We picked up a dog from the pound. It is small and about a year old. It is a type of cava poo.The poor thing had never had a grooming in its life. It’s hair was matted and fairly long.We booked our dog to be groomed on a Saturday morning at 7 AM. The nice lady let us into the store at 7 AM and we met Keith who was very courteous and helpful with our pet.After a good grooming and wash, our dog looks fantastic.

Safe to say that I received a full refund from the store manager for this incident but it was not a very pleasant experience. I would give the groomers a no star review if I could. My fiancé came in today with our baby boy Bentley to have his bangs trimmed and nails cut. I’ll just let the picture speak for itself. He had these gorgeous naturally curled eyelashes gone in a blink of an eye. Safe to say I’m never bringing him back here again. Just because it’s a cut you do for every dog doesn’t mean it works for every dog’s hair type and needs. PetSmart please do better. I am devastated.

I went into the store to find out if there was any collar or harness I could get for my 1-year-old Dalmatian. So I went in one evening and I found the first employee that was not busy and asked them if they knew of any different harnesses or collars I could use that would deter my dog from pulling me around when I walked him. He's a very good dog but very strong. I was walked through the store personally and introduced to an employee that specialized in this area. They pointed out a color/ harness and it worked amazingly. They were so polite and I had a great time in the store. Up until about 3 months ago, I never shopped at this store. I feel like they are more expensive than other stores except for clearance that you might find every once in awhile. All this being said, I go to the store more often and I'm willing to pay that little extra in this business because of the customer service, I can bring my dogs in and the variety. Dog dog and Bart love this place!These are just some of the outfits that I have purchased at this store for them. They have great prices on some things. The two-toned t-shirts that they have that match were under $5 a piece. These Employees all need a raise and a big pat on the back. I've had a very bad day and when I went into the store, their personalities, attitudes and help made my day so much better. H. Brown

I have been taking both of my dogs, Copper and Corky, to get groomed at PetSmart since they were puppies. They will be 16 years old this June. The groomers and the staff at PetSmart have always been friendly and have always done a fantastic job of keeping my dogs looking their best!I appreciate all the care they have given to my dogs and am grateful for their kindness and patience! Thank you!!

Every single time you go there is some issue they have as to why they couldn’t perform the grooming or won’t again. Or they treat you like a bad pet owner for typical issues with pets (I had an elderly sheltie that was prone to matting and getting feces stuck in her hair) and they acted like she was neglected even tho I brought her in to resolve the issue). Another dog was “too nervous” so they won’t cut her hair anymore. This happens every time. They never just groom the dog without having some issue to report.

We bought our first guinea pig today. We were able to get everything we needed and learned all about taking care of him. The associate, Lauren was very very knowledgeable and kind.

The store is well lit. It is easy to navigate the aisles. There are many many product selections. There is a dog grooming service. Pet adoptions are available. Dog training classes are available. The staff is very helpful, friendly and quite capable with assistance. The prices can be a little high on some products however, I've found most pricing runs the norm. There is plenty of parking for customers.

Our Ontario, OH PetSmart location is very nice.It's always clean, well organized and well stocked.The Employees are always around and they frequently offer to be of assistance.Honestly, this store used to be considerably more expensive than the other popular green-themed store down the street... But, now it's DEFINITELY the opposite.This store frequently has BOGOS, But 2 get one free, etc.But, the TREAT POINTS! My gosh, those add up VERY quickly and almost every trip to PetSmart has me saving a considerable amount of dollars by using my instant points from my last trip(s).You can take your pet inside with you (on a leash), which is so fun.I've not yet used their grooming salon, but they usually have cats/kittens from the Humane Society/Shelter to look at and the kids always like that. Lol.They will literally have just about ANYTHING you might need for your pet, flea/tick meds, lots of other meds, every kind of pet food under the sun, tons of different shampoos, everything for birds, small animals, aquariums, pet clothes, bedding, food dishes, leads, collars, toys, treats,.. Literally everything!My only caveat is that they carry Dentley's Dog Treats and Bones, and our dogs became extremely ill after consuming Dentley's products from this store.The issue was reported both to the Store and to the Manufacturer.But, those products remain available in the store.But, our PetSmart is the best Pet Store for product availability, cleanliness, and cost.This is my Pet Store.

Haven't been here in a while. Prices seem higher than I remember and the selection for cat carriers wasn't the greatest. Did finally find a couple that will work. Several cats available to be adopted as well as a grooming area for pets. Opens at 9am everyday but Sunday, 10am on Sunday

PSA: Normally I have no problems but last night the new girl that checked me out didn't put in my phone number in like I thought she did because she asked for it, for an order that came out to about $175 so I would get my points and an emailed receipt. And she was spreading misinformation about flea prevention saying it won't treat fleas once you have them and that the Seresto would be a waste if money. I worked at a veterinarian clinic for five years and know how everything works you can bathe them in dawn dish soap to help them for 24/hrs but they need prevention on them to fully get rid of them. Seresto is the best product for that because it lasts for 6-8 months instead of having to be a monthly treatment that you do every 3-4 weeks. Fleas have to live on pets to survive and reproduce which is why we treat them when they have them, and bombs and other methods don't actually work to treat the problem at it's source, it can take a few months to fully kill off the entire lifecycle with prevention but it 100% work. I don't think the misinformation is completely the cashier's fault or scope of practice, but Seresto is one product that actually works the best that has worked when nothing else has for multiple households cats and/or dogs. I don't want to know how many customers have been talked out of it that don't know better.The store is very convenient and pays a lot of attention to what gets bought and will keep things in stock and change stock accordingly to what they think local customers need or want. I just needed to rant because I don't want issues buying prevention next year and hope the store stops the flea prevention misinformation before it gets out of hand.

Bigger then the PetSmart by me. Lots of space and everything was stocked nicely. It's a great area with a lot of other stores. Great parking and lots of green areas to let my dog stretch his legs. My dog on the other hand absolutely hated it ironically haha.

Friendly and helpful clerks. We have a bearded dragon and the woman who often works in that department is very knowledgeable. We also have two dogs and they have a good selection of dog food at reasonable prices.

I needed help finding a special dog food brand. The only place I've seen it has been online. The lady was super friendly and helped me locate the food,showed me alternatives,helped with snacks and probiotics. She explained other products for future use and purchase,and shared personal experience with brands. Extremely helpful and I left feeling good about the choices. I definitely will shop here again and have already shared the experience with friends and family. The cashier was very helpful and friendly and explained the savings program, which I signed up for. Looking forward to coupons for future purchases. Great staff and clean store.
