Beverly in the hot/prepared foods department. You are an absolute lifesaver and such a pleasure to speak with over the phone and in person. I needed quick food in less than 24 hours notice and she made it happen. The food was amazing and ready as requested. But back to Beverly being so pleasant. In a day like today. It is so wonderful to have such friendly customer service. She did not hesitate and was completely willing to fulfill my order. Thank you so much and I hope she is recognized in Madison, Ohio Giant eagle!

Store is always very clean and well stocked. Prices are higher compared to others in the area but unless it's a Sunday or a few days before any holiday it's not typically crowded and you can get in and get out pretty quickly.

Havent been home in a while, stopped in to look for some special items to make specialties for the services. Store was super clean, and everyone was practicing social distancing quite well. Sadly I couldn't find Amber Bock. Prices were high for basic items suck as aluminum, dill, and fish.Dad loves this store, shopped here for years.

I made the mistake of going thru self checkout, I bought items which were on sale, but the price wasn't what the sale said. The clerk said it was last weeks sale, then corrected herself, but told me my variety was not included in the sale but was stocked with all the other flavors of chips. And its too bad that as the staff waits to see if self checkout needs help, that they can't help customers bag their groceries.

Giant Eagle has a great selection of produce. Has a nice in store bakery. The meat selection is very good. The remainder of the store is well stocked!

This is Madison, Ohio store. The produce bin is immaculately cleaned. Produce is super fresh and a nice assortment. We love the salad bowls assortment. I love the sweet taco one.

I don't like this giant eagle. They never have what I need. The signs on the aisles don't match up to what's on them. It's impossible to find anything and the workers are no help if u can find one. The ladies at the customer service are amazing however. The cashiers are hit and miss. Nobody knows how to bag !

2 slow cashier's, self checkouts 6 deep, took 20 minutes to get up to the cashier, longer than it took me to shop, 3 yogurts I picked up had expiration dates of OCTOBER 1,2019. My opinion, but when I am paying a bit more for my groceries I am expecting a bit more in the way of customer service. Very disappointing shopping experience. Not worthy of the one star.

Well I would have giving five stars if the prepared chicken was any good. Their chicken used to be great, I don't know what happened. Their deli and bakery is always excellent. Everything is well stocked at the store, clean, and friendly service.

Excellent, store very safe & clean. Well laid out for product location. Great job by Roberta checking out! Works hard at packing by saving on plastic bags. Utilizes paper in plastic. Never a break thru. Gives 110% service. Thank you Madison GE.

Today at 6:00 12/9/23 I watched the Young short girl at liquor department counter be super friendly to everyone else in line then give this African American guy the rudest service for no apparent reason 👎👎 it was absolutely disgusting

Very nice staff, they are quick, store and bathrooms are clean. The lady that helped us with our ordering for 3 different cakes was very patient and very kind. Explaining all different flavors and sizes to us. Would definitely recommend.

Huge selection of ready to eat at home meals that I pick up for my clients. Simple and easy with they're own check out lines. Perfect for me to stop in and grab for them .right by the entrance so I don't Have to go through the whole store to grab clients dinner !!!

I highly recommend this place staff is very friendly and they have a great supply of produce and meats and baked goods. Staff there is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable of all products in the store. And plus especially like when you spend every $50 you get $0.10 off a gallon for you getting go gasoline. So it's all a win-win situation.

Loved this store. Spread out with plenty of room for carts and the Fruits and Vegetables were very well laid out so you could see and fine things. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We bought Italian Rolls for sub sandwiches and they were very fresh. We didnt buy anything from the butchers counter but the cuts looked good and there was a good variety of Meat and Fish and the regular meat chests had lots of variety too! It was our first trip there and it was enjoyable. I wasnt a member of their advantage plan but they offered me the discount at checkout and told me how to get my card. It was just a good overall experience. Good Job Folks!

I go here for 95 percent of my groceries and I am rarely disappointed with produce quality and prices. However, the staff can be to personal and in sociable. It's a fine experience until you get a mean cashier or a disrespectful greeter.
