We have gotten excellent service each visit. As new puppy owners, we have had a ton of questions. Every visit the entire staff has been exceedingly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They stop to check on us, give valuable product recommendations, and help direct us to store perks as well.

I got my scorpion buddy Crunchy a couple months ago from this place. I have a lot of good things to say about it. Firstly and most importantly, my little friend came to me perfectly healthy, pre-fed, no existing common health issues or deformities. He has adjusted wonderfully and is simply the best. His presence has greatly improved my life. I adore how tame he is, he prefers to be handed food directly into his open claws and eats very politely.Every animal in this store has an appropriate enclosure for its species, which is sadly SO RARE to see in chain pet stores. Of course, I would not buy from them if the enclosures were not perfect, but they are and all of the animals look happy and healthy. The employees taking care of them are extremely passionate and knowledgeable.Cost is another strong point. The prices are super fair and if you have a rewards card they give you insanely good discounts over time. I bought my scorp, a nice tank and everything he needed for only like $200. Even the dubia roaches are not overpriced which is also rare.Finally, I can't thank you guys enough for stocking unusual animals. You were the only store within two hours that sold scorps. Crunchy is the best birthday present I ever got myself and I am very grateful to have found him.

The employees are so so nice and helpful. I have 3 dogs and they treat them like they were their own dogs. Recently I had one of my dogs in for a haircut. He’s always so hairy but when I picked him up he was a different dog! ❤️ thank you Bethany!

Pet supplies plus is an awesome place to shop for your pets needs . I shop here at least once a week and Staff are always friendly and helpful . Even asking me if I need help getting my things out to the car .. 5 stars !

Every time I visit Pet Supplies Plus I am greeted with a smile. Every team member is always very helpful and do so with an enthusiastic attitude. You can tell they are happy to help you. This is where I do all of my pet supply shopping.

Peyton was OK with our golden doodle, shelby. She came home looking and smelling fantastic! BUT! Had she checked her nails like I asked we wouldn't have had to make a vet visit for a broken dew claw.

Found the most perfect winter fleece jacket for my 15 ½ yr old puppy. So easy to put on and take off. Super soft and reversible. I want one of those silver ones!

Went in to look at hamsters. Wish I would have taken a picture. There was crud caked on their wheels and the smell was pretty pungent. Wheels weren't large enough to use.

I LOVE this place. I bring my dog in on a weekly basis to grab bags of raw food. And while things are so popular that they are often out of stock the staff is INCREDIBLE. We have never been treated with anything but kindness. Help is always offered and my dog is always treated with respect and kindness. A staff member even cleaned my girls ears a few weeks ago when I asked how it should be done at home. I was given options for grooming even though my dog is selective. The staff was intent on making sure our needs could be met safely. We had a dog approach us after we asked them not to and the staff made sure to check on us after the encounter. This store is for EVERY PET and we always feel the acceptance in this place!

I love going to pet supply plus! Workers are friendly and very knowledgeable. We love getting thank you notes on our orders. Curbside and delivery is super convenient!! Although service is excellent store could use some tidying up. Still give 5 stars though!!

I have always had amazing experiences from the product selection, coupons and service. This past weekend, I thought I hadn’t picked my online order in time and thought they may have put it back. I called to check and it was still there but discovered they closed in ten minutes. I rushed over and the gentleman was at the door with my order and loaded it in my car for me. I know I would be eager to leave at closing, but he was so patient and friendly. It made my entire day!
