. We have done business there now for several years. Pharmacy department go over and beyond expectations. Always a step ahead to solve upcoming possible issues with all our scripts. That can sure be a challenge for family of 3 senior citizens. Friendly staff always willing to help. Thanks for all the great service!Donna Dolbow

Nice enough store. Friendly staff. But the pharmacy part is extremely slow.... especially the drive thru. On average, I wait 20+ minutes to get to the window. So I tried going inside to see if it's any faster...it's not. Honestly, the only reason I even use this pharmacy is for 2 reasons: 1) I can't have my meds shipped to my house because they require registration and a signature, and I work, and 2) My insurance is in cahoots with CVS, so this is the only one I can have my meds shipped to. As I said, the staff is nice and friendly. But the drive thru and actual pharmacy counter needs some tweaking to perfect it.

I have never had a bad experience with the pharmacists here. They take the time to answer your questions, and will even walk out into the store to help you find a product on the shelves that you need.It doesn't matter if you are going through the drive-thru, or walking up to the counter, they are always pleasant.Most of us are not happy about having to purchase and consume medicine. At least the purchase process is not difficult here.

In excitement for their sitewide deal for getting photos printed, I ordered over 100 photos (a couple in their recommended sizing for quality).. all of my photos came out with random specs in the pics that were not in the original 100+, a lot of them have visible printing lines, you can see pixels in all of them (I can understand 1 or 2 of them but all of them?!), The ones that had to be cropped based on their system (I readjusted but they still cropped off heads), needless to say I'll be returning them and taking my picture printing needs back to Walgreens.

Used their pharmacy for years, went through drive thru today, new girl seriously needs some customer service skills moving my prescriptions to different pharmacy if that's the service I can expect.

When i order pictures through them it got messed up and i only got a few of my own and over 14 of someone else’s pictures. when my order was a disposable camera and there’s was clearly a order of pictures from a phone as it was a college
