We recently patronized the Madison location (our usual store is Ashtabula) for a chicken coop. While doing so, we experienced an almost comedic series of rather minor but really frustrating glitches with the product that originated with the manufacturer & distributor.Kate Marley stepped up and helped us navigate the whole process. She went out of her way to help us procur the item, and then cheerfully helped us navigate missing parts, damaged parts, and the further customer service that turned the whole situation into a positive experience. She & her staff remained professional, cheerful and courteous throughout every interaction and that caliber of service is VERY appreciated!

Great store for all kinds of yard and pet supplies! Have an extensive pet section and even veterinarian tools! Power tools and lawn machinery as well as general outdoors things!

Went to buy some work pants. Staff is always helpful and willing to get you what you want. Prices are competitive. The plus is you can bring your dog with you. Nice perk

Great place to shop for pet materials! Has a lot of stuff, but can get a little pricey. They stopped carrying Crinkle Crisps awhile back, so your bunny is going to need a different treat. A lot like Family Farm & Home, but more animal centered.

The workers all stand around and don't really want to help you sometimes they visibly walk away. It's gloomy and depressing inside nothing is ordered and there's a way better store right across the street at family farm. It's just not welcoming and not a pleasant experience

This store is always able to have what I need in stock and happy to help me when I need it. Always go here for our feed and the membership program has great benefits that are free just for spending money there. Definitely check them out for your needs at the home farm and even your car

Very nice experience. Pet friendly I took my one-year-old corgi puppy in there with me he was well-behaved and the staff gave him a dog cookie at check out. good old school hardware store I can usually find something I need there that you can't find it the big box like Update, February 2023, still the same however it should be noted that they are currently switching over to spring summer items.

My husband went in to get cat food. Also bought a cat tree. Very heavy,, no one around to help. They were all up front talking to the cashier. About not getting a discount at another store. Drove by the store last night and they were all sitting at the cashier stand on their phone or talking.

The BEST store to go to for farm, home stuff. The associates that work there are the epitome of customer service. Sue knows more about mowers and chainsaws than you do. All the girls that work there are so helpful and make it a place that is my go to spot. Always a great experience!

Ask for Sue! She is very knowledgeable and can point you in the direction of anything you are looking for!!!!! She has helped us with fencing, dog food, animal medications as well as plants! The customer service is amazing and they are never out of stock! If you want free pallets, they have those to... and will even help you load them up if they aren’t to busy!!!

Found what we were looking for with ease. Layout very accommodating. Aisles snd center store clean but DO NOT use bathrooms unless emergency. I had to take my four year old to the bathroom and I was horrified how gross and smelly. Staff members are usually friendly and helpful but you will run into a person who chooses to ignore you or will not help find what you are looking for. Three stars due to the bathrooms and some of the staff. Handicap accessibility as well.

No customer service. I cant lift 50lbd bags of feed and my always hurts after my visits there. Prices are a litter high. Old lady with blond hair that sometimes brings her dog to the store has a potty mouth. 2 other ladies are very friendly. The only guy in the place will walk right past you while you struggle lifting bags and not even offer to help.
