Crabtree’s just installed all new flooring, both carpet and tile, on my whole first floor. They also carpeted up the stairs and in the upstairs hallway. I’m so pleased with the results! This company layed carpet for my sister and botched about a 3x18 ft section. You can see the seam. The company did come back to fix it, took them 15 minutes, and you can still see it. It looks like a different color carpet. My sister paid foer the best padding they had. The brought the cheapest. And argued with them about what they purchased. They did eventually bring out the correct padding. This place is not a place I would ever recoomend.

Todd and the staff were great. They provided a great product at a fair price. They were flexible to work around my schedule and very understanding of my needs and situation. Even when other parts of my project caused delays they made it all work. The installers were the best installers I’ve ever had do work for me. They were prompt, professional, and extremely detail oriented. I have 3 dogs one of which is very elderly and they were great about working around them and their needs. They even did the floor in an order where I had the fastest possible access to my back door so my elderly dog could move on and out of the house easier. I can’t express how satisfied me and my family are with this project. Nobody else will ever do anything for me again that can be done by Todd and the Crabtree Flooring family.

We currently live in Florida, Todd was so helpful with us by recommending a carpet for the house in Ohio! He picked it out and I trusted his judgement! He did not fail! We had to replace all the carpet in our house after a rental so we could list it for sale!The installers we're also the best! The owner Todd Crabtree was very helpful in which flooring type would be the best fit for our new home . No pressure to buy, (none ) was actually a very good experience, and if you have a question just ask and the owner Todd Crabtree . If you cannot find the type of flooring that you are looking for at Crabtree’s Carpet than I doubt they make it.😊 In my opinion Crabtree‘s carpet is an asset to Scioto County.

I had 2 bedrooms in my home which had hard wood on them and we had tile put down its absolutely beautiful and we couldn't be more happy with the finished product. The guys that came were very professional and did an awesome job keeping it cleaned up as they worked. Looking to get all the hardwood up and having them place tile down in the other rooms. Definitely here to brag on a local business! Through a friend we were sent to Crabtree’s Carpet Outlet in Lucasville...they did a great job! My tiny house, with ALL my furniture and crazy dog around, the installer(s) got everything done and it looks great! I had a minor flooring catastrophe that was our fault, but Crabtree’s came through with a save, while I was at work...I never even had to leave the office! You don’t get this type of care from Lowe’s, Menard’s, or any of the big box stores. My house looks almost complete inside now, and the job was done to perfection!

First of all we were very satisfied with the help from Todd...I feel he went above and beyond the service provided....We changed the tile a few times and Todd always seemed to understand and gave us exactly what we wanted.
