Our 10 year old cat had stopped eating for several days after its annual check up and shots last November (2020) at the Mantua location. I notified the Mantua office of the problem of the cat not eating and I was told to stop by and they would have an oral prescription solution ready that would stimulate her appetite. The next day I stopped by and was charged $50.00 for a very small (15 ML) container of Capromorelin. Our female cat then started eating again so I put the med away in a cabinet never having actually opened the box or reading the information paper inside of the box. My bad!! The information sheet specifically states that the medicine is for DOGS only! It also states this on the back of the medicine box which I didn’t notice until I just recently removed the medicine box from the cabinet. I googled the medicine name and there is a fairly strong worded warning about NOT giving this medicine to CATS! We now take our cat to a different veterinarian.

Best vets I've ever had! Great bedside manner, my pups definitely trust the wonderful people that work here. They're absolutely amazing with my animals, I trust that they are there for the health and well being of my pets instead of trying to just over sell unnecessary products like other vets we've experienced. 10/10 definitely recommend ❤

Would not recommend. They were very rude everytime we took our Great Dane in the office they would handle him very rough and yank him around just because of his size. We switched to a new vet and we are so much happier. They are way overpriced as well.

Loved them!!! I went in to this clinic over the weekend since my vet couldn’t see us and it was becoming somewhat of an emergency. Mantua vet clinic had no available appointments but made sure to squeeze us in. They were extremely friendly & professional, kind and patient with my fussy dog and when above and beyond my expectations. The vet even made sure to sit and play with my dog after the procedures to calm him and make him not sacred to come back. Very affordable and wonderful staff! I will be changing vets and be returning to mantuas vet clinic!

They are wonderful, they make you feel welcome, They handled our dogs last day with compassion, love and care. We wouldn't go any where else. Our new puppy enjoyed his first visit and all the attention he got. :)

I have taken all of my family of pets here, I haven't ever had an issue. My 1 cat passed on here due to Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia which came on fast and hit her hard! All I'm going to say is they are very caring and I was surprised !

We had to put our dog down recently and this clinic was very helpful and comforting during the whole process. I always felt as if they cared greatly for our situation and always took the time to explain procedures and options. I highly recommend them.

I took my cat here yesterday because he just didn't seem like himself & was hiding. They checked his temp and he had a fever. They gave him an iv and an antibiotic shot. It's only been one day and he is already back to his poofy self. I'm so happy I took him here, the staff was very caring and kind & they fixed him right up. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This has been my vet for 15 years. They are very compassionate while making sure you understand what is going on with your pet's health. They have been there throughout the lives of several of my dogs and cats.

Can tell you that the care they give to you and your fur baby is excellent. In April of 2014 me and my mom had to unfortunately put our dog down after she was involved in a car accident with my mom. And they took such great care in the whole process. They even gave us a copies of Honey's pawprint. And i can even remember Dr.Burns being so upset cuz she took care of Honey since she was a baby. If your choosing which vet to go to for your fur baby this is the one to choose

I will not be going back, the tech was not pleasant at all, and the way they handled my dog was rough and not comforting. That was the first time I actually got to go in the office since Covid and I’m not impressed

Just spent 2 hours at an emergency vet because our kitty began drooling heavily and vomiting after accidentally ingesting some topical dewormer. Apparently this is a common reaction and I’m severely disappointed that we were not warned.Additionally, just to give my full experience at this office, there’s always a long wait despite the office not being busy and there’s no ventilation in the exam rooms - prepare to sweat while you wait.3 years ago we had a 3 year-old cat named Scooter that unfortunately died of unknown causes. We stopped going here and went to Memorial in Kent after a male doctor told me “I don’t know what else to tell you,” when our ultrasound results came back clear and I was asking what else we could do for our baby.I’ve given this place enough chances. Just drive the extra 15 minutes and go somewhere else... it’s not worth the convenience.
