Bought a "brand new" pop-up camper. During our walkthrough it had numerous canvas holes and roof was sagging. They fixed the issues but with a lot of arguing back and forth. After our second walk through (done in a dark warehouse) we took the camper home. First time we opened it in the driveway we found more canvas holes. When we approached Myers again, they sold us a patch kit. I will never believe this camper was "new" nor will they help fix what should have never been. No one knows what is going on in that dealership and they are all very rude and condescending. Especially the manager. Unless you plan on spending huge money there, you will be treated poorly. Now we have a horribly patched brand new pop up camper. Thank you for nothing and making our re-sale value drop tremendously.

Purchase was great. Hailey was wonderful!Service department and finance department should be fired!Bought the camper and brought it back a week later for coating (a warranty we paid for) and a couple minor things. they had it 24 hours and told us it was ready for pick up. We went to pick up next day and half of what was supposed to be done was not!The GM was there and says it will be fixed. Told us to take it on our next trip and he will make sure everything is fixed after.I have extreme doubts in this company now. We were told to stay away and decided to move forward due to Hailey. Definitely regretting that decision.4/24 update.We took the camper back and they did complete the needed work this time. Still uncomfortable with the service department as management said there’s known issues that they are “working on”

We purchased an RV at an excellent price with the help of Austin. He was extremely helpful, listening to exactly what we were looking for and finding us a number of options. When we picked up the RV, Cody spent time making sure we knew all of the ins and outs of our RV and many times reminded us to call with any questions. He was knowledgable and thorough. Overall, we had an excellent experience at Meyer's and would definitely choose them again!

We were a bit skeptical about purchasing a 5th wheel at Myers due to some of the reviews. My husband and I decided to give it a try, Austin was awesome to work with, made us feel welcome! We did purchase our 5th wheel and are truly loving it!

Sale and delivery last fall was great. Have issue with tankless water heater now...they say they have no one to send out (we have no way to tow it in). My husband had a couple phone calls with service. The one service guy said he would check with a tech and give us a call but never heard back. Left message and still no call. It's rather difficult to try and work through a problem when nobody calls you back.

We bought a new sun lite camper from meyers at the rv show. Austin white was great. He had all the answers for us. He also made it a fun experience. Bob was our finance guy. He explained everything in detail. Truly was a great time

I purchased a used Keystone camper from Meyer's and couldn't be happier. The customer service is excellent all the way through the buying process. During the walk through before I took delivery of my camper everything about the camper was explained to me in detail, and I was shown that everything was in perfect working order. The staff are all extremely knowledgeable and are eager to help. I couldn't recommend Meyer's any higher.

While camping, another RV driver hit one of our slides. After contacting his insurance company I called Mentor RV (Madison) to see if they could handle the repair. They were great. I sent them photos of the damage and they promptly ordered replacement parts/trim. When I was able to drop it off, they quoted me a completion date and actually finished it ahead of schedule. While there I also had them perform some additional service. All aspects of the job were excellent, from the customer contact through the actual repair and service work. A special thanks to Jenna in service for working with me on scheduling the work and for the excellent follow up.

The people at Mentor RV were very helpful,To anyone interested in purchasing a camping trailer. I would highly recommend Mentor RV. Definitely a five stat rating from us goes out to them. The sales person Justin Lakins was by our side all the way from the purchase to the pickup of our new camper. Justin is vary knowledgeable in the field of RV campers. He understood or needs and was very helpful in answering all of our questions. He and the service department were very thorough in explaining everything a new owner would need and want to know about their new camper.

We had some issues in Florida camping & they fixed it for us. Come back & have had no water since Monday, they are ignoring but our calls now& please haven't been able to shower since Monday . They don't care it's not them! I believe we bought a lemon. I hope theowner sees this & reaches out to us. The manager Jim is now ignoring our calls! Which isn't running a good business for the owners.

Bought a 2023 Ember 26RB, took trailer on one trip and the tv did not work the lane avoidance lights blink for no reason when not hooked up, the refer in the outdoor kitchen the freezer turns into a block of ice you can’t open the refer door when the griddle is being used due to the propane hose blocking the door . Meyers has had the trailer going on 2 weeks and there is still nothing completed when I call the dealer they put it on Ember when I talk to the rep from Ember they put it off on the dealer. My advise to everybody is to really shop around before buying anything from Meyers, I made that mistake and now I have a 55k trailer at the dealer.

She was truly happy to help us and our big family. Rosemary is always pleasant, knowledgeable, hard working and patient! They provide great customer service :)

The customer service I received from Jenna at the Madison, OH store was incredible. I needed a bug screen for my Sunray Sport Toy Hauler in a short amount of time and she had it ordered and shipped in a matter of a week. Her consistent communication and kindness were incredible! 0 stars for these horrible people!!!! DO NOT EVER, I REPEAT DO NOT EVER buy a used or new RV from them. They attempted to pull a bait and switch on us this past weekend and we caught them red handed. They made a deal with us on the RV we wanted. We came in to do our final walk through and they attempted to give us a completely DIFFERENT RV (had no TV hanging on the wall and different color fabric on the couch and dinette.) We luckily had picture proof of the RV we were supposed to get, so we called them out. When called out with pictures, they stated: "oh, it's the same model, but we're giving you a different RV with lesser features that's been sitting on our lot longer to make up for the price difference we're giving you." They NEVER once told us they were doing that until we caught them and called them out. We were FURIOUS to say the least. They deserve a law suit!!! (& may get one.) We demanded our money back, and they gave it right back, with no questions asked, no attempt to give us the RIGHT RV, no apologies. NOTHING from them except an extreme ILLEGAL situation. Thank goodness we caught them before taking the RV home.Lastly, as if that wasn't bad enough, they also advertised one price to begin with but added an additional $2000 on to our bill to "check" it over before giving it to us. (A courtesy most car and RV dealerships give when buying a car or RV.)WE WILL TELL EVERYONE WE KNOW TO NEVER EVER BUY A CAMPER AT MEYER'S RV!!!!

He was very knowledgeable, asked questions to help us narrow down the right model for our budget and was truly a consultant and not just looking for a sale. They were professional, friendly and helpful. They have limited inventory of motor homes other than trailers. I wanted to look at 5 or 6 class Cs that they had which was all that they had all parked right next to each other. The younger person that was showing them to me was courteous but each time I went in and came out of one of the motorhome he would unlock and then relock the door so if I wanted to go back and look to compare because some were the same brand he had to come back and re unlock the door. They did not seem to be able to keep the doors unlocked and allow me to look and compare and perhaps make a decision. Also we have a trade, but this person said you'd be better just selling it on your own. Basically I think they have limited inventory and they need to have better practices to allow folks to look at what they do have so maybe they decide to buy.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!Absolutely no way I will ever buy a camper from this place. My nephew bought a $50,000 pos. The slide out leaks, the refrigerator would beep all night long. Made it very difficult for me to sleep. Many issues with this from nearly day one. They've known about all these issues since they started, one issue after another, they couldnt fix onsite. They have Now had it all winter supposedly fixing it, it's not done, as promised. And re-promised. They don't communicate with each other well, with the manufacturer well, or with the client well. SOMEONE NEEDS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. GET IT FIXED IR REPLACED!

We bought a camper, the shower wall was coming off they attempted to fix it once, then the technician never showed to 2 different appointments. I have to drive over an hour to get to my permanent camp site no calls to tell me they weren't coming, very unprofessional if you ask me, I will not recommend anyone to buy here!!

It started out with a five-star review until we found out our new camper needed a part it's been 5 weeks now we still don't have the part I am very disappointed in this service. It's also going to cost us over $100 to drive up there to have a part put on the camper that should have been fixed before we bought it. I feel they need to come to me and fix the camper.
