I always enjoy coming here and I’ve never had any problems.. They basically sell just about everything.. You need frozen pizza to go with your water heater? They got you.. Dog food with your roofing shingles? They’ll fix you up proper. This place is always busy and can be a sticky finding someone. However, everyone I’ve talked with has been helpful for whatever I needed.Will definitely shop here again. 5/5 keep up the solid work.

Seems like every time I go to menards and Mansfield it is a long process. Pay by phone kept me over 27 minutes. Worst customer service out of the hardware stores. Which by the way are all getting bad if you haven't noticed. Menards you failed again big time it's getting sad. I'm doing this review at the customer counter still waiting for my purchase to go through now going on 30 minutes. Joke joke joke

Great Store. We have remodeled our entire bathroom, kitchen, dining room, water heater, entire plumbing, new deck and a brick patio. All DYI and All of their product such as water heater, lumber, bricks, blocks, sinks, toliet have all been top notch. Not counting all the other things we buy. Great place, helpful informative friendly folks!!!

They do not even deserve a one star, but I cannot post a review without selecting a 1 star. I went into the store to return some extra Christmas light I purchased too many of and I didn't have the receipt with me. The assistant manager Mason accused me of stealing the lights and attempted to keep the lights. Luckily I remembered I had a picture of the rebate section of the receipt. The assistant manager Mason was rude, disrespectful and antagonist like he wanted a physical confrontation and embarrassed me in front of other customers. I'll be filing a civil lawsuit against him and the store itself. Stay tuned...

Usually I like Menards, but for the basics. NEVER AGAIN will I buy anything of importance there. For example, a 50 gallon water heater (Richmond brand). I am headed back there now with the THIRD one I purchased that was damaged before it was even out of the box...and this one they "checked". Unbelievable 😫

Starting to see the effect of higher prices and product shrinkage. I've always enjoyed shopping at Menatds. But. Yesterday seeing extremely higher prices on them simplest holiday decorations, so disappointed. A decoration that was $54 dollars just a few days ago, went back to grab it, price went up over 70$. Even the dried foods were up as well, not just some coin here, but $$$ many dollars. I can see peoples reaction to the rising cost in this store. Items from last Christmas, which they have in the store, cost went up by 20$ to 70$ increase. Cat food cost for a small bag of dry, 30$ now from 21$ last month. This has caused me to take my business elsewhere or just stop purchasing any holiday things this year. Passing it on to customers is one thing, but expecting the consumer to just keep digging deeper into our wallets for cheap made products not working for me. Example, a cheap made foam, Halloween headstone 45$ plus tax, really?! Their mark ups are ridiculous, I see price gouging. 11% rebate, not worth it anymore. I sent in over 100$ of rebates, in return $6.43 🤔

I like shopping at Menards, but I hate returning stuff at Menards. It's such a hassle having to stand in line to print a receipt and then stand in line again to return something. Home Depot, Lowe's, I simply pull out the card I bought it with and away we go!

Do not believe their 2 WEEKS estimate delivery date of special order. It could be a month or more. If it's too late, you have to pay 25% restocking fee to return and Menards or the manufacture has no obligation.

I shop Menards a couple times a month. So does my husband but much more often, so I send in his 11% rebates, since he doesn't, and then go shop for things we need or just to see what's new. They have reasonably priced pet food, snacks, chips, candy, seasonal flowers and beautiful garden furniture right now and, of course, home improvement items. I found this beautiful mixed shade planter on sale. Also a beautiful red, white and blue petunia planter for the sun, but its raining so pictures will have to wait. Give them a try, plenty of parking and when you leave you can go to Panera's drive thru for some yummy bagels and coffee!!

I placed a very large material order to insulate my businesses shop. I waited two weeks for materials to arrive at the store and have them be delivered. While placing the order, I was informed that as long as everything arrived by the 16th that it would be delivered that Saturday the 18th. (Because their driver only deliveres on Wed and Sat) Everything was at the store and ready on the 14th, but I received a call today stating that they hadn't even fully crated the order yet and were busy putting other orders together to get delivered on Saturday. So now my business is out of commission for 4 more days waiting on Menards. I really like the rebate program, but I'm kind of wishing I went with Hixwood it was $200 more after the rebate, but at least they would have delivered on their word.

I purchased front entry door for my house, it was fiberglass wood finish door, which I was assuming it was maintenance free since color was in the fiberglass. I have 2 other fiberglass doors that are over 10 years old that I purchased from Home Depot they are maintenance free. But my Menards door which by way was no cheap door . it was after 11/2 the color starting coming off. Contacted Menards you had fill out a form summit to them they in turn summit to there door supplier which in reality is Menards there response they sent instructions on how to paint the door. Totally unacceptable

I visited the Menards Store in Ontario Ohio last Saturday January 29 th 2022 . We had a leak in our copper line in our laundry room. We took a picture of the situation we were in with the pipes. We ran into a young man named Jared In the plumbing department who asked us if we needed help. We showed Jared the picture and he immediately gave us two options that might work for us. He proceeded to find us the parts so we would not have to spend a half hour looking for them. When we got home we put the parts on and it worked beautifully! Jared in plumbing showed us how simple it is to do it at home. Jared saved us a plumbers fee; which in these times were living in I really appreciated! Jared is the kind of employee that gives your store a great name and this is why I will keep going back!!

I was in there with my buddy the other day and we seen a couple of delinquents fondling with a tape measure well surprise surprise when the tape measure exploded, i seen them try to hide the evidence so i contacted head of store security Todd and he said he was on it, he reviewed the footage and confronted the suspects at large where he made them purchase the tape measure and escorted them from the premises.

We purchased new appliances recently and while we are satisfied with them we are not happy about your "rebate" policy. It came in the mail today and surprise surprise it's not a check as we were expecting but a store credit!? 😡 What a win win for the store! And a rip off for the customers. We don't need anything else but could have used the cash.

Typical huge selection of different home improvement goods with some additional grocery/clothing items. My favorite home improvement store in town as you just cannot beat the quality and 11% off rebates. There are plenty of associates who sometimes ask if you need help. They always have plenty of stuff stocked and the Ray's List items bring even deeper discounts for quality items.

Really like this store. I know that no store is cheaper on everything, however most of my purchases at Menards have been at a lower price than what I would have paid at Walmart. They also have a unique selection of merchandise not available elsewhere.

Ordering online and coordinating pickup is ridiculous. AND trying to call customer service. You will not get connected because they disconnect you before you get to speak to anyone. AND I got a message that the customer service extension is not in service.So I guess you have to go to their store multiple times. Drive drive drive.I thought I would give them a chance, but not after this! I'll go back to ordering from Amazon.

Do not purchase master garden potting soil. It is contaminated with fungus. They use ground up wood pallets in the potting soil. All of our plants that we put in this year we have had to replant with Miracle-Gro. Do not buy the master gardener potting soil.

Learned hard way. Watch buying dimensional lumber. I really question their difference between #1 and #2. Also their warehouse is set up horrible to select lumber. 6x6x10 are 6-8 foot of floor. Really?!? If you are getting tools and stuff, go for it

Most of the associates were way too busy to help me, even though I made it plain I was looking for something . I excuse the fellow that was putting together a tool chest? I don't excuse the 3 standing together talking, who even glanced at me, but turned and continued talking. I applaud the very nice older gentleman and the extra jolly woman at the midway counter that more than graciously helped me.Thanks so much you two.

We probably shop here far more than we need to, but we love the store. We are always finding small things there we weren't intending to purchase that make out home more cozy and welcoming. They have a multitude of things for many different departments, including home/health/grocery/and pet as well as the building and decorating supplies.
