Missy is the best. She loves the dogs she grooms. Our Zoey girl is well taken care of there. I have never had a groomer who takes the extra time and love into our Zoey girl. Missy is someone who can trust and never have to worry when you leave your dog with her. Glad Missy is our groomer!! Would highly recommend!!

This place is complete trash. I took my four month old pittie in there. I was trimming and grinding his nails once per week with no issues. He loved getting his nails done just like my other pit. However he had a lot of black nails so I asked, who I thought were the professionals, to trim them down as far as they could without going too short etc.so I would know how short to keep them. This was during the COVID so I had to wait outside. They tried to say he cried as soon as they touched him but I know that's a lie. They quicked every single one of his nails even the clear ones in what I imagine was an extremely painful experience. It was easy to see because I've accidentally went a little too short on my other dogs nails once, even without causing them to bleed it's painful for her. This completely traumatized my puppy. It's been three years and he won't let me near his nails to trim. Not even with the ladies at the vet and he loves those women. I am so angry I ever trusted this groomer.So just to clarify yes I am talking about the place next to the new kay jacks pizza and I waited so long because I don't like leaving negative reviews but now I am running into issues with dirt collecting under the nails and my option is to have him put under every time and pay $155.00 at the vet to get them trimmed. I just don't want whoever did this thinking it is okay to do because it did not work out. And other dogs shouldn't have to go through this. I know they quicked his nails because that's the words that came out of her mouth. Because she said it makes the blood receed and able to go shorter. I'm just not sure after a client told her that she doesn't want to traumatize her puppy or put him through pain or go to short they think it's okay for the shop to do behind closed doors. And after being argued with I don't think we are capable of having a professional conversation and I don't feel like being ignored or hung up on. I'm not sure if you let someone untrained watch your shop, there were 2 ladies in and the 1 said they'd call to reschedule another trim after her hip surgery and never did. So I'm not sure what I did to piss you guys off being a friendly new customer or why you used my pup as a test dummy for new grooming tricks, but I really don't want to hear anything back unless it's a sincere apology. I'd only ever been to Sandy's with my boyfriend's dog a couple times and didn't know you were supposed to tip- so I mailed $40.00 in after the visit if that rings a bell. So basically I'm naive and then paid extra to have my puppy mutilated. I'm sorry it's a negative review but facts are facts, I can't change what happened or the after effects of it.

Missy always does a fantastic job making my collies look like classy Collies should.She also makes my Shepard mix look and feel great. I highly recommend creative Canine for your grooming and pet needs.

Missy is amazing! I took my very anxious and unsure dog to her. My Sullivan was so awesome with her! She was super patient and she didn't rush! He came back to me super soft and cut incredibly well. His nails were cut nicely and he was so handsome!!! He also came home with a themed bandana. He was a very happy boy!!!Thanks again Missy! I'll send everyone I know to you!

Creative Canine did an Excellent job grooming my two scotties.Their prices are very reasonable. If you are looking for a good groomer definitely give them a try. You won't be dissappointed

First time visit, and my pooches received the best nail trims they've ever had! Owner is knowledgeable, patient and took the time to calm the dogs so they weren't so nervous. Would definitely recommend.

My poor Shih Tzu baby was severely mistreated at the groomer when he was 6 months old. It led to him becoming aggressive with all strangers and sometimes family. Creative Canine was recommended as a place that could correct his issues. After only 3-4 visits, he's soooo much better. He'll probably always distrust strangers but at least grooming isn't a traumatic experience. He now has a little sister who will never have issues because she's been groomed by Creative Canine since she was born. I cannot express my gratitude enough. They saved us from a lifetime of issues!
