All star grooming is amazing. Went on vacation & my little boy Otis was well taken care of. He had so much fun playing with the other dogs. He was groomed perfectly & smelled so so good!! He is always so happy when we go there! He literally runs into the building. We love all star grooming!! It also helps that I brush him regularly and take him to have him groomed regularly. The groomer explained that brushing him out at home was much needed. Fur babies deserve to be pampered & taken care of regularly regardless! Anything less is your own fault & you have absolutely no reason to complain! If your animals go in a matted mess and come out that way also maybe let the groomer call you when they’re done. Rushing the groomer is not something you want to do. They give our fur babies time, love, attention and patience. Running someone’s name into the dirt because you want to rush them is totally unacceptable. Maybe take better care of your dogs if you can’t give them the time they deserve you most definitely don’t need to have them!

First time using All Star Grooming and expected a well brushed and dry German Shepherd, he was still wet and he has tons of hair in clumps that I have to finish brushing out not a happy customer 😡

Allstars grooming has the best groomer I have ever taken my Norwegian Elkhound to. She was very gentle and loving to my dog when we arrived. When I picked her up her coat looked so beautiful. I would recommend you all check them out!!!

I have used all star in the past with good results. However this time was unacceptable. My GS was there over 4.5 hours, when I picked her up she was still wet and she still had compacted undercoat everywhere. And my AS still has undercoat clumps not brushed out, compacted fur and his trim looked like it was done by a blind edward scissor hands 😡. Again over 4.5 hours and this. I could have done better even though I have a broken foot. Lesson learned, listen to others reviews

I have taken my Bergamasco sheepdog to All Star Grooming for a year. Debra always did an excellent job. For some reason, (I since learned Debra left) even though the owner knew Debra did him she had him bathed by a new employee who did not know what she was doing. He was only 70% dry and took me 3 days and 6 large loads of bath towels to dry him not to mention he was still dirty. I will NOT return to All Star Grooming.

They gave my dog a good cut exactly as I wanted.There must be a smoker in building as I came out with smoke smell on my clothes and my dog also smelled of smoke.Otherwise, seemed friendly and was able to get an appointment quickly.

I have taken my dog here for Grooming and training. The Groomer explained to me my dog has a double coat and what to do and not do with his fur. I was very appreciative she took the time to tell me and answered any questions I had.Then took him for 6 week training. And they made sure he got breaks and given water.I have been recommending this business to others.

I gave them a try after hearing a bad experience that rocked the whole community. And I was pleased. My dog came back smelling fresh and looking dapper. He got his nails trimmed and also had a bath too. I'm glad I tried them out. My dog will probably only get professionally bathed once a year, but I'll go back to All Star Grooming for it, for sure.
