We come to the store once a year for my husband's work boots. He always finds boots that he likes. This time was no different. But when he was at the gun counter the guy behind the counter had an attitude my husband did not appreciate.

One of the best-stocked gun stores in the area and employees are friendly and work hard to be helpful. Rental rates are reasonable and the counter team is very helpful if you have questions or need anything. The checkout counter gang is a nice group too.

Sorry but I had to give at least one star in order to post the review regarding the gun dept. There is one man that needs to find another job in that dept and not in customer service. He interrupted a conversation I was having regarding making $1200 purchase and picked up hand sanitizer and threw it behind him against the guns on the wall. I tried to ask him what's his problem and as I began to speak he yelled at me and just said no and walked off. I didn't make the purchase and I will never shop there again. Please ask the young blonde hair male attendant that waited on me and he will tell you who that very rude man is. This guy will eventually bring harm and or violence to your store as I felt very much provoked by him. I give the gun department a negative 10 stars and some. Please take head with this person. When I left he was bragging about how he treated me with the long white bearded man and seemed pleased with himself. Not Good!!!! I will be following up with store management on this matter and possibly taking further action depending what is done to prevent the future provocation of innocent customers. Thanks

Have great selection love going in always spend money even when I don’t need anything but normally shop at the one in Fairplain (very good store)was looking at a scope ask the guy setting behind the counter if I could look at it “buddy I’m not clocked in yet you’re going to have to give me a minute “ as he was typing on the computer I said no problem he finished up on the computer walked 5 feet away and never looked at me again then started helping somebody else it was just weird I thought I was being pranked I just walked away guess I’ll just stick to shopping at the other stores

Called today to check to see what kind of rangefinders they had in the gun department and was told that they carry the Vortex line. Perfect I said as I wanted a Diamondback HD2000. Do you have that one in stock and how much is it I asked. We do and it's $269.00 I was told on the phone. So I made a special trip up there from 30 minutes away to find out that they have the display model only and that it is priced at $299.00. When I tell the gentleman at the counter that I was quoted $269.00 his response was " I don't know what to tell you buddy, you didn't talk to me ". This guy really could have cared less that I drove 30 minutes each way just so I could spend my money locally instead of buying it online at a cheaper price than what I had even been quoted. He didn't offer to get a manager or even apologize he just said that and then completely ignored the fact that I was even standing there and went on doing whatever I was doing. I have spent thousands of dollars there on high end gun purchases and they have completely lost me as a customer over 30 bucks and a bad attitude.

Will never buy another firearm from this place again. Paid 1000$ in all for one and it jams everytime I shoot it. Only help I got was told to call Winchester. Very poor customer service at the store and on phone for money spent. 1 star

Wow I haven't seen such a diverse selection of supplies for outdoor use and equipment in our small town ever. Very informative and friendly staff that were at almost every isle I traveled down. Clean store and stocked shelves almost overflowing but not messy extremely organized, and appealing to the eye. I would and will recommend this to my friends and family and strangers as well. If there would happen to be something that you cannot find they will order it and have it for you in a short period of time.

Most of the guys in the gun section are extremely knowledgeable and will take the time to talk with you if they're not too busy otherwise if you're an Outdoorsman Hunter fisherman pretty much any kind of outdoor work or they have what you need and prices are pretty decent

That's right don't ever buy boat from these people, I bought a $14,000.00 boat from them April 10, 2020, still waiting for boat registration, did finally get trailer plates yesterday September 15, 2020, makes a good yard ornament, pi__ed off.It is now October 12th 2020, still no boat registration, guess I'm going to have to talk to a lawyer :update finally got registration, after wife stepped in and called dmv herself, found out boat registration wasn't asked for,had to email copy of purchase order to them, got registration October 27 2020,7 months after buying boat.

I bought a new Bayliner VR5 here a few days ago and it was a fantastic experience! Natalie was very helpful and responsive in organizing the sale, and I can't say enough about the mechanic we worked with Fred. He went above and beyond to prepare the boat for pickup, spent an hour walking us through the ins and outs of it, then even gave us his personal trailer electrical adapter because we didn't have one and the store didn't sell them. Awesome folks, I would highly recommend this place!!

We've rented equipment here many times but never been inside before today and I must say I was impressed to say the least, they have everything farm supplies, hunting and fishing supplies clothing,shoes, toys,boats, golf carts, side-by-sides, so do yourself a favor and check this place out .

Good store for John Deere equipment. Have a selection of good boots and personal protective equipment (PPE) in stock. They also rent equipment. I have been to both the Marietta OH and the Pennsboro WV locations.

I would definitely recommend others to shop here. The employees were very nice polite and very helpful. I will continue to visit and shop here. I think their prices are somewhat high on a few items but thats just my opinion otherwise they have great products.Keep up the good work!!!

I would say this is one of the more interesting stores I have been to. If you love guns and the out doors this is your place. It has a full selection on guns and ammo. I would consider it one of the best gun places I have been to. I love it and the next time I am in the area I will be back. Keep up the good work and great service.

Daniel Erb has his stuff together. Sold me a gun and was very good about talking to me, not at me. Very knowledgeable and a solid people person. They are lucky to have such a professional employee. Bridgeport has a great selection of guns and ammo. Highly recommend this business for all your weapon needs. A+ if handing out grades.

Considering all the work boots I liked were on back order in my size I had a hard time finding a pair that suited me. I was finally able to get a pair that fit the bill. Great service and a good price vs the competition. All in all a good experience.

Very well stocked dealer. Parts Department has super fast turn around time . As long as deere has a part in the warehouse they can normally get it to you in a few days. Also great about having orders ready on the same day. As a farmer this is important . You can call in a parts order in the morning and they have it pulled and ready for pick up in a few hours. So you can do maintenance over night and get back in the field with the sunrise.

For my review, I can only write about the gun department and my dealings with them. I recently purchased an AR that was custom built, and it was very expensive!! It turned out to be junk and highly inaccurate. When I told them about it, they let me bring it in, and they looked at it and told me everything that they thought was wrong with it and why it was performing the way it was. They even brought another guy out to look at it whom was not even behind the counter at the time to look at it. They never ever tried to sale me anything. They just tried to help me. I have come to learn that these qualities are very rare, especially in times like these when rifles are selling themselves. I highly recommend them for any needs you have. Just go there ant talk to them like I did, and I feel they'll point them in the right direction.

Hours of operation are extremely inconvenient. Staff treats everyone like they're a thief. Not a welcoming environment whatsoever. Firearms department is ran by mentally unstable employees. I have no problem with people who open carry, however when you allow your employees to open carry who are having serious mental problems that makes your business look extremely unprofessional and creates a very unsafe environment. I will never recommend this location to anyone I know. After multiple attempts of shopping here, and being treated extremely poorly, it is obvious management and the owner allow this type of behavior. Unless a serious change is brought into this establishment I will continue to give other stores my business and do my best to spread the word about this location. It's very unfortunate, however some businesses feel that it is ok to maintain a very unsafe and unprofessional environment, others care to make people feel safe and confident that they are giving their hard earned money to a place who actually cares about their customers.

I purchased a gamo air riffle a day and a half ago the store salesman told me if it didn’t work or I didn’t like it I could return the gun. So that’s what I tried to do today the scope can’t be sighted in and it shoots all over the place. First the guy behind the counter didn’t acknowledge me as he wiped off the counter in front of me and finely he walks around the counter with a short tone and asked can I help you? I told him the problem he wouldn’t take the gun back then brought out a young boy to tell me the same thing and to literally say sorry for your luck mam but contact the maker of the gun we aren’t going to do anything about it. If I could give them a half of a star I would.
