What a fun and unique little oasis! :) Had the pineapple and strawberry dole whip twist and a vanilla soft serve. Ice cream was 10/10 and we loved the tropical-themed outdoor dining area. The pretty murals and steel drum music made us feel like we were in the Caribbean instead of Ohio! Heads up, they don't have a public restroom, but they DO have amazing ice cream and relaxing tropical vibes. Highly recommend!

I used to order door dash from this place all the time. It started out good but got increasingly worse. The first bad order I got which was popcorn shrimp, funnel cake fries, mac cheese bites, and a milkshake. Everything was left in the fryer way too long the funnel cakes I ended up having to throw at they were so bad. The next order was the same thing minus the funnel cake fries. Same result, left in the fryer way to long had to toss it all! To top it off the milkshake wasn't even drinkable. It's like they just threw ice cream in a cup with no milk then didn't mix it. The food is average to being with but it's one of those things that kind of hit the spot sometimes. Far to expensive for what it is especially when the food isn't prepared correctly. I spent a lot of money here but won't be anymore.

We're from out of town and saw this cute ice cream parlor. I love everything tropical 🌴 So we had to stop. We loved it! The owner brought out free treats for us to try. I forget the name of it, but they were delicious! We need a little Bahamian themed ice cream shack in Hartville! 🍦

You need to go! Friendly staff, excellent fresh food. The owner even came by to see how things were and offered us a sample of their new dolewhip flavor. Support local!

Was actually at the farm market beside cone and shake all the pumpkins you can carry for 20 bucks and they have an amazing selection

Took over half an hour to get our order and they weren't even busy. The food is definitely nowhere near as good as when Neader's ran it, most certainly not worth what they're charging and on top of that, they were out of several items. Thanks but I'll stick with Neader's Diner in the future.

The food was good but the milkshake was completely melted and soupy and not cold at all... I'm going to stick to the ice cream place on Harmer Hill .. lol
