My husband and I have been getting our glasses from Target optical department for years and we keep coming back because of the wonderful service we get from Inge. She is so pleasant and helpful. She helps you in everyway possible and it's always great to see her smiling face. That woman deserves a raise!

Do not buy from target if you have to return anything they have the worst return policy even if you have a receipt they will not give you a refund poor policy. Poor customer service poor for Mansfield. Their customer service is disrespectful.

I had a really bad experience at Target and will not shop there again. Their treatment of my purchase was absurd. I brought a whole box of cuttie cuffs from Harry Potter and while I was checking out they made me empty the box put the individual cubes in a bag and was told I could not have the box.......I will not shop there again....

My order pick-up said it was fulfilled and ready, came to pick it up and the nice lady at checkout said it was cancelled. She called the manager, Sam, who stated he’s not sure why but the system incorrectly cancelled my order for no reason. I asked to reorder and he said I could in the app, i asked for help and he said i could do it myself. Everything was out of stock. He unsympathetically said that isn’t his problem and the store closes soon so he doesn’t have time to find my order either(even though they clearly have it there because it JUST cancelled). He said I can try ordering tomorrow IF my items restock……. He was a dweeb with little noodle arms and a dirty mustache. I hope no one ever requires help from him because he is fully uninterested in doing his job or being pleasant by any means.

So I just went to target to try to buy a k-pop album and I had the worst experience ever. I couldn’t even buy the album I wanted. I would totally recommend just going to Barnes & noble instead, they are always great and you won’t have the same problems with them as you will with target!

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my order was fulfilled for pickup. Associate you that assisted with getting my order was extremely polite and had an awesome attitude. He even carried my tv out and put it in my van. Excellent service and great deal on the tv!

I've been coming to this target for many years and never had a poor experience.Decades of visits, never one that I remember not going well.Always stocked, never insanely crowded, providing a comfortable shopping experience, and always pleasant and positive customer service.It's my favorite target to shop at.

Went to return a pair of pants I had just bought for my 5 year old and the older lady with dark curly hair was very rude and kept questioning me returning the pair of pants that weren’t even worn by my son because they didn’t fit right. Horrible experience.

Amazing place! Dr. Smith was great and very polite. Inge was absolutely amazing! She was extremely helpful in getting my insurance information and explaining what was and wasn't covered. Was very nice and helpful will definitely go back!

Don't ever try to call the store and speak someone because they do not answer the phone. I just tried for 45 minutes to speak to anyone with no luck. I hope someone from management see's this because I am angry as hell. I just had a simple question and I could not get anyone in any department to answer the phone!!!!!!

I absolutely love the people working there all of them are extremely helpful but the store manager will literally kick you out if she catches you talking to the employees and according to a friend that works there they can't talk to each other more than five seconds without getting yelled at by said manager

Long story short... target did not issue my promotional gift card on Sunday when my boyfriend picked up my order....I did not notice it until today when I went to pay for in-store items. I went to service desk and all the lady could tell me is I had to contact target.com..if there hasn't been a manager within ear shot of what was going on i would have been at 10!!!.. then it jogged my memory, this is the same service lady that was rude to me before!!!..I would suggest they put her in a backroom, night position...she has really fluffy hair and I didn't catch her name. Thank you to the manager that helped me

Ordered a pick up order Saturday. On my way to pick it up on Sunday I noticed it went on the clearance so I asked them to refund the difference (or refund me then let me buy it on clearance) while I was there but they could not because it takes a while to process and to come back tomorrow. I guess you can’t ask for refund until the next day… well I guess they didn’t think I would come back because they lied to me or the lady wasn’t willing to help me.I tried explaining the situation to her but before I could explain fully she interrupted me twice assuming something totally different saying she could do that and even confusing someone on the radio when she asked them.So if you notice your order is lower in price before picking it up just cancel the order and go inside and get it yourself.I wasted money and time.

Unfortunately there is no option to give them 0 stars. But let me explain:Placed an order online and the order was sent to the wrong address.. and here it begins:1. Company is not able to update the address on the order...2. They tell me to call when it ships, so they can update it.. which I did.. and they tell me they can't UNTIL the carrier actually has updates. By the time that is available, the carrier already delivered it (that was the original order)3. While on the phone, Target just replaces the order with an IDENTICAL order, with -again- the wrong address...4. On that same call, they are UNABLE to update the shipping address.. even though it hasn't shipped yet!5. I call a day later to have them redirect. They are unable, because -they say- UPS will transfer the order to USPS.. (still.. they should be able to)6. I check a day after that.. and guess what.. "out for delivery".. through UPS. (not a mention of USPS).Target is so incredibly unprofessional and inept, it's a huge miracle they are even still in business!

Store warranted a 5 star because the people I usually run into are great but a bad apple is all it takes. Please follow your store policies and don't make me do your job for you. Fix your shelves or give the value they were placed in
