Very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! This is the worst Family Dollar Store experience ever. I needed a replacement cell phone, so I spent close to $100 on a phone and a prepaid card and was given the wrong $40 card. I took them back and started to explain...but was rudely cut off and told no returns by a smart-mouthed eye-rolling clerk. I tried to explain that I didn't pick the card, the clerk pulled it from behind the counter, but before I could get a sentence out, she marched off and returned with the manager. I explained what had happened and was unapologetically told there are NO RETURNS, STORE POLICY. So I was forced to lose $40 because of their error. And was treated pretty rude the whole time. I will never spend another penny in this store or other Family Dollar store If their policy is to profit from their mistakes rather than to make it right . The rudeness only added insult to injury.

More worried about talking to the employee she previously checked out that was leaving then taking care of the actual customers that were checking out infront of her face. Pretty Rude, store was in total disarray, definitely needs a leader to show to keep the adults undercontrol.

Wife's out of town? No problem! Pop onto Family Dollar for some frozen Asian food. All the MSG and bogus ingredients you can hope for. :)

I went in to buy Velveta cheese , Saw that they had Tyson's chicken, I know they had a recall On the Tyson's chicken. No other stores had it They pulled it from their shells. I thought maybe they restocked. But not the store in Malvern Still got it in there frozen food section I went to buy a bag they told me they couldn't sell it to me because it's recalled but yet they got a freezer full of it back there Why didn't They take it out of stock?

Go here often.. The employees generally r very nice. Sometimes they take a minute to get to the register, but it is because they r working in aisles. Prices r decent.

A lot of prices are wrong when i go here and i go a lot its aggravating for example cat food says 40 cents a can but its 45 on the receipt I don't care about the extra few cents its the principal
