I think this is one of the best "little" hardware stores around. I found out once inside that it had all I needed. The staff is incredible. If the don't have it let them know. Will be going there whenever I'm in the neighborhood.

A very unfortunate happening at Robertson's in Malvern. This was an enjoyable place to shop until the following occured. For background: My family and I run several local businesses and have taken on a building project for the summer, just a short way away. Robertson's had a small town charm to it and even though the prices on things were more than bigger chain competitors, the convenience and ability to support them was worth it. Several weeks ago, however, I sent my father and my partner to Robertson's to get some more building supplies. They are both neurodivergent and are prone to anxiety, so they often do things (like pacing, for example) which are completely harmless and needn't be explained or justified. They are just as able and welcome as anyone else to shop, despite these qualities. They were asked if they needed help, and they responded something to the effect of: they thought they were okay. The man who is "in charge" began to profile and slander them with insinuations that they were stealing based upon the fact that they pace around, price check things on their phones, were wearing work clothes, and come in to shop too OFTEN. They were then told not to return, and for "people like them" to not return either. It is incredibly clear that this business is experiencing a problem with theft based upon the action taken, but barring paying customers who regularly spend more than just a few dollars here and there from your establishment due to your own judgements only digs your hole bigger. You still did not solve your loss problem, but you exasperated it by eliminating further business. I have made sure to let my circle of locals and fellow business owners ("people like them") know about this experience and how truly disappointing it is.

Excellent place to get anything needed for your home. The staff is friendly and helpful. Several times they special ordered items for us and even added an item to their stock because we asked for it! As we are totally remodeling our home, we are very grateful to be minutes away from this store.

Great store lots of selection! Has so much more than we expected, especially for the location. This store rivals the big box stores in selection and in prices. Would recommend to anyone who typically shops at Lowe's, Menards, or Home Depot to try this store first. They are a Do It Best location.

A hidden gem! It's like a mini lowes, with AMAZING customer service - very knowledgeable workers. And to top it off they have a great market side stall with fresh produce reasonably priced! I LOVE this place!Painting supplies, gardening, home repair, toys, tools and more! Will definitely go back!Also a UPS drop off location! Totally convenient! ♥️♥️♥️

Surprisingly for a in the middle of nowhere hardware store they have everything you need or can get it. Excellent service and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Open on Sundays too! Will definitely go back for projects that come up.

I shop here for small things usually when in a hurry rather than going all the way to a larger store, they almost always have what I need in stocks, but their prices are Def. High and their quality isn't any better than lowes or h ime depot

My 86 year-old Dad and I shopped here and the owner himself came from behind the counter and helped us with a fairly complicated plumbing problem and he did everything possible to find our parts for us ask your dad explained to him the situation found everything we needed I walked with him and he grabbed the most cost-effective instead of the most expensive what you could have done and gave us his own personal service and advice kudos to mister Robertson

With their huge inventory on the shelves and a large array of colors swatches for large assortment of decorative choices conveniently in one place, There customer reps offer tips n tricks for free. you'll find it's no owonder with a list of so many positive attributes as there are that Robertsons will be around for quite a while to come

Absolutely TERRIBLE! Couldn't get anyone to help was pointed in the wrong direction once and COMPLETELY IGNORED ME SECOND TIME I asked for help!! The filter I wanted was TWICE what I got it for just down the road. I took it back for refund and went elsewhere!! Never go back!!!
